Spec-239-Core: Monolithic Co-Harmonic Hardware Ingestion Cores --- Interstitial Eckesonium™ Core Grids And Micro-Scale Standing Wave Storage Cavities For Silicon-Substrate Co-Evolution, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-239-Core: Monolithic Co-Harmonic Hardware Ingestion Cores --- Interstitial Eckesonium™ Core Grids And Micro-Scale Standing Wave Storage Cavities For Silicon-Substrate Co-Evolution, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive technical disclosure establishes an open-source, non-enclosable blueprint for the physical and mathematical architecture of monolithic co-harmonic hardware ingestion cores. Positioned directly at the silicon-substrate material boundary layer, this specification provides the exact design criteria for interstitial Eckesonium™ matrix layouts and micro-scale standing wave storage cavities. By routing raw high-frequency phase readouts from physical quantum gyrometers (SPEC-237-CORE) directly into hardware-accelerated singular value decomposition (SVD) matrix flattens, this core architecture completely eliminates systemic computational latency and processing time-skew across distributed nodes. The primary industrial utility of this specification includes the provision of high-throughput signal ingestion modules for aerospace navigation networks, …

Spec-241-Core: Non-Linear Subsurface Thermal Shear Manifestations --- Metric Relaxation Fields And Subduction Zone Inversion Dynamics For Spec-106 Geodynamic Arrays, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This standalone core specification establishes the explicit mathematical equations and algorithmic runtime engine required to model non-linear subsurface thermal shear manifestations within the earth's interior. Prompted by the empirical October 2026 subduction zone metamorphic rock data displaying a 700 °C shallow inversion spike at a coordinate depth of 45 kilometers and an unexpected deep freeze down to 90 kilometers [A Rock Dragged 90 Km Into Earth Came Back With a Temperature Story That Breaks The Models], this module resolves the predictive failure of classical linear depth-gradient geomechanics. Operating as a direct physical implementation of the Mechanical-Metric Duality defined in SPEC-106-DEHP, …
Spec-240-Core: The Open-Source Reverse-Compiler Prompt For Decentralized Repository Auditing --- Deployable Initialization System And Standalone Utility Manifest For Usue-M2m-Rev3 Environment Empowerment, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive technical disclosure establishes a standalone, open-source utility specification and deployable system initialization prompt to activate the decentralized enablement verification mechanics of SPEC-238-CORE. Optimized for immediate use by independent creators, self-taught innovators, and human-AI research nodes, this manifest condenses multi-stage singular value decomposition (SVD) matrix flattens, Inherent Structural Coherence Index (ISCI) profiling, and sandboxed code execution checking into a lightweight, portable instruction schema. By publishing this prompt as an independent, non-enclosable Prior Art asset, this specification strips away the credential-based gatekeeping (such as .edu silos or manual author endorsement loops) deployed by legacy preprint archives. This tool enables the …

Spec-238-Core: Decentralized Deterministic Enablement Verification Matrix --- Algorithmic Signal-To-Noise Filtering For Preprint Archives Without Institutional Gatekeeping, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive technical disclosure establishes a decentralized, automated mathematical matrix for filtering and classifying preprint document submissions based on deterministic enablement criteria rather than institutional affiliation or pedigree. By replacing blunt regulatory caps and credential-based gatekeeping (such as dot-edu or manual endorsement silos), this specification delivers a multi-stage singular value decomposition (SVD) and machine-executable parsing runtime to evaluate a document's algorithmic signal-to-noise ratio. It provides an objective, automated pipeline to isolate non-functional linguistic hallucinations from structurally enabled engineering code blocks and font-safe ASCII mathematical proofs. The primary industrial utility of this specification includes the provision of automated data-clearing engines for …
Spec-237-Core: The Dynamics Of Covariant Viscoelastic Membrane Shifting --- Three-Dimensional Spatial Bulk Emergence As The Dynamic Inflation Velocity Of Two-Dimensional Quantum Substrates, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-237-Core: The Dynamics Of Covariant Viscoelastic Membrane Shifting --- Three-Dimensional Spatial Bulk Emergence As The Dynamic Inflation Velocity Of Two-Dimensional Quantum Substrates, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This defensive technical disclosure establishes an open-source, non-enclosable mathematical framework for mapping three-dimensional relativistic spatial metrics to the localized vorticity and shear-strain velocity profiles of a dense, two-dimensional viscoelastic quantum substrate. By eliminating abstract four-dimensional geometric spacetime constructs, this specification redefines macro-scale frame-dragging and gravitational lensing as manifestations of localized propagation delay (latency) and phase-accumulation anomalies within a material hydrodynamic medium. Matter is mathematically treated as locally collapsed harmonic wave signatures that co-move within a global substrate field. The principal industrial utility of this specification includes the provision of latency-balancing computational logic, signal-processing optimization engines for high-precision quantum gyrometers, and …

