Using Phenomenology To Investigate Digital Experience: An Empathic-Somatic Approach, Bismark Wiafe Bimpong, William Kesse Bimpong, Mercy Egyir Kwakye
Mid-Western Educational Researcher
This conceptual paper proposes the Empathic-Somatic Approach as a methodological contribution for conducting phenomenological research on digital technology experiences. The Empathic-Somatic Approach does not replace existing phenomenological methods but enriches them by operationalizing the insight that we understand others through our own bodies as instruments of empathy. The paper first establishes the essential philosophical and methodological foundations of phenomenology needed to situate this contribution, then develops the Empathic-Somatic Approach in detail, and finally provides practical guidance for its implementation in digital technology research. This approach offers researchers in fields such as human-computer interaction, digital health, and information systems a principled …

Some New Oscillatory Behavior Of Higher-Order Elliptic Partial Differential Equations, S. Priyadharshini, V. Sadhasivam, Samrajesh Mault, K. K. Viswanathan
Mansoura Engineering Journal
The main objective of this study is to investigate the new adequate conditions for oscillation of higher-order elliptic partial differential equations by using the Riccati transformation and integral average method. The Riccati transformation converts a nonlinear first order Riccati differential equation into a second order linear ordinary differential equation, enabling solution via standard linear methods followed by inversion. Our plan of action is to reduce the multidimensional problem to an ordinary differential problem by using Jensen's inequality. Elliptic partial differential equations are used in almost every field of mathematics and physics, including Lie theory, geometry, and harmonic analysis. An elliptic …
Effect Of Rotating Cylinder On Boundary Layer Behavior And Aerodynamic Performance Of Naca 0015 Airfoil, K. Suresh, Inamul Hasan
Effect Of Rotating Cylinder On Boundary Layer Behavior And Aerodynamic Performance Of Naca 0015 Airfoil, K. Suresh, Inamul Hasan
Mansoura Engineering Journal
Flow separation over airfoils at moderate and high angles of attack leads to a significant degradation in aerodynamic performance. Active boundary layer control using moving surfaces provides an effective approach to delay separation and enhance lift. In this study, the aerodynamic efficiency of a NACA 0015 airfoil equipped with a rotating leading edge cylinder is numerically investigated using computational fluid dynamics. Simulations are carried out for a range of angles of attack and cylinder surface speed ratios at low Reynolds numbers like Re = 1.2 x105. The rotating cylinder injects momentum into the boundary layer, promoting flow attachment on the …

Real-Time Iot-Enabled Dissolved Oxygen Monitoring And Automated Wastewater Recirculation In Constructed Wetlands, Sivasankar Pandiarajan, Vanitha Sankararajan, Devarinti Chandu
Mansoura Engineering Journal
Wastewater treatment is necessary for environmental conservation and combating water pollution. This study demonstrates real-time dissolved oxygen (DO) monitoring in constructed wetland treatment. The system would ensure an adequate supply of oxygen through automated water circulation whenever the level is below 4 mg/L, and shut down when it reaches the normal level. From experiments conducted, it was observed that within three automated circulation processes, it is possible to increase DO concentrations from 0.5 mg/L to 5.0 mg/L. Additionally, Total Dissolved Solids reduced from 1,380 ppm to 920 ppm. pH also stabilized from 8.38 to 7.9. In this system, data is …

Inference-Layer Decision Trace Logging And Coordinated Multi-Component Rollback For Ai Incident Response, Mukesh Kumar Singh
Inference-Layer Decision Trace Logging And Coordinated Multi-Component Rollback For Ai Incident Response, Mukesh Kumar Singh
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure describes two related technical methods for artificial intelligence (AI) incident response. The first method captures a defined set of data fields at each model inference event, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) context where applicable, and writes the resulting record to append-only storage with a cryptographic hash chain linking each record to its predecessor, producing a tamper-evident forensic log. The second method defines model rollback as a single atomic operation across five independently versioned components — model weights, inference configuration, downstream service dependency versions, safety policy configuration, and a training data snapshot reference — selected by a single composite identifier …

The Helical Transmutation Manifest: A Field Theory Of 2d Membrane Information Substruction, Coordinate Z-Axis Mapping, And Thermal Phase Space Dynamics, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents a novel, non-perturbative topological field theory that unifies quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, and gravitation by redefining physical matter as emergent geometric structures from a lower-dimensional informational substrate. We postulate that the universe's fundamental baseline is a two-sided, non-orientable 2D informational membrane situated at the boundary z = 0. Using a newly defined Helical Transmutation Operator (\(\^{\mathcal{T}}\)), flat, complex probability densities are projected into a 3D+ runtime environment as continuous physical trajectories exhibiting helical geometries. By factoring in an independent spatial z-axis, we derive a geometric origin for gravitational mass-energy membrane tension and identify antimatter as a mirrored, left-handed …
Attack-Vector-Specific Context Modifier Taxonomy With Per-Factor Capping For Ai Incident Severity Scoring, Mukesh Kumar Singh
Attack-Vector-Specific Context Modifier Taxonomy With Per-Factor Capping For Ai Incident Severity Scoring, Mukesh Kumar Singh
Defensive Publications Series
A taxonomy of situational context modifiers, specific to AI-security attack vectors rather than generic deployment characteristics, for use in adjusting AI incident severity scores. Each context modifier represents a distinct, named AI-security attack pattern (model/training-data compromise, retrieval-augmented-generation data exfiltration, prompt-based instruction override, unauthorized agent/privilege escalation, broader multi-agent escalation risk, and generic adversarial input absent a specific identified vector), each assigned a fixed base value reflecting its relative severity contribution and a per-factor cap preventing any single context from contributing beyond a defined ceiling regardless of its base value. The taxonomy is designed for use with a diminishing-contribution aggregation function (disclosed …
