This study examines how medium and large formal companies’ perceptions of employee mental health changed between 2020 and 2025, especially after the impact of the COVID-19 pan demic, considering its organizational and economic impacts. Based on a narrative review of literature, we sought to understand the reasons why mental health care in a formal corporate environment should no longer be seen only as a cost and should instead occupy a central place in corporate investments and strategies. In this holdover proceeding, the Appellate Term affirmed the Civil Court's denial of the tenant's motions for summary judgment, which sought to dismiss the landlord's petition. The tenant argued the current proceeding was precluded by res judicata, citing a prior holdover proceeding dismissed for lack of standing. However, the court ruled that a dismissal for lack of standing is not a final determination on the merits, thus res judicata was inapplicable. The court also rejected the tenant's mootness claim regarding a renewal lease due to triable issues of fact, and upheld the denial of a subsequent partial summary judgment motion …

This study examined the relationship between mental health issues and interest in chemistry courses among Chemistry Education undergraduate students in federal universities in Southeast Nigeria (n = 2500). The research was motivated by increasing academic stress, perceived course difficulty, limited coping resources, and the influence of mental health on motivation, arousal, and self-efficacy. Background: Neurological disorders remain a challenge in sub-Saharan Africa, with limited expertise and credible research data to guide interventions and disease prevention. Training the next generation of clinical researchers requires a focused and concerted effort to stem the growing neurological disease burden. The US National Institute of Health (NIH) research training funded through the Fogarty International Center (FIC) Global Brain Disorders Research program gave trainees an opportunity to participate in mentored neurology research and training for 1–2.5 years. The endolysosomal system plays a pivotal role in cellular function. Before reaching lysosomes for degradation, the endocytosed cargoes are sorted at various stages of endosomal trafficking for recycling and/or rerouting. The proper execution of these processes depends on tightly regulated ion fluxes across endolysosomal membranes. Recent studies have demonstrated the importance of two-pore channels (TPCs), including TPC1 and TPC2, in endolysosomal trafficking. These channels are expressed in the membranes of distinct populations of endosomes and lysosomes, where they respond to nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NAADP) and phosphatidylinositol 3,5-bisphosphate [PI(3,5)P2] to conduct Ca2+ and Na+ release from these acidic organelles. …

Shallow bathymetry data constitute the core foundational information underpinning the ecological, resource, and strategic values of island and coastal zones. Satellite-derived bathymetry has evolved into a key technical means for large-scale acquisition of shallow bathymetry information. Focusing on satellite-based lidar bathymetry, optical imaging bathymetry, and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) bathymetry, this study systematically summarizes the core principles, applicable scenarios, technical strengths, and inherent limitations of each technology. Background: Little was known about persistent sequelae of mpox before the 2022 multinational clade II mpox virus outbreak.

Objective: To characterize post-mpox sequelae 11 to 18 months after acute mpox diagnosis and compare outbreak-associated psychosocial and behavioral impact between at-risk persons who had or did not have mpox.

Design: Cohort study.

Setting: New York City, New York, and Houston, Texas.

Participants: Adults attending HIV, pre-exposure prophylaxis, or sexually transmitted infection clinics diagnosed with mpox during May 2022 to January 2023 (post-mpox) or at risk for but never diagnosed with mpox (no-mpox).

This study investigates the use of scaffolded weekly assessments with individual feedback in promoting deep learning and managing workload among engineering students in online education. The research focuses on how these assessment strategies shape students’ learning approaches and workload distribution. The study involved the implementation of weekly assessments aligned with intended learning outcomes, complemented by personalized feedback. Data collection comprised student surveys and qualitative feedback to assess the impact on learning approaches and workload management. This study developed a microcontroller-based system which coordinates and monitors hybrid renewable energy sources within a microgrid, providing an uninterrupted power solution for off-grid areas. Site data for wind speed, solar radiation, and load demand were collected and averaged into hourly intervals across seasons. Integration of Direct Liquid Cooling with Heterogeneous Packages

Abstract

The disclosure describes a hybrid cooling architecture designed for heterogeneous die packages. In the disclosed systems, high-power dies amenable to direct cooling can be liquid-cooled, while other, relatively low-power dies, can be cooled indirectly. As described herein, a novel cold plate architecture can be used to manage flow routing between direct and indirect cooling zones. In addition, in some embodiments, a sealant can be used around the periphery of the dies that receive DLC.
