Background: ON-Freezing of gait (ON-FOG) in Parkinson’s disease (PD), often resistant to medication, is linked to sensory deficits and proprioceptive impairment, and results in falls and reduced life quality. While visual cues from a laser cane (LC), which rapidly accesses the motor cortex, are commonly used to compensate for proprioceptive impairment, increased visual reliance may be affected by disease progression. Emerging evidence suggests that modulation of peripheral sensory processing may alleviate ON-FOG, and therapeutic Thai acupressure (TTA) may be a solution. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบ (1) ความเข้าใจในสินค้า และ (2) การรับรู้ความน่าเชื่อถือของอวตาร โดยใช้อวตารการนำเสนอสินค้า 4 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ (1) อวตารชายเสียงชาย (2) อวตารหญิงเสียงหญิง (3) อวตารหญิงเสียงชาย และ (4) อวตารชายเสียงหญิง โดยศึกษาหน่วยตัวอย่างเจเนอเรชันวาย หรือ ผู้ที่เกิดในช่วง ปี พ.ศ. 2524-2543 ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการเลือกซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์ และมีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป จำนวน 419 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้การทดสอบแมนน์-วิทนีย์ยู และการทดสอบครัสคัล-วอลลิส ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า การนำเสนอสินค้าโดยใช้อวตารชายเสียงชาย ทำให้เกิดความเข้าใจในสินค้า และการรับรู้ความน่าเชื่อถือในอวตารโดยเฉลี่ยสูงสุด นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า หน่วยตัวอย่างมีความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ได้ดีขึ้นเมื่อได้รับข้อมูลจากอวตารที่มีเพศตรงข้ามและเสียงของเพศตรงข้ามกับผู้รับข้อมูล ในขณะที่การรับรู้ความน่าเชื่อถือ ผู้รับข้อมูลทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิงรับรู้ความน่าเชื่อถือของอวตารเพศชายมากกว่าอวตารเพศหญิง

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยนี้คือ (1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความตั้งใจใช้แชตบอตสำหรับการบริการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ ในกลุ่มคนสามเจเนอเรชัน ได้แก่ เจเนอเรชันเอ็กซ์ วาย และ แซด (2) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจใช้แชตบอตสำหรับการบริการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพในสามเจเนอเรชัน และ (3) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาแชตบอตสำหรับการบริการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ ในการนำไปใช้สำหรับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคธุรกิจในประเทศไทย โดยเก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ จากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามทั้งสิ้น 548 คน ที่อยู่ในเจเนอเรชันเอ็กซ์ วาย และ แซด ซึ่งไม่มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้แชตบอตด้านสุขภาพมาก่อน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญในความตั้งใจใช้แชตบอตสำหรับการบริการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ ระหว่างสามเจเนอเรชัน และตัวแปรความเคยชินเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญเมื่อเปรียบเทียบเจเนอเรชันเอ็กซ์กับเจเนอเรชันวายและแซด (2) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกอย่างมากต่อความตั้งใจใช้แชตบอตสำหรับการบริการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพ ในภาพรวมสามเจเนอเรชัน ได้แก่ สภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุน อิทธิพลทางสังคม และความคาดหวังด้านประสิทธิภาพ โดย ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนส่งผลเชิงบวกสูงสุดต่อความตั้งใจใช้แชตบอตสำหรับการบริการข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพในเจเนอเรชันเอ็กซ์ อิทธิพลทางสังคมส่งผลเชิงบวกสูงสุดในเจเนอเรชันวาย และสภาพแวดล้อมที่สนับสนุนส่งผลเชิงบวกสูงสุดในเจเนอเรชันแซด

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสอดคล้องและระดับความซับซ้อนของพื้นหลังภาพโฆษณาที่ทำให้ลูกค้ามีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อภาพโฆษณาและเพิ่มความตั้งใจซื้อออนไลน์ รวมถึงศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของทัศนคติที่มีต่อภาพโฆษณาและความตั้งใจซื้อออนไลน์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากหน่วยตัวอย่างคนไทยเจเนอเรชันซีจำนวน 400 คน ที่เกิดระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2540 ถึงปี พ.ศ. 2552 มีประสบการณ์การซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์บนแพลตฟอร์มอินสตาแกรม และกำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความสอดคล้องและระดับความซับซ้อนของพื้นหลังภาพโฆษณาสินค้าที่แตกต่างกันส่งผลต่อทัศนคติและความตั้งใจซื้อออนไลน์ต่างกัน รวมถึงทัศนคติต่อภาพโฆษณามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจซื้อออนไลน์ ในการนำผลการวิจัยไปประยุกต์ใช้กับการขายสินค้าออนไลน์บนแพลตฟอร์มอินสตาแกรม ผู้ขายสินค้าควรสร้างภาพโฆษณาที่มีพื้นหลังสอดคล้องกับสินค้าและมีระดับความซับซ้อนของพื้นหลังสูง เพื่อเพิ่มความตั้งใจซื้อของลูกค้าเจเนอเรชันซี

