In the quest for higher education internationalization approaches, there remains much debate about how to redefine “internationalization” in a post-pandemic context through which the limitations of student mobility have been exposed. This article contributes to current debates about future directions and definitions of internationalization by offering insightful analysis of recent approaches and conceptualizations across the Australian university sector. To do so, we conducted a desktop review of universities’ public-facing international strategies and analyzed the documents for patterns in practices and priorities. Our findings generate a timely picture of internationalization approaches and indicate the broadening conceptualization of internationalization within the sector, …

The Taxonomic Report of the International Lepidoptera Survey

Six butterfly species in four families were observed puddling on damp soil, scat and carrion in various locations in Montgomery County, Maryland and on small islands in the Potomac River. Four species preferred damp soil to nearby mud, but the reason for this behavior is unknown. The presence of butterflies on small islands in the Potomac River is documented for the first time.

Hospitals are required to provide high-quality services to increase patient visits. Over the past six months, RSI Sultan Agung Banjarbaru has experienced a decline in the number of patient visits. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the marketing mix and hospital brand image with revisit intention. The study employed a correlational analytic design, involving an outpatient population of 107,146 patients. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and data were collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman’s Rho test. Optimal cancer management requires a multidisciplinary approach to improve the quality of patient care. Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) enable interprofessional collaboration in designing comprehensive, patient-centered care. However, the implementation of MDTs in Indonesia still faces various challenges, necessitating a systematic review to understand their effectiveness in improving cancer management outcomes. This systematic review employed the PRISMA method, searching articles from the ScienceDirect, Semantic Scholar, and PubMed databases, published between 2014 and 2024. Ten scientific articles were analyzed from 745 articles retrieved to understand the effectiveness of MDTs in improving cancer management outcomes. Although Egypt falls within the solar belt, solar energy use on the household level remains very sparse. This research examines the factors driving and hindering households’ willingness to shift from fossil fuels to solar energy. The study evaluates the socioeconomic determinants of households’ willingness to adopt photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, based on a random distribution of 301 questionnaires in Cairo and Giza – two of Egypt’s most densely populated governorates. The Impact Of Sleep On Physical Performance And Behavior In Adolescent Athletes: A Study In High School Strength And Conditioning Program, Daniel Higgins

This study examined the relationship between sleep behaviors and strength performance in adolescent students enrolled in a high school strength and conditioning course. Participants included 112 students, ages 15–19, who completed daily self-reported sleep logs over an eight-week period assessing sleep duration, sleep quality, and pre-sleep technology use. Strength performance was measured through repeated assessments of the bench press, squat, and power clean. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, and linear regression. Results indicated that sleep duration and sleep quality did not significantly predict overall strength gains across the training period. The global pandemic accelerated the transition from conventional face-to-face to distant online education. This study aims to investigate the disparities in mental health challenges among students undergoing remote online learning during the educational disruption and their current psychological status upon transitioning back to in-person learning. Students at public universities experienced high levels of psychological distress, stress, anxiety, and depression. The study revealed an association between mental health concerns and demographic factors, including socioeconomic status and gadget use. Internationalization is an academic goal and quality measure in higher education, driven by governmental policies and target numbers of mobility, where quantitative measures are the norm. Discussions of what internationalization means and why it is regarded as important need further conceptualization in a higher education context. This is the first longitudinal autoethnography to discuss the meaning of internationalization. The present study makes noteworthy contributions to international higher education literature and practice. This study explores how repeated exposure to violent content in films, television series, and video games may influence behavioral outcomes among Egyptian media consumers. Drawing on the General Aggression Model, Social Learning Theory, and Cultivation Theory, it examines how individual interpretation, emotional involvement, and narrative absorption mediate the effects of media violence. It also considers how personality traits shape audience responses, specifically aggression, empathy, and narrative immersion.

Despite being a worldwide health concern, local cultural, institutional, and economic circumstances have a significant impact on the lived consequences of breast cancer. This thesis examines the 2007 Israeli bombing on Syria's Al-Kibar nuclear reactor through the lens of securitization theory, concluding that intelligence served as crucial audiences in legitimizing the operation. Building on the Copenhagen School's paradigm, which defines securitization as the process by which actors build issues as existential threats necessitating extreme measures, this study fills a critical theoretical gap: the underdeveloped role of the audience.
