This study aims to define the extent of encouraging active learning of Sharia by secondary school female teachers. The study importance is relevant as active learning is necessary for improving secondary education. This research studies the role of literary texts in the restoration of the hidden lexicon, as the language of the literary text transfers historical experiences, styles and gender, which enable the recipient to build the cultural perceptions parallel to the written text. The research aims to identify the effect of the compulsory implementation of the international accounting and financial reporting standards (IFRS) on earnings management, e.g. the effect of negative earnings, leverage, growth rate and the accounting conservatism on corporations management profits. Tryout and exploratory samples of 96 male and female students were selected from Jordan and Yarmouk Universities students. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership criteria of school principals in Al-Ahsaa Governorate, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The sample of the study consisted of (42) randomly picked school principals.