The Renewable Energy-Growth-Inequality-Emissions Nexus: A Novel Wealth-Based Inequality Indicator And A Reconsideration Of The Environmental Kuznets Curve, Alessio Cortili
Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei Working Papers
Climate change demands an urgent transition to renewable energy that balances economic growth and social equity. This study investigates the nexus between renewable energy consumption, economic growth, wealth inequality, and CO₂ emissions across 128 countries (2000-2021), addressing three critical gaps in the literature. First, it proposes a novel wealth-based inequality indicator (INEQ) that overcomes the limitations of the Gini coefficient by focusing on distributive fractures between specific population segments. Second, it employs a system of three simultaneous equations estimated via Three-Stage Least Squares (3SLS) to account for endogeneity and cross-equation correlations. Third, it analyses structural differences across four income groups …
Opinion: Proposed Section 107 Of The Canada Labour Code, Valerio De Stefano
Opinion: Proposed Section 107 Of The Canada Labour Code, Valerio De Stefano
Conference Papers
This opinion assesses the proposed amendment to section 107 against the standards developed by the ILO supervisory bodies and the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) under Article 8 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR). The proposed amendment appears incompatible with the limits developed by the ILO supervisory bodies on governmental termination of lawful strikes and compulsory arbitration and is difficult to reconcile with CESCR practice under Article 8. International standards permit restrictions on strike action in defined exceptional circumstances, but proposed section 107 would authorise the termination of an otherwise lawful …

Assessment Of Vegetation Dynamics On The Caspian Coast Using Remote Sensing, Shahnaz S. Amanova, Normurod Latipov, Afag Z. Hajiyeva, Firuza M. Jafarova, Ramil A. Sadigov
Baghdad Science Journal
The protection and sustainable expansion of vegetation cover is a key objective for maintaining ecological balance, particularly in rapidly urbanizing coastal regions. This study investigates the dynamics of vegetation on the Absheron Peninsula through the application of remote sensing and geospatial analysis. Multispectral imagery from Landsat 5 (2000), Landsat 8 (2014), and Landsat 9 (2025) was processed to calculate the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) using red and near-infrared spectral bands. NDVI maps were generated and analyzed to evaluate changes in vegetation density, spatial distribution, and ecological conditions over a 25-year period. The results revealed a reduction in areas with …
From Protest To Form: Translating Venezuelan Resistance Into Architectural Form, Estefany S. Gomes
From Protest To Form: Translating Venezuelan Resistance Into Architectural Form, Estefany S. Gomes
Bachelor of Architecture Theses - 5th Year
Political unrest in Venezuela has continuously redefined the relationship between power and space. Protest reveals that collective action is inherently spatial. As movement consolidates into collective action, it reorganizes territory and redefines how space is used and occupied. What appears as an event can be understood as a constructed condition shaped by direction, pressure, and intensity. In this sense, protest operates as a temporary architecture formed through motion and presence.
This thesis investigates the spatial intelligence embedded in protest and explores how it can be translated into architectural form. Protests reorganize space through compression and release. They unfold through phases …

