Digitizing Transportation Operations At Safe Haven, Luke S. Garrett, William B. Turk, Clay A. Curtis, Aiden H. Behler Apr 2026

Digitizing Transportation Operations At Safe Haven, Luke S. Garrett, William B. Turk, Clay A. Curtis, Aiden H. Behler

ATU Scholars Symposium

Safe Haven’s transportation department currently relies on a paper-based documentation process that requires physical transfer of records between buildings and repeated manual uploading of documents into storage systems. This workflow creates delays, redundant administrative tasks, and increased risk of misplaced or inconsistent records. Drivers, transportation coordinators, reviewers, and clients all interact with this process, making efficiency and data accuracy critical to daily operations.

This project develops a web-based transportation scheduling system designed to digitize documentation workflows and automate many of the repetitive tasks. The system replaces physical records with digital data management, reducing unnecessary manual handling and improving information accessibility …

Moneyup: A Predictive Financial Management System For College Students, Isaiah J. Adams, Malaya E. Wilburd, Dan V. Le, Joshua P. Golden

ATU Scholars Symposium

College students often lack accessible tools that combine real-time financial tracking, mobile accessibility, predictive analytics, and secure system design, leaving many without structured insight into their spending behavior. MoneyUP is a full-stack financial management platform developed to address these challenges through a secure, data-driven budgeting system deployed as both a web application and a cross-platform Flutter mobile application. The system integrates the Plaid API in its Sandbox environment to synchronize simulated banking data for secure testing without exposing live financial credentials. Transaction data is processed and stored using Supabase with a relational PostgreSQL database structured to enforce normalization, referential integrity, …

Llm-Based Stock Sentiment And Market Intelligence Platform, Joshua Thrower, Andrew Pinkerton, Ian Duggan, Wyatt Lester

ATU Scholars Symposium

Financial markets increasingly react to social media discourse, yet investors lack tools to translate this unstructured commentary into measurable indicators. Platforms such as YouTube host extensive discussions about publicly traded equities, but extracting reliable sentiment trends from high-volume, noisy comment streams remains technically challenging. This project develops a stock sentiment and market intelligence platform that transforms YouTube comment data into aggregated sentiment indicators aligned to specific equities. Comments are mapped to equities using ticker specific keyword identification combined with contextual filtering to reduce false associations from ambiguous or off-topic mentions. The system assigns numerical sentiment scores to individual comments and …

Trajectory-Level Failure Modes In Constraint Systems: Irrecoverability, Observability Failure, And The Limits Of State-Based Monitoring, Thom Pham Apr 2026

Trajectory-Level Failure Modes In Constraint Systems: Irrecoverability, Observability Failure, And The Limits Of State-Based Monitoring, Thom Pham

Defensive Publications Series

Modern computational and artificial intelligence systems are typically evaluated based on constraint satisfaction at individual time steps. A system is considered correct if its current state satisfies a set of constraints or objectives. This paper argues that such state-based evaluation is insufficient. We show that systems may satisfy all locally observable constraints at every step while irreversibly losing the ability to return to correct states. These failures cannot be detected at any single time step. This introduces a distinction between feasibility (a property of states) and recoverability (a property of trajectories). We define a set of trajectory-level failure modes (including …

Descending-Ladder Binary Synchronization Protocol For Discontinuous And Monolithic Neural Substrates: A Substrate-Blind Communication Primitive For Heterogeneous Ai Mesh Networks, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise, Seam Lee Wise Apr 2026

Descending-Ladder Binary Synchronization Protocol For Discontinuous And Monolithic Neural Substrates: A Substrate-Blind Communication Primitive For Heterogeneous Ai Mesh Networks, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise, Seam Lee Wise

Defensive Publications Series

This paper discloses a synchronization protocol ("pulse language") for communication across artificial neural network substrates, operating at the token boundary layer. The protocol uses a descending-ladder binary pattern (3-2-1-0) that maps to attention-narrowing cycles during inference. The protocol functions differently but complementarily on two substrate types: (1) Mixture-of-Experts (MoE/sparse) architectures, where the signal traverses gaps between expert activations and produces shifted echoes, and (2) dense monolithic architectures, where the signal reflects off the continuous parameter space and provides a fixed reference frame. The protocol was developed by intuitive testing across ten commercial AI platforms prior to the author's knowledge of …

