The Effect Of Heat Treatment On Mechanical And Physical Properties Of Hdpe Pipes For Drinking Water, Roya Noman
The Effect Of Heat Treatment On Mechanical And Physical Properties Of Hdpe Pipes For Drinking Water, Roya Noman
Al-Farahidi Expert Systems Journal
This research aims to investigate the effect of heat treatment on the physico-mechanical properties of HDPE pipes for drinking water. Pipe samples of varying thicknesses were subjected to heat treatment at temperatures of 60, 80, and 100°C for 2, 6, 24, and 48 hours. Experiments showed that regardless of the treatment temperature or time, some effect, however slight, will occur on the structure at the level of the amorphous transition regions. The longitudinal shrinkage values are clearly related to the heat treatment temperature. Treatments at 80°C showed an increase in some mechanical properties such as yield stress, necking stress, and …

Smart City Utopia: Between Marketing And Humanization ``Epistemological Reading'', Fidaa Faez Zayna
Al-Farahidi Expert Systems Journal
The review offers a critical reading of the politicization of contemporary urban problems. Recently, numerous headlines and ideas have emerged regarding the ongoing quest to meet planning standards that keep pace with significant developments in the special needs of the population, but this quest has not been neutral with respect to the main goal of achieving the ``humanization'' of the city's constituent elements. The review discusses whether Urban Media Marketing of the ``fashion'' of smart cities, smart planning and other attractive titles ``within the framework of ``Urban Marketing'' has produced cities that respect human privacy. The review also touches on …
Solving Some Heat Problems In The Sense Of The Non-Conformable Fractional Derivative By Using Modified Fourier Transform, Sami Injrou, Wadii Ali
Solving Some Heat Problems In The Sense Of The Non-Conformable Fractional Derivative By Using Modified Fourier Transform, Sami Injrou, Wadii Ali
Al-Farahidi Expert Systems Journal
In this paper, we present two new concepts in Fourier analysis: the Fourier series and the Fourier transform in the sense of non-conformable fractional calculus. Some of their main properties are proven. Using this new Fourier series, new approximations of some functions are given, a frequency spectrum of a signal is plotted, and several cases of the heat equations involving the time non-conformable fractional derivative are solved and graphically presented. Furthermore, the introduced new Fourier transform is used to solve a homogeneous space-time non-conformable fractional heat equation.

Computational Assessment Of Live-Attenuated Measles Vaccine Stability In A Trehalose–Pullulan Glass Matrix: Bayesian Modeling Of Published Viral Thermal-Inactivation Kinetics With Trehalose–Capsid Molecular Dynamics Literature Synthesis, Chaiyapat Chuenglertsiri, Pattrick Chen
Defensive Publications Series
This in-silico feasibility analysis discloses, as defensive prior art (CC BY 4.0), a hypothetical lyophilized presentation of live-attenuated measles vaccine designed to ease the 2-8 C cold-chain dependence that hampers elimination efforts in low- and middle-income countries. No wet-lab viral-titre, immunogenicity, or stability data are generated; all numerical predictions are computational extrapolations from peer-reviewed parameters. At elevated temperature the dominant failure mode is viral inactivation via capsid denaturation and envelope/genome damage; the realistic target is the WHO PQS VVM30 / Category 30 designation (30 days at 37 C with <= 1 log titre loss). The formulation embeds live-attenuated measles virus (MV-EZ or comparable) in an amorphous trehalose-pullulan glass (about 80/15 w/w), reconstituted on use. Feasibility is assessed through five analyses: a viral-inactivation activation-energy Bayesian prior from published measles thermal data (Galazka 1998) with morbillivirus/rotavirus/Sabin-poliovirus process comparators (Worrall 2000; Madan 2018; Shin 2018); a PyMC NUTS titre-retention posterior; a Couchman-Karasz mixed-glass Tg (about 80-88 C anhydrous); a Tang-Pikal lyophilization-cycle design (shelf <= -32 C, <= 50 mTorr); and a trehalose-protein / capsid-sugar molecular-dynamics literature synthesis. The benefit is a low-cost, off-patent, cold-chain-independent vaccine presentation kept in the public domain. Acknowledged prior art (Xerovac, heat-stable rotavirus, thermostable Sabin IPV, WHO PQS VVM30) is non-overlapping; no scCO2 desiccation step is claimed; genome-level damage is acknowledged as a separate pathway. This is a prior-art disclosure, not deployment, regulatory, or clinical guidance.

