Measure The Sensitivity Of Streptococcus Mutans Against Cds Nanoparticles, Ali Essam Ali, Sara Habeeb Jassim, Abeer Ali Marhoon

Dental caries is the most common disease that poses a threat to human health. As a result, caries prevention is crucial because it is now a major global public health issue. Nowadays, there is more focus on employing nanoscale medication delivery devices to prevent dental cavities. Here, an antibacterial activity of CDs synthesis with allover plant by measuring the turbidity and bacterial colony after the effect of CDs NPs on the one-off gram-positive bacteria streptococcus mutans that cause dental caries. The results showed significant (p < 0.05) concentration of 10, 15, 25 μ g/mL of CDs NPs. Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis showed the effect of CDs NPs on the bacterial cell, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) that showed the size, shape and the attachment of Nanoparticles to the bacterial cell wall that support the effect of nanoparticles on bacteria. When compared to chemical and physical procedures, environmentally friendly technologies can produce simple, easy, and affordable nanoparticles. has the capacity to function as antimicrobial agents.

This study examines the visibility and invisibility of sexuality-related terms in four Asian Englishes using data from the International Corpus of English (ICE). Drawing on Wilkinson’s (2022) sexuality-related lexical set and informed by scholarship on heteronormativity, the study analyzes the proportional visibility of 19 target lexemes across Englishes in Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, and India. The findings show that only a small subset of terms (gay, lesbian, same sex, sexual preference, bisexual, and sexual orientation) appear in the corpora, and even these occur at low frequencies. This study develops a fractional-order tumor-immune interaction model incorporating Caputo memory effects, delayed immune activation, and CTLA-4 checkpoint regulation. The model describes the coupled dynamics of tumor cells, CD4^+ T cells, IFN-γ, and CTLA-4, and extends classical integer-order tumor-immune models by accounting for hereditary immune responses and biologically motivated latency effects. Theoretical properties, including positivity, boundedness, equilibrium structure, and fractional-order stability, are examined to establish the biological and mathematical consistency of the model. Although the incidence of listeriosis is much lower in small ruminants, it has implications for food safety, herd health and appropriate antibiotic usage as well as zoonotic potential. Both have been reported to be robust pathogens and Listeria monocytogenes is generally recognized as the most common etiologic agent, but in ovine or caprine abortion it should be included as a significant differential diagnosis. This is a narrative one health review that summarizes status of the information published to date on the epidemiology and clinical signs of infection, resistance patterns found and diagnosis and prevention methods employed in small ruminant populations. …