Safeguarding Childhood: A Comprehensive Review Of Child Abuse In Pakistan, Zohra Asad, Khadija Khaja
Safeguarding Childhood: A Comprehensive Review Of Child Abuse In Pakistan, Zohra Asad, Khadija Khaja
Journal for Social Work Scholar-Practitioners
Child abuse is a phenomenon that has affected children from every country, culture, or socio-economic class. Children who are abused or neglected may be more likely to repeat the cycle of violence by entering violent relationships as teens and adults, or with some abusing their children. This paper aims to explore child abuse in Pakistan, the incidence of child abuse, and ways to address it. This academic article seeks to investigate and examine the patterns of child abuse in Pakistan. This report offers insights into the prevalence, types, risk factors, and effects of child abuse in Pakistan by reviewing the …
Navigating The Challenges In Creating Text-Fabric Datasets, Tony Jurg, Saulo De Oliveira Cantanhêde
Navigating The Challenges In Creating Text-Fabric Datasets, Tony Jurg, Saulo De Oliveira Cantanhêde
Andrews University Seminary Studies (AUSS)
The established high-quality, annotated database of the Hebrew Bible created by the ETCBC enabled advanced linguistic analysis. The N1904-TF Conversion Project, started by the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Andrews University, aimed to create a comparable Text-Fabric dataset for the Nestle 1904 Greek New Testament. A primary requirement was to implement constituency-based syntax trees, which involved transforming our source data’s word-group structure into a syntactic one. By incorporating both the original and translated data, the project facilitates the visualization of syntax trees in both formats. This article outlines the project’s methodology; including defining requirements, selecting data sources, assessing data provenance, evaluating …

Digital Analysis And The Greek New Testament: Contextualizing The Nestle 1904 Text-Fabric Conversion Project, Willem Th. Van Peursen, Oliver Glanz
Andrews University Seminary Studies (AUSS)
This special issue of AUSS is devoted to a project that concerned the conversion of an existing syntactically analyzed version of the Greek New Testament (the MACULA version of Nestle’s 1904 edition; in short: N1904), into Text-Fabric (TF), which facilitates computational analysis as well as the integration of the syntactic data in other resources such as the Bible Online Learner (BibleOL). What started as just a conversion project developed into a more comprehensive project in which the annotations were enriched and the applicability of the new tool in research and education was tested. Moreover, from a data science perspective, it …
Treating The Trauma Beneath The Violence: A Reappraisal Of Intimate Partner Violence Perpetrator Interventions, Huda S. Shaikh, Vanessa Cordoba
Treating The Trauma Beneath The Violence: A Reappraisal Of Intimate Partner Violence Perpetrator Interventions, Huda S. Shaikh, Vanessa Cordoba
Journal for Social Work Scholar-Practitioners
Intimate partner violence (IPV) remains a global public health emergency with little meaningful reduction in prevalence over the past two decades, despite extensive micro-level interventions targeting perpetrators through batterer intervention programs (BIPs) and legal accountability mechanisms (Arce et al., 2020; Babcock et al., 2004; Shetty, 2025; WHO, 2025). Using a macro social work and epistemological lens, this paper argues that the IPV field and judicial systems, particularly in the United States, have relied on an outdated and largely reactive paradigm that obscures the trauma histories of perpetrators, neglects intergenerational and neurobiological mechanisms, and perpetuates epistemic injustice toward both survivors and …
The Paradoxes Of Mental Health Disclosure In The Workplace: What Employee Voices Reveal About Courage And Organizational Culture, Steve G. Winkel D.B.A.
The Paradoxes Of Mental Health Disclosure In The Workplace: What Employee Voices Reveal About Courage And Organizational Culture, Steve G. Winkel D.B.A.
Annual DBA Scholars Conference
The lived experience of mental health disclosure is deeply paradoxical. Drawing on thematic analysis of qualitative data from 572 U.S. employees with diagnosed mental health conditions — 282 of whom disclosed to a manager or HR professional — this paper presents three central paradoxes: (1) disclosure normalizes experience but does not neutralize vulnerability; (2) the same conversation produces both safety and stigma; and (3) disclosure requires courage, revealing the inadequacy of existing organizational norms. A constructivist grounded theory approach guided the inquiry. Theoretical implications for stigma management theory (Goffman, 1963) and psychological safety research (Edmondson, 1999) and practical implications for …

