Multi-Output Learning For Predicting Evaluation And Reopening Of Github Pull Requests On Open-Source Projects, Peerachai Banyongrakkul
Multi-Output Learning For Predicting Evaluation And Reopening Of Github Pull Requests On Open-Source Projects, Peerachai Banyongrakkul
Chulalongkorn University Theses and Dissertations (Chula ETD)
GitHub's pull-based development model is widely used by software development teams to manage software complexity. Contributors create pull requests for merging changes into the main codebase, and integrators review these requests to maintain quality and stability. However, a high volume of pull requests can overburden integrators, causing feedback delays. Previous studies have used machine learning and statistical techniques with tabular data as features, but these may lose meaningful information. Additionally, acceptance and latency may not be sufficient for the pull request evaluation. Moreover, reopened pull requests can add maintenance costs and burden already-busy developers. This thesis proposes a novel multi-output …

Chulalongkorn University Theses and Dissertations (Chula ETD)
Microplastics pollution effects are increasingly observed as new studies emerge in different ecosystem and organismal levels. It is becoming clear that exposure to different types of microplastic can impair the nonspecific immune system of crustaceans. Therefore, this study investigated the impact of high-density polyethylene microplastic particles (HDPE-MP) in feed on nonspecific immune system gene expression of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). The LC50 at day 28 of HDPE-MP ingestion was 3.074% w/w of food. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the Glutathione peroxidase (GPx) gene were upregulated significantly in groups supplemented with 0.1 and 0.5% of HDPE-MP and then down-regulated significantly after …

Chulalongkorn University Theses and Dissertations (Chula ETD)
PEDV and PDCoV are recognized as important pathogens causing enteric disease in swine herds worldwide. During 2014-2015, several outbreaks of PEDV occurred in many provinces in Thailand, and the clinical signs were more severe than those of classical PEDV in Thailand during 2008-2012. Therefore, the new introduction of PEDV or mutated virus strains was suspected. In 2015, PDCoV was also reported in Thailand, making the situation of enteric disease in the Thai swine industry worse. Since genetic classification studies of PEDV and PDCoV had never been done in Thailand before, this study aimed to investigate the genetic diversity of PEDV …

Correlation Of The Classical Swine Fever (Csf) Antibody Levels Detected By Serum Neutralizaton And Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (Elisa), Chairani Ridha Maghfira
Chulalongkorn University Theses and Dissertations (Chula ETD)
Classical swine fever is an important viral disease that has a devastating impact on the swine industry. The Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) provides a simpler and more practical approach to detect classical swine fever virus (CSFV) antibodies compared to the serum neutralization (SN) test. However, antibody responses detected by ELISA cannot directly exhibit a protective level. This study aimed to evaluate the correlation of classical swine fever antibody responses detected by SN assay and commercial ELISA. A total of 522 negative and positive serum samples were tested by the SN and ELISA. Correlation, an agreement between two assays, and comparisons …
Establishment Of Transplantation Platform For Delivering Mouse Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell-Derived Insulin-Producing Cells (Mips-Ipcs) For Diabetes Treatment, Hong Thuan Tran
Chulalongkorn University Theses and Dissertations (Chula ETD)
Pancreatic beta-cell replacement is recognized for feasible type 1 diabetes (T1D) treatment. However, in post-transplantation, the autoimmune destruction incidentally attacks the activity and survival of beta-cells are reported in animal and human. To address these concerns, the generation of immortalized, biocompatible beta-cells, and the engraftment platform are insightfully investigated. The stepwise chemical process was used for in vitro Insulin-producing cells (IPCs) production from mouse gingival fibroblast-induced pluripotent stem cells (mGF-iPSCs). The real-time qRT-PCR, glucose stimulation C-peptide/Insulin secretion, immunostaining, and visible cell methods were examined during IPC differentiation. The encapsulated-IPC beads were loaded into subcutaneous pocket space via transplantation platform. Completed …
