This study aims to identify the effect of strategic decisions on reducing the Jordanian civil defense infrastructures costs considering the Corona pandemic. This study examined the impact of human capital development on the nurses’ work engagement. A questionnaire was adapted and distributed to a nursing convenience sample in different types of hospitals. The sample size was 286 male and female nurses who completed it. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to test the research hypothesis. Results revealed that human capital development had a direct impact on the nursing work engagement. Nursing work engagement give managers ability to improve the work environment, increase the work professional and institutional loyalty. Supporting the human capital development tools is very important for any healthcare organization.

Classical Lipschitz regularity does not allow to capture possible different oscillating directional pointwise regularity behaviors in coordinate axes of functions f on Rd, d ≥ 2. To overcome this drawback, we use iterated fractional primitives to introduce a notion of multivariate pointwise Lipschitz oscillating regularity. We show a characterization in hyperbolic wavelet bases. As an application, we obtain the fractal print dimension of a given set of multivariate Lipschitz oscillating regularity, from the knowledge of fractional axes oscillating spaces to which f belongs.

This study aimed to analyze how Japanese anime films affect the awareness and behavior of Arab children by examining the values, symbols, and practices depicted in these films. To achieve this goal, a questionnaire was administered to 109 media professors in the United Arab Emirates, and the data was processed using a quantitative- descriptive research design. The study found that Japanese anime films establish different values, including sensory, fictional, moral, and cultural values, all of which can impact the Arab child. This study aimed to identify the methods that can be used to protect Saudi women from being attracted and recruited by terrorist groups through social media from teaching staff members in Saudi universities. The study used an analytical descriptive methodology to collect data using questionnaires from 382 teaching staff members in Saudi universities. Findings revealed that entertainment, filling leisure time and the desire to know the news were the most dominant motivations among Saudi women for using social media websites.
