The aspects of translation acceptability are not related only to the accuracy and clarity of the translation. They also cover the naturalness of translation. This study aims to reveal the degree of translation naturalness of the Quranic imperative verses. This evaluative study compares the translations of the verses by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (MORA) and the one made by Muhammad Thalib (MT). The study used embedded case study research. The findings of the study show that in general, the translations of the verses in the two versions have an acceptable degree of naturalness. However, …

The problem addressed in this study is that middle school teachers in Georgia Middle School Districts (GMSD, a pseudonym) face challenges integrating technology into their teaching. Guided by Mishra and Koehler’s technological pedagogical content knowledge framework, the purpose of this qualitative study was to explore teachers' perceptions of successes, challenges, and support needed to effectively integrate technology into their teaching at GMSD. For this basic qualitative design, semistructured interviews were conducted with 11 middle school teachers who were purposively selected by emailing all GMSD teachers. This study explored how informal caregivers of colorectal cancer (CRC) gain access to supportive care services at integrated cancer care institutions. Although supportive care aims to improve the quality of life for patients and caregivers, there is limited research on how informal caregivers participate in distress screening, and no standard process exists across settings. This study used a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore the lived experiences of 10 oncology nurses with screening informal caregivers for distress and referring them to supportive care within integrated cancer care institutions. Although childhood sexual abuse (CSA) is known to affect survivors’ subsequent self- esteem and interpersonal trust levels, its long-term impacts among African American women were not fully understood. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study, which was grounded in attachment theory and trauma theory, was to explore how CSA shapes African American women’s self-esteem, interpersonal trust, and healing processes in adulthood. To answer the study’s seven research questions, semistructured interviews were conducted with eight African American women. Introduction: Diagnostic errors in primary care are common, particularly in the interpretation and follow-up of abnormal haemoglobin (Hgb) and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) results. These errors frequently result in missed or delayed diagnoses of serious conditions such as anaemia and chronic kidney disease. This protocol describes a stepped-wedge cluster randomised controlled trial designed to evaluate a novel, evidence-based, team-based intervention aimed at improving diagnostic safety and efficiency.

This article explores how digital recording practices, amid contemporary technological transformation, rearticulate the musical meaning of karawitan, reshape listening experience, and reorganize its modes of cultural circulation. The study is situated within broader scholarly debates on digital mediation, particularly concerning the shifting relationship between recorded sound and the socio-spatial and ritual contexts that have historically constituted karawitan performance. Using a descriptive qualitative case-study approach, the research draws on in depth interviews with musicians (pengrawit), scholars, distributors, and listeners, supported by observations of recording environments, patterns of online circulation, archival sources, and indicators of platform based distribution. Microplastic contamination is a pervasive global issue, yet its impact on ecologically significant cephalopod populations remains poorly understood. This study quantified microplastic prevalence and distribution in longfin squid (Doryteuthis pealeii), a key trophic link in the Gulf of Mexico. Following hydrogen peroxide digestion of digestive tract and mantle tissues, microplastics were isolated via vacuum filtration and characterized using microscopy. Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy confirmed polymer identities. Microplastic contamination was exceptionally high, with 96.4% of individuals containing particles (mean = 36.6 ± 20.0 particles per individual, range = 0–94, n = 110 squid). A south-suburban Cook County, IL city lacks grocery stores with high-quality food options, which contributes to food insecurity. Residents often rely on highly processed, low-nutrient foods, contributing to nutritional vulnerability. Friendship Church’s food bank sporadically serves this food desert, but sustaining its operations is challenging. Using community-based participatory action research design and the food security theory, data were collected from 25 semistructured interviews with food bank beneficiaries and church staff/volunteers and analyzed using reflective thematic analysis. The exact biological role of mitochondrial supercomplexes remains debated, particularly their role in guiding redox proteins across membranes during energy conversion. We integrate multiscale modeling and single particle cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) to examine electron transfer in mitochondrial supercomplexes composed of complexes III and IV (CIII and CIV). Using bioinformatic and entropy-based methods, we generated structural ensembles capturing conformations of CIII's disordered QCR6 hinge within the yeast CIII2CIV2 supercomplex. Molecular and Brownian Dynamics simulations reveal that these negatively charged hinge states electrostatically couple with redox proteins, promoting their binding and directional diffusion across the membrane on millisecond timescales. Methods: This prospective longitudinal study was conducted from January to December 2020 and included pregnant women with pregestational diabetes, recruited at the National Institute of Nutrition of Tunis, Tunis, Tunisia, before 12 weeks of amenorrhoea and followed-up until delivery. It traces the emergence of modern painting during the Protectorate, the institutionalization of training (the Tetouan and Casablanca art schools), successive generations of artists and aesthetic ruptures, and then focuses on mediation (galleries, education, collecting, criticism, the state, and cultural policies). Objective: To examine obesity research trends in Arab countries to inform policies and interventions.

Methods: A bibliometric analysis was conducted using the Web of Science database accessed via King Abdulaziz University’s electronic library. Publications on obesity research in Arab countries from 2004 to 2023 were analyzed using R-Bibliometrix. Key parameters included publication volume, leading authors and institutions, funding sources, keyword co-occurrence networks, and collaboration patterns.

Results: Obesity-related research output in Arab countries demonstrated consistent growth from 2004 to 2023, with a threefold increase in publications since 2015. Regional and international collaborations have intensified, although disparities in research productivity persist across …