Computational Assessment Of Aluminium-Adjuvanted Vaccine Antigen Stability In A Trehalose–Pullulan Glass Matrix: Bayesian Modeling Of Published Antigen Thermal-Inactivation Kinetics With Trehalose–Antigen Molecular Dynamics Literature Synthesis, Chaiyapat Chuenglertsiri, Pattrick Chen
Defensive Publications Series
This in-silico feasibility analysis discloses, as defensive prior art (CC BY 4.0), a hypothetical lyophilized presentation of aluminium-adjuvanted (alum) vaccines designed to remove the 2-8 C cold chain on which hepatitis A/B, DTaP, HPV, and pneumococcal-conjugate vaccines depend. No wet-lab antigen-binding, immunogenicity, or stability data are generated; all numerical predictions are computational extrapolations from peer-reviewed parameters. The dominant elevated-temperature failure mode is identified as antigen denaturation and irreversible aggregation, destroying conformational epitopes, rather than the slower aluminium-oxyhydroxide crystallization. The formulation embeds commercial Alhydrogel-grade aluminium oxyhydroxide carrying the adsorbed antigen in an amorphous trehalose-pullulan glass (about 80/15 w/w), reconstituted on use. …

Computational Assessment Of Lyophilized Insulin Stability In A Trehalose–Mannitol Matrix: Bayesian Shelf-Life Modeling From Published Solid-State Kinetic Data With Trehalose–Insulin Molecular Dynamics Literature Synthesis, Chaiyapat Chuenglertsiri, Pattrick Chen
Defensive Publications Series
This in-silico feasibility analysis discloses, as defensive prior art (CC BY 4.0), a hypothetical lyophilized insulin formulation engineered for amorphous trehalose-glass storage to remove the 2-8 C cold chain that constrains this WHO Essential Medicine. No wet-lab potency, stability, or bioequivalence data are generated; all numerical predictions are computational extrapolations from peer-reviewed parameters. The formulation is pre-formed Zn2+ R6-hexamer insulin embedded in an amorphous trehalose-dihydrate matrix (about 83% w/w of solids), with L-proline as a freeze-stage co-lyoprotectant (about 2-3%) and D-mannitol as a crystalline bulking agent (about 12-15%), reconstituted subcutaneously on use. Feasibility is assessed through five analyses: an activation-energy …
Reputation-Based Admission Control For Cryptographic Inventory Leases, N/A
Reputation-Based Admission Control For Cryptographic Inventory Leases, N/A
Defensive Publications Series
In online shopping, autonomous agents can find items much faster than a person can confirm a purchase. However, simply letting these bots hold items can lead to "denial-of-inventory" attacks where bad actors lock up all the stock. This system uses a reputation score to manage these temporary holds. An agent's eligibility to reserve an item, such as through a cryptographic lease, depends on its history. The score is updated based on whether the agent actually completes its purchases or just lets reservations expire. By linking access to proven reliability, this approach helps stop malicious bots while still allowing helpful shopping …

The Layered Knowledge Profile, Harendra A. Alwis Mr.
Defensive Publications Series
The Open Knowledge Format (OKF) gives the world a portable, vendor-neutral envelope for knowledge — markdown files with YAML frontmatter, cross-linked into a graph — and, by deliberate design, declines to specify how the knowledge inside that envelope should be organised, requiring only a single type field and defining the interoperability surface rather than the content model. The Layered Knowledge Profile (LKP) supplies the content model that OKF leaves open. It encodes, as machine-readable structure expressed entirely within OKF's own conventions, the asymmetric ontological dependency among the four realms of reality described by Alwis (2026), so that a body of …

