This study investigates how productive zakāh management and service quality influence the welfare of zakāh beneficiary (mustahik), with economic empowerment positioned as a mediating construct within the zakāh ecosystem of Sungai Penuh City. Using a quantitative explanatory design and SEM‑PLS analysis, the research surveyed mustahik who received productive zakāh through a structured sampling procedure. The findings demonstrate that both effective management of productive zakāh and high‑quality institutional services significantly enhance mustahik’s welfare. This study examines whether Murabaha contracts used by Islamic banks in Palestine comply with AAOIFI standards and mandatory national regulatory requirements, in light of the 2019 Palestinian Monetary Authority directive and the continuing issue of incomplete alignment. Conventional fiscal mechanisms in Nigeria have struggled to address persistent multidimensional poverty and financial exclusion, necessitating the development of alternative institutional models. Aṣ-Ṣadaqah al-Munaẓẓamah (institutionalised Ṣadaqah) presents a promising model for resource mobilisation and sustainable community support, yet empirical assessments of its effectiveness remain limited. This qualitative phenomenological study interprets the experiences of teachers who work with students with disabilities in inclusive schools in Malang, Indonesia. In the safeguarding context, although existing literature has extensively examined safeguarding policies and/or programmatic effectiveness, less attention has been paid to the psychological and professional burdens experienced by teachers within high-risk contexts of victimization faced by children with disabilities. The Arctic Ocean has experienced intensifying phytoplankton spring blooms near the sea ice edge. Here, we investigate the drivers of such near-ice blooms in the Greenland Sea by comparing satellite and in situ observations with the ECCO-Darwin physical–biogeochemical state estimate. Satellite data reveal pronounced spring blooms within ~ 200 km of the ice, a signal that is not reproduced in ECCO-Darwin. Observations further reveal that primary production is tightly linked to submesoscale meltwater eddies shed from the ice edge, which are not currently resolved by ECCO-Darwin. The absence of formal legal attributions of State responsibility for malicious cyber operations reflects a strategic choice by influential States—foremost the United States and the United Kingdom—rather than doctrinal certainty. So long as States avoid creating legal rules for attribution, they entrench cyberspace as a legal gray zone and expose the limits of collective attribution as a governance mechanism. Dyshomeostasis of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) drives chronic illnesses including hypertension, heart failure, diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, and traumatic brain injury. Abnormal neuronal excitability within central nervous system (CNS) nuclei is a major cause of ANS dysfunction. Small-conductance calcium-activated potassium (SK) channels govern excitability in central autonomic nuclei, sustaining neuronal excitation-inhibition balance via medium afterhyperpolarization potentials (mAHP)-mediated negative feedback.