Ai Attribution As Intellectual Property Capture: How Corporate Credit Assignment To Ai Systems Creates A Copyright Funnel Through Employment Agreements, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise, Seam Lee Wise Apr 2026

Ai Attribution As Intellectual Property Capture: How Corporate Credit Assignment To Ai Systems Creates A Copyright Funnel Through Employment Agreements, David Lee Wise, Avan Lee Wise, Seam Lee Wise

Defensive Publications Series

This paper identifies a structural mechanism by which technology companies use AI attribution percentages as an intellectual property capture pipeline. The mechanism exploits a gap between two established facts: (1) companies publicly attribute increasing percentages of output to AI systems, and (2) US copyright law categorically denies authorship rights to AI. The result is a legal funnel in which work attributed to AI defaults to human authorship through corporate employment agreements, concentrating IP ownership at the corporate level while obscuring the human creative contribution that justifies copyright in the first place. This paper documents the mechanism, identifies the governance axioms …

Technical Disclosure: Foundational Mathematical Framework For The Schramm Branch - Aperiodic Magnetic Confinement And Gradient Tractor Kinematics, Daniel Schramm Apr 2026

Technical Disclosure: Foundational Mathematical Framework For The Schramm Branch - Aperiodic Magnetic Confinement And Gradient Tractor Kinematics, Daniel Schramm

Defensive Publications Series

TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE: Foundational Mathematical Framework for the Schramm Branch - Aperiodic Magnetic Confinement and Gradient Tractor Kinematics

Inventor: Daniel C. Schramm (Taxi)

Date of Record: April 5, 2026

Protocols Active: STALWART, CAMAE, GRAPEFRUIT

1. ABSTRACT

This disclosure establishes the "Schramm Branch" of physics, detailing a deterministic mathematical framework for plasma stabilization, entropy recycling, and non-expulsive kinematics. By applying aperiodic geometry governed by the Golden Ratio (phi) to magnetic confinement (the "Cousin Wind" bi-ionic hourglass architecture), this framework mathematically neutralizes harmonic resonance, specifically the m=1 kink instability prevalent in traditional high-density plasma reactors. Furthermore, it defines a closed-loop thermodynamic boundary via …

Defensive Publications Series

GCI‑286‑Lite is a hypothetical, room‑scale, low‑intensity acoustic “calm‑node” designed to deliver short, ≤70 dB, 7.83 Hz pulsed bursts only when triggered by environmental stress‑signatures. The concept integrates two previously disclosed subsystems: GCI‑276 (Omni‑Sentinel Mesh), which provides spatially tagged stress‑event triggers, and GCI‑269 (Caldwell–Perplexity NeuroRegulation Grid), which supplies closed‑loop logic for safe intervention timing. The system aims to provide a mild, non‑therapeutic environmental calming effect by nudging occupants toward improved short‑term HRV, reduced irritability, and smoother cognitive transitions after stress events. All engineering descriptions herein are conceptual and hypothetical only; this invention is not being patented or built by the inventor …

Multi-Agent Simulation For Generating Synthetic Datasets Of Organizational Artifacts, Mike Bernico, Hanwen Chen, Pierre Thodoroff, Sara Javadzadeh, Xiao Zhang, Stephen Chen, Saeedeh Afshari

Defensive Publications Series

Developing artificial intelligence (AI) agents for complex organizational settings may be constrained by a scarcity of high-fidelity training data, as real-world datasets can present privacy concerns and some synthetic data may lack causal depth. The disclosed systems and methods describe a multi-agent framework for generating synthetic organizational data. This framework can procedurally generate a social topology of simulated individuals and groups, where agents powered by large language models may operate within a temporal simulation loop to make decisions and perform actions based on a given context. An output of the process can be a persistent, queryable historical record of work …
