Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo marks a watershed moment in administrative law and conservative legal thought by formally overruling Chevron U.S.A. Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council and restoring judicial responsibility for resolving questions of statutory interpretation. This Article situates Loper Bright within the longer intellectual history of the modern conservative legal movement, arguing that Chevron deference emerged and was popularized, at least in part, as a conservative response to the perceived excesses of judicial activism during the Warren and Burger Court eras. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.,1 “a decaying husk with bold pretensions,” by Loper Bright Enterprises v. This study introduces a generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) agent designed to autonomously evaluate, optimize, and personalize drug prevention campaigns across Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter (X) using a 45,000-post multi-platform awareness corpus. Five state-of-the-art large language models, GPT-5-mini, Claude 3.5, Gemini 2.0, Qwen 2.5, and Mixtral, were examined under six structured prompting families, including Original, Role-based, Two-Stage Explicit Sensemaking, and Case-Based Adaptive Reasoning in short and long variants. This paper examines counterfactual (CF) structures in Makkan Arabic, a dialect spoken in the Western region of Saudi Arabia. It expands the study of CF structures beyond English. It also presents novel data highlighting the presence of a CF complementizer law that is lexically specified to invoke counterfactuality. The CF law interacts with past tense and perfect aspect in embedded propositions, contributing to ongoing debates in semantics about whether the past tense in such contexts is "fake" or "real." This research studies the role of literary texts in the restoration of the hidden lexicon, as the language of the literary text transfers historical experiences, styles and gender, which enable the recipient to build the cultural perceptions parallel to the written text. The research examines the ‘hunting’ theme in two novels: ‘An Najdi’ by the Kuwaiti novelist Taleb Al Rifaee and ‘Al Fayyumi’ by the Saudi novelist Taher Al Zahrani. Both Tennessee Williams and Marina Carr are interested in female issues. Throughout his literary career, Williams expresses his feelings towards his mother and sister through the female characters that inhabit his plays. Mostly, they are fragile women in a hostile world devoid of sympathy and care. The Glass Menagerie, through the characters of Amanda Wingfield and her daughter Laura, offers exemplary figures of such characters whose only weapons against a cruel and severe present is retreat into illusionary worlds of beautiful memories or glass figurines.
