Purpose: Modified barium swallow (MBS) exams are pivotal for assessing swallowing function and include diagnostic video segments imaged in various planes, such as anteroposterior (AP or coronal plane) and lateral (or mid-sagittal plane), alongside non-diagnostic 'scout' image segments used for anatomic reference and image set-up that do not include bolus swallows. These variations in imaging files necessitate manual sorting and labeling, complicating the pre-analysis workflow.

Methods: Our study introduces a deep learning approach to automate the categorization of swallow videos in MBS exams, distinguishing between the different types of diagnostic videos and identifying non-diagnostic scout videos to streamline the MBS …

This disclosure presents Anchored AI, a system and method for ensuring reliable, human-aligned artificial intelligence through the integration of anchored data partitioning, intent extraction, anchor-weighted generation, provenance embedding, and synthetic collapse prevention. Unlike conventional large language models that are trained indiscriminately on mixed or synthetic data, Anchored AI introduces a structured framework where datasets are partitioned and weighted (anchor, ephemeral, synthetic), user queries are processed through an intent extraction layer (embedding, semantic role labeling, ontology mapping), and responses are generated with explicit anchor weighting and citation from authoritative corpora. his study explores the legal framework surrounding the preventive settlement method and its potential to mitigate bankruptcy risks for troubled commercial enterprises. It enables debtors in financial distress to petition the competent court for protection, helping them avoid default and bankruptcy proceedings. The research employs qualitative and analytical approaches, focusing on the UAE Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law No. 51 of 2023 (FRBL) and relevant case law. The findings indicate that preventive settlement procedures facilitate creditors in recovering their dues, which has a positive impact on the national economy. Ukraine's European integration necessitates the alignment of its state aid control framework with EU competition law. The full-scale invasion by Russia in 2022 significantly disrupted this alignment, prompting Ukraine to temporarily suspend standard state aid oversight procedures under martial law. In response, Ukraine has undertaken comprehensive legislative reforms, including the adoption of sector-specific state aid criteria, enhanced administrative accountability measures, and systematic inventorying of existing aid schemes. This article analyses these developments, demonstrating Ukraine's ongoing commitment to restore regulatory certainty, transparency, and competitive neutrality, despite wartime constraints. Despite the growing interest in Buddhist spiritual tourism, there is a clear gap in the literature regarding the role of Communities of Practice (CoPs) in fostering transformative tourism experiences. This study investigates how CoPs at Plum Village retreats in France and Thailand facilitate transformative experiences and enhance mindfulness among participants in Buddhist spiritual tourism. Utilising qualitative methods, the study combines autoethnography—drawing on the lead researcher’s personal experience through daily reflexive journals—and participant observation of a focal ‘retreat family’ group of 15 participants at each retreat. Pilgrimages to Holy Places in Mecca and Medina have spawned a rich repertoire of travel literature by Nahḍa luminaries at the beginning of the twentieth century, however, few studies have been written about their travel accounts. This paucity of research might be ascribed to the view that accounts of pilgrimage tend to be highly formulaic and instructive rather than literary. Conventional methods depend on labelled training data and assume an even class distribution, restricting their 'real-world' application, where rare anomalies and unlabelled data are the norm. This research addresses these limitations by investigating how unlabelled data can support anomaly detection in imbalanced, data-scarce, complex environments. Enteric methane is the largest source of agricultural greenhouse gas emissions in Ireland, accounting for 63% of the sector’s total. Achieving the legally binding target of a 25% reduction in agricultural emissions by 2030 requires low-cost, scalable mitigation strategies. Genetic selection offers a cumulative and permanent solution, with potential to reduce emissions without compromising productivity. Alaska Native youth experience disproportionately high rates of sexual risk, yet disaggregated data and school-contextual analyses remain limited. Understanding how school type (alternative vs. traditional) and individual factors influence sexual risk among Alaska Native youth is essential for informing targeted, culturally responsive health interventions and addressing ongoing health disparities. This quantitative study aimed to examine the association between three behaviors (condom use, multiple sexual partners, and substance use) by school type, controlling for gender, grade level, body mass index, and afterschool activity. Stalking, and cyberstalking are singular forms of violence, predicated on a victim’s interpretation and perception of events (Campbell & Moore, 2011; Korkodeilou, 2017). This study explores the perceptions of Muslim tourists regarding wellness-related activities while travelling in non-Muslim countries. Although halal tourism has witnessed significant global expansion, there remains a notable gap in the literature concerning the development of halal-compliant wellness products and services in destinations outside the Muslim world. Employing a qualitative methodology, in-depth interviews were undertaken with 40 Thai Muslim participants who travelled to non-Muslim countries between 2022 and 2023. The investigation centres on four primary categories of wellness activities: spa, therapy, and massage services; sports, leisure, and adventure experiences; spiritual well-being practices; and the slow food movement.