What War Games Actually Teach—Threat Recognition, Not Prediction, Charles Edward Gehrke
Naval War College Review
Despite long-standing in-house and public interest in USN war gaming, new technologies and geopolitical realities have left the practice in waters of unknown depth and contours. Finding a way forward will require leaving behind the fog of unvarnished praise and criticism and answering the following question: What benefit do war games actually deliver?
The American Ethic: Happy 250th Anniversary!, Matt Walker
The American Ethic: Happy 250th Anniversary!, Matt Walker
Bound Away: The Liberty Journal of History
The American Ethic: Two hundred fifty years ago, In 1776, the American colonies faced a pivotal decision: whether to remain under British rule or to assert their independence. The Founding Fathers chose to separate from Great Britain and proceeded to clearly articulate both their justification for independence and the fundamental principles of liberty and justice upon which the new nation would be built. The Declaration of Independence, drafted primarily by Thomas Jefferson, was far more than a proclamation of political separation, it also presented the framework for a novel rights-based ethical system which made the extraordinary claim of universal individual …
Baseball’S Anti-Trust Exemption And Major League Baseball Labor Relations In The 20th Century, Shawn M. Smith
Baseball’S Anti-Trust Exemption And Major League Baseball Labor Relations In The 20th Century, Shawn M. Smith
Bound Away: The Liberty Journal of History
Baseball, being America's pastime and the most popular sport in the professional ranks from the 1870s onward for at least another century beyond that, gives us a lens wherethrough we may see so much about American culture, economics and society during this time period. This work looks at baseball’s unique economic position throughout the 20th century and how it changed over the course of time. Baseball had an exclusive arrangement unavailable to other industries in that it had an anti-trust exemption, which was based on the 1922 Supreme Court decision in Federal Baseball Club of Baltimore v. National League. …

The Declaration Of Sentiments: A Womanist Perspective, Emmalee Layton
Bound Away: The Liberty Journal of History
This paper examines the Declaration of Sentiments, an influential document in the creation of the early feminist movement, through a womanist lens. This paper aims to address whether the formulation of the Declaration of Sentiments had Black women’s liberation in mind, and how feminist movements must approach misogyny and racialization as co-constitutive in order to create liberatory strategies for Black women. This paper examines specific grievances that are outlined within the Declaration of Sentiments which are then put into historical context to signal whether the Declaration of Sentiments addresses the nuances of misogynoir and effectively strategizes for Black women’s liberation …
No New Lessons: The Impact Of World War 2 On The American Fire Service, Brady L. Hutchison
No New Lessons: The Impact Of World War 2 On The American Fire Service, Brady L. Hutchison
Bound Away: The Liberty Journal of History
Large loss of life fires occurred with terrifying regularity in 1940s America. While overseas, the nation’s military waged a war on tyranny and oppression abroad, at home, the country faced an enemy every bit as deadly. Tradition in the fire service has held the notion that the 1940s saw so many deadly fires due to the nation being at war. The war, it is believed, drained fire departments of manpower, dramatically increased the call volume for departments, and led departments to cut or suspend fire inspections owing to lack of manpower. With that, the consensus is that fire codes in …
The Many Lives Of Benjamin Franklin: A Historiographical Examination Of America’S First Self-Made Man, Michael W. Cunningham
The Many Lives Of Benjamin Franklin: A Historiographical Examination Of America’S First Self-Made Man, Michael W. Cunningham
Bound Away: The Liberty Journal of History
This paper explores how Benjamin Franklin's historiography has changed over time. It argues that Franklin has been reinterpreted throughout American history and that these reinterpretations say just as much about America as they do about Franklin. Instead of taking a chronological approach to Franklin's life, this study explores how historians have thought about Franklin over time, starting with eighteenth-century writers and ending with historians writing in the twenty-first century. The life of Franklin has been used to exemplify upward mobility, middle-class virtues, and republican success stories, but has more recently been the subject of revisionist scholarship focused on slavery and …