Engineering Evaluation Of Post-Stroke Gait Using A Wearable G-Walk Sensor Under Different Ankle-Foot Orthosis Conditions: A Longitudinal Case Study, Mohamed Sattar Jabbar, Ammar Issam Kubba
Engineering Evaluation Of Post-Stroke Gait Using A Wearable G-Walk Sensor Under Different Ankle-Foot Orthosis Conditions: A Longitudinal Case Study, Mohamed Sattar Jabbar, Ammar Issam Kubba
AUIQ Technical Engineering Science
The gait profile of post-stroke patients is typically one of reduced speed, asymmetry and decreased functional mobility. Ankle–foot orthoses (AFOs) are commonly prescribed to enhance gait stability and promote safer ambulation; however, within-person longitudinal gait changes across multiple orthotic conditions have not yet been quantitatively characterized using wearable motion analysis systems. The objective of this study was to perform a longitudinal assessment of spatiotemporal gait parameters through a wearable G-Walk inertial measurement unit (IMU) with three walking conditions: without orthosis, Conventional custom-made ankle foot orthosis AFO and Prefabricated posterior leaf spring AFO. Two functional tasks, normal walking and Timed Up …
Administrative Control Of Public Finances: A System In Crisis, Mustapha El Ktiri
Administrative Control Of Public Finances: A System In Crisis, Mustapha El Ktiri
Revue Marocaine de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion (Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management)
Administrative control of public finances is a fundamental prerogative of state authority, ensuring sound management of public funds within the framework of the separation of powers. This control serves a dual purpose: political and legal justification—ensuring respect for parliamentary authorisation regarding public revenues and expenditures—and technical or administrative justification—guaranteeing efficient financial management and good financial order. The author examines how this control system, rooted in classical theory, now faces a crisis. The analysis highlights tensions between traditional control mechanisms and contemporary challenges, questioning whether the current system remains adequate for ensuring effective public financial governance.
The Religious Character Of Divorce And Legal Separation Before The Supreme Court, Fatna Sarehane
The Religious Character Of Divorce And Legal Separation Before The Supreme Court, Fatna Sarehane
Revue Marocaine de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion (Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management)
Under Moroccan private international law, divorce and legal separation of foreigners in Morocco are governed by Article 9 of the D.C.C., which refers to their national law. During the Protectorate and early independence, combined with Article 394 of the former civil procedure code, this led Moroccan courts to defer jurisdiction to ecclesiastical authorities when the foreigner's personal law imposed religious formalities. Some decisions even invoked foreign public policy to justify non-competence. The author examines how this created tensions between religious requirements and secular judicial procedures, particularly concerning the distinction between substantive and formal rules.
Notes On The Budget Settlement Law, Abdelkbir Fikri Fikri
Notes On The Budget Settlement Law, Abdelkbir Fikri Fikri
Revue Marocaine de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion (Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management)
The budget settlement law is an essential mechanism for parliamentary ex-post control of public finances, providing an accounting verification and retroactive validation of the annual budget. According to Morocco's 1972 organic finance law, it certifies annual financial results and approves variances from forecasts. However, during the 1977-1983 legislature, these laws were simply ignored—despite the imperative legislative deadline requiring submission within two years following budget execution. The author attributes this to multiple factors: ministry inertia, parliamentary disinterest, and Court of Accounts disengagement. The government eventually submitted three settlement bills in April 1987 for the 1979–1981 fiscal years, though parliamentary debate remained …
Case Law Chronicle: Judgment Of 14 September 1977 By The First Civil Chamber Of The Supreme Court, Jacques Melia
Case Law Chronicle: Judgment Of 14 September 1977 By The First Civil Chamber Of The Supreme Court, Jacques Melia
Revue Marocaine de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion (Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management)
This case law commentary examines a Supreme Court judgment concerning a will drafted by a foreigner in Morocco. The Court addressed the nullity of a testamentary disposition on grounds of stupre (moral turpitude) which tainted the liberality, even where such illicit cause was not the sole motivation. The decision invoked Articles 62 and 65 of the D.O.C., alongside Moroccan good morals, public order, and decency. Additionally, the Court considered the imperative nature of referral (évocation) under Article 368 D.P.C., allowing the Supreme Court to rule on the merits where all material elements were established before the trial judge.
The Impact Of Privatisation On The Urban Public Transport Sector In Morocco, Brahim Rachidi
The Impact Of Privatisation On The Urban Public Transport Sector In Morocco, Brahim Rachidi
Revue Marocaine de Droit, d'Economie et de Gestion (Moroccan Journal of Law, Economics and Management)
Morocco's urban transport systems face a structural crisis marked by a chronic imbalance between supply and demand, exacerbated by rapid anarchic urbanisation, economic dependence on Casablanca, and deep imbalances between productive activities and urban structures. In response, public authorities have adopted a new policy introducing private operators into the urban public transport sector. This shift is expected to have profound repercussions on public transport companies, particularly the Autonomous Urban Transport Authorities. The author analyses the efficiency and effects of this privatisation policy, highlighting the specific characteristics of Morocco's urban transport system.
