Low nitrogen (N) content remains a key limitation of compost derived from urban organic waste. This study evaluated the effectiveness of selected plant-based organic amendments in enhancing nitrogen content and improving compost quality. Four plant- based organic amendments, Leucaena leucocephala (BN01), Commelina benghalensis (BN02), Morus alba (BN03), and Helianthus annuus (sunflower) cake (BN04), were incorporated into market waste compost at ratios of 1:0.06:0.04, 1:0.06:0.25, and 1:0.06:0.5 (organic waste: sawdust: amendment). Poverty disproportionately affects rural populations, women, and children and is shaped by structural inequalities in access to resources and opportunities, reinforcing cycles of disadvantage. Although existing literature provides extensive quantitative evidence on multidimensional poverty, there remains a limited qualitative understanding of how these deprivations are experienced at the household level. The fundamental human need to bond, connect, or attach to others is as crucial to humankind as the need for food and water, and this inherent drive extends into the workplace as well. Employee-organizational bonds have long been recognized as central to understanding employees' relationships with their organizations. However, questions remain regarding whether several widely studied bond constructs represent empirically distinct phenomena or overlapping conceptual space. The spatial and energetic encoding of allosteric regulatory sites remains a major challenge in structural biology, frequently representing a “blind spot” for sequence-based artificial intelligence (AI) models. We present a protein language model (PLM)-guided approach complemented by the energy landscape frustration analysis as a dual-stream framework to investigate the relationship between AI prediction of binding sites and biophysical organization of regulatory pockets across the human kinome. [Purpose/significance] To overcome the limitations of traditional, label-dependent evaluation indicators in identifying journal acceptance preferences, this article aims to construct a novel label-free quantitative detection paradigm to more comprehensively and objectively reveal potential publishing stickiness between authors and journals. [Method/process] By introducing disproportionality measurement methods from the field of pharmacovigilance, we proposed the Author-Journal Balance Ratio index, applied it to 86 law journals to measure the potential publishing stickiness between authors and journals, and analyzed the 5 060 identified potential publishing stickiness signals.
