ASEAN Journal of Community Engagement
The discussions highlighted from the articles in this AJCE edition focuses on the institutionalization, process, and implication of community in stewarding their living environment. Such focus expands the community engagement discourse, highlighting how the act of stewardships creates a sense of shared responsibility of actors to their shared spaces and resources. In turn, this shared responsibility enables the community to shift from passive act of participation to active empowerment, creates social cohesion, and establishes local governance. Such a shift towards active empowerment and shared responsibility is the key in building systemic resilience, towards a more sustainable future for society.

Neutrosophic Time-Truncated Acceptance Sampling Plans Based On The Exponentiated Weibull Distribution For Reliability Applications, Divya P.R., Preethi John
Neutrosophic Time-Truncated Acceptance Sampling Plans Based On The Exponentiated Weibull Distribution For Reliability Applications, Divya P.R., Preethi John
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Classical acceptance sampling plans require precisely specified parameter values, an assumption routinely violated by measurement uncertainty and gauge imprecision in practice. This article develops Neutrosophic Time-Truncated Acceptance Sampling Plans (N-TTASP) for the Exponentiated Weibull (EW) distribution by representing the scale parameter as a neutrosophic interval. The neutrosophic sample size nN ∈ [nL, nU] and acceptance number cN ∈ [cL, cU] are obtained by minimizing n_U subject to dual producer and consumer risk constraints on the neutrosophic Operating Characteristic interval. A new indeterminacy ratio η is introduced as a …

Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Uncertainty has been modeled through a wide variety of mathematical frameworks, including fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets, rough sets, and plithogenic sets. Among these approaches, soft sets offer a parameterized representation of uncertain information and have inspired numerous extensions, such as multisoft sets, double-framed soft sets, hypersoft sets, SuperHyperSoft sets, TreeSoft sets, ForestSoft sets, IndetermSoft sets, and IndetermHyperSoft sets.
This paper focuses on GraphicSoft Sets, which extend the classical soft-set framework by assigning a subset of the universe to each subgraph of an attribute graph. In this way, relationships among attributes are incorporated directly into the parameterized model. Building on …

From Minimum To Meaningful: A Use Of Force Training Regimen For Rural Police Departments, Joseph Corley
From Minimum To Meaningful: A Use Of Force Training Regimen For Rural Police Departments, Joseph Corley
Dissertations, Theses, and Projects
This paper examines how small and rural law enforcement agencies can improve use of force training despite limited staffing, budgets, and training opportunities. Current Minnesota POST Board minimum standards establish baseline requirements but allow significant variation in how agencies develop and deliver training, contributing to inconsistent officer preparedness and skill retention. Drawing on current research in police training, motor skill retention, and scenario based learning, this paper argues that infrequent, skills based training is insufficient for preparing officers to manage dynamic, high risk encounters. The paper proposes an evidence based training regimen centered on two department led use of force …

Citizenship And Denizenship In The International Tax Context In An Era Of Global Economy, Tamir Shanan, Doron Narotzki
Citizenship And Denizenship In The International Tax Context In An Era Of Global Economy, Tamir Shanan, Doron Narotzki
Florida Journal of International Law
This Article addresses a fundamental issue underlying the international tax system in the 21st century: the use of citizenship as a jurisdictional basis for imposing income tax liability. As a general matter, the United States is the only developed country that allegedly taxes its citizens living overseas on their worldwide income. However, even the United States does not, de facto, tax the vast majority of its citizens living abroad as it offers a generous exclusion for their foreign source income.
This Article analyzes how modern developments in the global economy affect the case for citizenship-based taxation. Though citizenship is closely …
Technical Disclosure Specification: Biomimetic Dermal Magnetohydrodynamic Venting And High-Frequency Metric Strain Transmutation Boundaries, Christopher L. Eckes
Technical Disclosure Specification: Biomimetic Dermal Magnetohydrodynamic Venting And High-Frequency Metric Strain Transmutation Boundaries, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification formalizes the engineering parameters for a non-mechanical, biomimetic fluidic transport and non-equilibrium thermal boundary layer.
Traditional deep-space vessels treat external plasma shocks and the absolute-zero vacuum as destructive vectors that must be blocked via heavy material bulk. This architecture uses a scale-invariant fluid-substrate approach modeled after microscopic marine dermal structures (vortex attachment denticles).
By embedding a conformal, high-frequency magneto-acoustic micro-transducer array beneath a segmented porous hull, the system drives an effusing hydrogen plasma glove into a series of surface-bound, trailing helical micro-vortices. Instead of venting this mass wastefully into the vacuum, a rhythmic, 4-phase asymmetric
