Decomposition Of Website Interactions Into Executable Semantic Functions, Emrick Donadei, Kalyan Desineni, Alan Pham, Kaushik Sethuraman Sep 2025

Decomposition Of Website Interactions Into Executable Semantic Functions, Emrick Donadei, Kalyan Desineni, Alan Pham, Kaushik Sethuraman

Defensive Publications Series

Automated agents can experience inefficiency and brittleness when performing tasks on websites, as some user interface (UI) automation methods can be slow or fragile, and public APIs may be incomplete or unavailable. This disclosure describes a method for decomposing website interactions into executable semantic functions through an offline process. The method can involve tracing a user task to collect interaction data, such as UI events, network traffic, and JavaScript execution details. A large language model can analyze this trace to identify logic and components associated with the task. From this analysis, a self-contained, executable function can be generated. This process …

Ada-Application Of Decision Analysis For Developing A Healthcare System To Predict Fetal Health, Melfi Alrasheedi, Theyazn.H.H Aldhyani Sep 2025

Ada-Application Of Decision Analysis For Developing A Healthcare System To Predict Fetal Health, Melfi Alrasheedi, Theyazn.H.H Aldhyani

Iraqi Journal for Computer Science and Mathematics

A fatal health condition involves an unborn baby that persists throughout the embryonic stage until delivery. The fetus grows and develops during each trimester of pregnancy. Obstetricians may detect fetal anomalies and select medical interventions based on cardiotocogram (CTG) data. However, the obstetrician's visual assessment of CTG data can sometimes be subjective or inaccurate. Therefore, automated analysis using machine learning approaches for CTG data is essential. This research employs decision analysis techniques, including decision trees (DT), gradient boosting (GB), and type-2 fuzzy neural networks (FNN), for prenatal analysis and prediction. The system was tested using a standard dataset consisting of …

Retracted: Hotspot Issue Handling And Reliable Data Forwarding Technique For Ocean Underwater Sensor Networks, Omar Adil Mahdi, Yusor Rafid Bahar Al-Mayouf, Sameer Sami Hassan Al-Obaidi, Bourair Al-Attar, Hamed Balogun, Suleman Khan

Iraqi Journal for Computer Science and Mathematics

Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks (UWSNs) have emerged as a promising technology for a wide range of ocean monitoring applications. The UWSNs suffer from unique challenges of the underwater environment, such as dynamic and sparse network topology, which can easily lead to a partitioned network. This results in hotspot formation and the absence of the routing path from the source to the destination. Therefore, to optimize the network lifetime and limit the possibility of hotspot formation along the data transmission path, the need to plan a traffic-aware protocol is raised. In this research, we propose a traffic-aware routing protocol called PG-RES, …

Pharmacy Faculty Articles and Research

Air pollution is a significant public health issue that impacts lung health, particularly in vulnerable populations such as children, the elderly, and individuals with pre-existing respiratory conditions. Both natural and anthropogenic sources of air pollution give rise to a variety of toxic compounds, including particulate matter (PM), ozone (O₃), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), carbon monoxide (CO), and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Exposure to these pollutants is strongly associated with the development and exacerbation of respiratory diseases, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), lung cancer, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Notably, early life exposure to pollutants such as …

Preconditioning With Low-Dose Radiation Improves Antitumor Immunity And Survival In Dc-Vaccinated Mice, Eric Kwon, Shelby Namen, Colin J Willoughby, Solomon Kang, Gaurav Pandey, Alexander B Kim, Carl J Deselm

2020-Current year OA Pubs

Preconditioning regimens are essential for the immunologic success of cell therapies like CAR T cells. Nevertheless, their effect on cancer vaccines is underexplored, and preconditioning regimens are generally absent from cancer vaccine clinical trials. To address this knowledge gap, we evaluated the impact of various preconditioning strategies on dendritic cell (DC) vaccine efficacy in a murine tumor model. Mice bearing syngeneic tumors received preconditioning with 2 Gy low-dose radiation therapy (LD RT; whole-body or tumor-only), cyclophosphamide, paclitaxel, LD RT plus cyclophosphamide, or no preconditioning, followed by administration of antigen-loaded DCs. Whether whole-body or tumor-directed, LD RT preconditioning significantly enhanced vaccine-induced …

Risk Of Clonal Hematopoiesis In Families Exposed To Radiation Following The Chornobyl Accident, Mitchell J Machiela, Irenaeus Chan, Kelly Bolton, Et Al.

2020-Current year OA Pubs

Radiation exposure is a well-established risk factor for leukemia. Clonal hematopoiesis (CH), the expansion of mutated hematopoietic cells, is also associated with increased leukemia risk and its frequency is higher in cancer patients following radiotherapy and chemotherapy. We investigated whether low to moderate environmental ionizing radiation determined by state-of-the-art dosimetric analysis was associated with CH in the Chornobyl Family Study (CFS). Our study conducted targeted high-depth sequencing and array genotyping to identify and characterize clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential (CHIP) and mosaic chromosomal alterations (mCAs) in 882 participants from 292 CFS families. Fathers had mean bone marrow radiation doses of …
