Survey Results Of Dnp Faculty To Guide Faculty Development Priorities At Two Large Universities, Gina C. Rowe, Deborah O'Briant Sep 2026

Survey Results Of Dnp Faculty To Guide Faculty Development Priorities At Two Large Universities, Gina C. Rowe, Deborah O'Briant

International Nursing Research Congress (INRC)

Since 2010, DNP programs in the U.S. have grown from 156 programs with almost 7000 students in 2010 to 394 programs with over 40,000 students in 2021.(1,2) This rapid growth in new DNP programs has resulted in considerable variability in DNP program structure and curricula (3,4). Many DNP and PhD prepared faculty do not feel confident in guiding DNP students to complete DNP scholarly projects and have expressed a need for more resource support and mentoring.(3,5) The primary purpose of the study was to create baseline data on faculty knowledge and learning needs to guide faculty development efforts for those …

Assessing Spanish-Speaking Latinas' Perceptions Of Postpartum Education On Maternal Warning Signs, Lucero Rocha-Dela Cruz, Natalia Villegas Rodriguez Sep 2026

Assessing Spanish-Speaking Latinas' Perceptions Of Postpartum Education On Maternal Warning Signs, Lucero Rocha-Dela Cruz, Natalia Villegas Rodriguez

International Nursing Research Congress (INRC)

Introduction: Pregnancy-related deaths remain a significant public health concern in the US, with approximately 78% occuring during the postpartum period. Latinx birthing individuals may face increased risk of postpartum complications due to barriers in accessing postpartum education that is culturally and linguistically appropriate. Little is known about education on maternal warning signs received among Latinx birthing individuals in the postpartum period. Patient education can reduce pregnancy-related deaths associated with postpartum complications. The purpose of this study was to assess perceptions of postpartum education, with a focus on maternal warning signs, among Spanish-speaking Latinx birthing individuals.

Methods: This quantitative descriptive study …

Persistent Delegated Communication Brokering System And Method For Individuals With Intermittent Communication Access, Eric Zavesky Sep 2026

Persistent Delegated Communication Brokering System And Method For Individuals With Intermittent Communication Access, Eric Zavesky

Defensive Publications Series

A system and method for persistent delegated communication brokering on behalf of individuals with intermittent communication access is disclosed. The system captures a requester's outreach objectives during a brief communication session and structures them into a persistent obligation object that survives session termination, continuing to execute outreach, information gathering, and action coordination after the requester's communication channel has closed. The system resolves non-dialable contact references through multi-source discovery with contextual confidence scoring and a trust-tiered no-auto-contact gate. A multi-modal outreach agent conducts autonomous outreach with mandatory self-identification, optionally employing biometric cloning of the requester, and continuously classifies contacted-party responses into …

Method, System, And Computer Program Product For Extracting Data From A Data File Using A Large Language Model, Ovidiu Dan Sep 2026

Method, System, And Computer Program Product For Extracting Data From A Data File Using A Large Language Model, Ovidiu Dan

Defensive Publications Series

Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for extracting data from a data file using a large language model. An example method includes: receiving a first data file having first data in a first format; inputting the first data file and a prompt to a non-deterministic LLM; executing, with the LLM, the prompt a plurality of separate times, thereby generating a plurality of separate output files based on the input file; comparing the plurality of output files to generate a score representing a similarity of the plurality of output files; in response to the score satisfying a threshold, generating …

Integrated Sled System For Multi-Rack Data Center Deployment With Dynamic Shock Isolation, N/A Sep 2026

Integrated Sled System For Multi-Rack Data Center Deployment With Dynamic Shock Isolation, N/A

Defensive Publications Series

A rack deployment sled (RDS) aggregates multiple information technology (IT), networking, and power racks onto a single structural base to form a shippable unit. The sled incorporates an integrated dynamic isolation system, using components such as wire rope isolators, to protect the combined payload during transport without separate shock-absorbing pallets. This design allows for inter-rack cabling, connections to liquid cooling manifolds, and system validation to be completed upstream before the unit arrives at a data center. A two-stage methodology handles movement, where standard material handling equipment delivers the sled to the server row, and integrated low-profile mechanisms like pneumatic air …

Security Operations Decision Attribution And Reasoning Trace Evaluation Framework For Autonomous Security Triage And Investigation Agents, Vidya Gopalakrishnan, Benjamin Walter, Nicholas Smith, Ruowen Wang, Jeffrey Bickford Sep 2026

Security Operations Decision Attribution And Reasoning Trace Evaluation Framework For Autonomous Security Triage And Investigation Agents, Vidya Gopalakrishnan, Benjamin Walter, Nicholas Smith, Ruowen Wang, Jeffrey Bickford

Defensive Publications Series

This publication describes the Security Operations (SecOps) Decision Attribution and Reasoning Trace framework, an integrated ground-truth construction pipeline and evaluation harness for benchmarking autonomous security triage and investigation agents at enterprise scale. Evaluating security agents presents two fundamental challenges: first, historical human closure notes are inherently sparse, unstructured, and omit implicit investigative steps, making it difficult to systematically codify expert reasoning ground truth. Secondly, conventional verdict-based metrics fail to detect when an agent arrives at the correct conclusion through flawed logic, coincidental data lookups, or deficient reasoning paths. The SecOps Decision Attribution and Reasoning Trace framework aims to resolve both …

Automated Proactive Software Defect Discovery And Verification Framework, N/A Sep 2026

Automated Proactive Software Defect Discovery And Verification Framework, N/A

Defensive Publications Series

Software maintenance in complex repositories benefits from automated mechanisms capable of identifying defects prior to production failure or manual reporting. This publication describes an automated system designed for the proactive discovery and verification of software vulnerabilities across large-scale source code repositories. By integrating local compute pre-processing, structure-aware code parsing, and graph-augmented semantic retrieval, the framework optimizes code representation for large language model analysis. Potential software defects are identified through automated vulnerability hypotheses, followed by the synthesis of executable test cases designed to reproduce the hypothesized conditions. The framework enforces a strict verification phase where candidate test cases are executed in …
