This in-silico feasibility analysis discloses, as defensive prior art (CC BY 4.0), a hypothetical lyophilized presentation of live-attenuated measles vaccine designed to ease the 2-8 C cold-chain dependence that hampers elimination efforts in low- and middle-income countries. No wet-lab viral-titre, immunogenicity, or stability data are generated; all numerical predictions are computational extrapolations from peer-reviewed parameters. At elevated temperature the dominant failure mode is viral inactivation via capsid denaturation and envelope/genome damage; the realistic target is the WHO PQS VVM30 / Category 30 designation (30 days at 37 C with <= 1 log titre loss). The formulation embeds live-attenuated measles virus (MV-EZ or comparable) in an amorphous trehalose-pullulan glass (about 80/15 w/w), reconstituted on use. Feasibility is assessed through five analyses: a viral-inactivation activation-energy Bayesian prior from published measles thermal data (Galazka 1998) with morbillivirus/rotavirus/Sabin-poliovirus process comparators (Worrall 2000; Madan 2018; Shin 2018); a PyMC NUTS titre-retention posterior; a Couchman-Karasz mixed-glass Tg (about 80-88 C anhydrous); a Tang-Pikal lyophilization-cycle design (shelf <= -32 C, <= 50 mTorr); and a trehalose-protein / capsid-sugar molecular-dynamics literature synthesis. The benefit is a low-cost, off-patent, cold-chain-independent vaccine presentation kept in the public domain. Acknowledged prior art (Xerovac, heat-stable rotavirus, thermostable Sabin IPV, WHO PQS VVM30) is non-overlapping; no scCO2 desiccation step is claimed; genome-level damage is acknowledged as a separate pathway. This is a prior-art disclosure, not deployment, regulatory, or clinical guidance.

Regional planning constitutes a spatial economic policy, inseparable from spatial theories. Although space integration into economic analysis began in the last century, regional planning as an explicit policy only emerged after World War II. Today, it appears essential for all countries—whether developed (reducing regional disparities, environmental protection), centrally planned (curbing rural exodus, developing medium-sized towns), or less advanced (mobilising productive resources, reducing spatial inequalities). The author examines Morocco's specific challenges in this domain, highlighting how spatial planning policies must address the country's unique geographic, demographic, and economic characteristics to achieve balanced territorial development.

The degree of women's emancipation in any society is an irreversible indicator of its level of development—perhaps more telling than GDP or energy consumption. In Morocco, the evolution of women's economic role is intrinsically linked to broader social and cultural transformations. Though women constitute nearly half the population, they remain a political minority. Yet their social role is culturally crucial, as they primarily raise children and transmit values to future generations. The author argues that examining women's economic participation—both past and present—reveals how their position, recognised aptitudes, and limitations shape Morocco's development trajectory.

The Limits Of Consensus In The Practice Of An International Organisation: The Example Of Unesco, Abderrazak Nefzaoui

Although UNESCO’s Constitution provides for majority voting, the organisation has historically favoured consensus to preserve its moral and intellectual authority. However, consensus was formally introduced in 1976 not as an ideal but as a crisis-management tool, following divisive issues such as Israel’s regional exclusion, budget arrears, disagreements over the New International Economic Order, and internal secretariat tensions. The practice reveals that consensus, far from being a natural expression of unity, emerged from political necessity and carries inherent limits. It reflects the tension between UNESCO’s humanistic aspirations and the pragmatic constraints of member-state diplomacy.

God's transcendence above everything is present in many theological traditions, who recognize and answer in a diverse number of ways the question of how to approach the incomprehensible. Using the Historical Critical Method of exegesis with examples from the works of the recently deceased Walter Brueggemann, two completely different contexts in the Old Testament: Exodus 40 and Sirach 24, are presented to show how scripture itself often responded to the question of how God is made comprehensible.

PURPOSE OF REVIEW: The purpose of this review is to describe the intersection between pediatric hypertension and advancing stages of cardiovascular, kidney metabolic syndrome in children and adolescents.

RECENT FINDINGS: Cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic syndrome is highly prevalent in the pediatric population. The onset of CKM in childhood is influenced by the presence of antenatal risk factors such as maternal hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Advancing stages of CKM in children and adolescents are strongly influenced by food insecurity and social determinants of health that impact the risk for childhood obesity. O’Connor often portrays a transformation within that of grotesque characters (characters with moral flaws and/or physical disabilities). We revise the North American fauna of Aulacideini (Hymenoptera: Cynipidae) using morphological, ecological, and genetic (DNA barcode) data, incorporating observations from over 5,000 adult specimens and galls. Prior to revision, the fauna included 24 species in four genera. In partnership with European and Commonwealth allies, Canada has been an active participant in several contentious cases at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), including against Myanmar, Syria, and Afghanistan. Canada has taken progressive legal positions in this litigation with respect to the interpretation and application of international law as it relates to sexual and gender-based crimes, as well as abuses committed against children. This paper examines the discernment of undocumented Hispanic men to the diaconate within a diocese facing growing Hispanic populations and a shortage of Spanish-speaking clergy. Using ethnographic research, theological reflection, and historical analysis, it argues that this reality should be discerned not as a pastoral problem but as a response to concrete community needs. Interpreted through four theological perspectives (sacred vocation, divine initiative, unconventional divine choice, and the community-oriented nature of diaconal ministry) the study proposes that welcoming undocumented men into formal discernment and formation for the diaconate constitutes a faithful and ecclesial response to the Church’s mission.

This study investigates the dynamics of the underground economy in the Indonesia–Timor-Leste border region, focusing on how cross-border informal activities evolve into a socially legitimized parallel economic system. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted in four regencies of East Nusa Tenggara Province that directly border Timor-Leste, utilizing field observations, in-depth interviews, and policy document analysis. The findings reveal that underground economic practices are not merely acts of legal transgression but adaptive responses to structural exclusion, regulatory ambiguity, and the absence of effective state services.