This study aimed to explore the influence of the potential factors of depression, encompassing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), negative life events (NLEs), rumination, neuroticism, and the immune-inflammatory and nitro-oxidative (IO&NS) biomarkers on the severity of depression and SB among young adults. The Causal Relationships Of Work-Life Balance, Psychological Well-Being, Burnout, And Related Factors Among Public Secondary School Teachers In Bangkok: A Mixed-Method Research, Gunchanon Khawda

This study is a parallel mixed-method research, consisting of quantitative and qualitative studies. The objective is to examine the causal relationships among work-life balance, psychological well-being, burnout, emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, and psychological capital among public secondary school teachers in Bangkok. The quantitative results revealed that the study comprised 436 teachers, with an average age of 35.12 years old (SD = 9.56). The structural equation modeling analysis found that the model fit the empirical data (Chi-square = 348.89, df = 172, p < 0.001, Chi-square/df = 2.03, RMSEA = 0.05, GFI = 0.93, AGFI = 0.91, CFI = 0.97). Emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on work-life balance (Beta = 0.43, p = 0.002) and psychological well-being (Beta = 0.29, p = 0.001). Psychological capital also had a significant positive effect on work-life balance (Beta = 0.35, p = 0.03) and psychological well-being (Beta = 0.51, p < 0.001). The qualitative study included in-depth interviews with 6 school administrators and focus group discussions with 20 teachers. The qualitative results demonstrated that school administrators and teachers had a convergent opinion on factors contributing to poor work-life balance, such as workload apart from teaching, urgent work during holidays, the burden of caring for family members, and financial debt. Additionally, factors contributing to teacher burnout, such as excessive workload, disliked assignments, monotonous tasks, and students lacking motivation to study, were identified. The merged results of the quantitative and qualitative studies can be summarized in four topics: (1) Teachers’ good work-life balance affects better psychological well-being and happiness, while poor work-life balance might affect greater burnout; (2) Teachers’ emotional intelligence and psychological capital affect good work-life balance; (3) Teachers’ emotional intelligence and psychological capital might reduce burnout; and (4) Teachers' emotional intelligence and psychological capital positively influence psychological well-being. In conclusion, teachers with high levels of emotional intelligence and psychological capital are likely to have better work-life balance and psychological well-being; in turn, these might reduce their burnout.

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการฟื้นพลัง รูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหา และคุณภาพชีวิตในผู้ป่วยนอกที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าที่เข้ารับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยนอกที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า ที่เข้ารับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 110 คน ผ่านการใช้แบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินโรคซึมเศร้า (PHQ-9) แบบวัดความแข็งแกร่งและยืดหยุ่นของชีวิต (CD-RISC) แบบสอบถามการเผชิญปัญหา และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต (WHOQOL-BREF) ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุระหว่างการฟื้นพลัง ภาวะซึมเศร้า รูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหา และคุณภาพชีวิต ผลการศึกษา : จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 110 คน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังเท่ากับ 20.5 (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน 7) ร้อยละ 60 ใช้กลวิธีเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ร้อยละ 77.3 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับกลาง ภาวะซึมเศร้าและรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาสามารถอธิบายความแปรผันของการฟื้นพลังร้อยละ 26 และการฟื้นพลังสามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของคุณภาพชีวิตร้อยละ 55.30 สรุป: ภาวะซึมเศร้าและรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตผ่านการฟื้นพลัง

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของลักษณะทางประชากร ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา การเปิดรับสื่อและการตัดสินใจใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมของผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 205 คน ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18 – 60 ปี มีภูมิลำเนาหรืออาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม และเคยใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐม อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 2 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมทุกด้านในระดับมาก โดยมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อด้านทัศนคติมากที่สุด มีการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมผ่านช่องทางเฟซบุ๊ก (Facebook) ในช่วงเวลา 16.01 – 22.00 น. มากที่สุด โดยได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและสินค้าใหม่ของร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้า และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการทราบข้อมูลและการจำหน่ายสินค้าของร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้า นอกจากนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างยังมีการตัดสินใจใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมโดยคำถึงความต้องการของตนเองก่อนตัดสินใจใช้บริการและจะยังคงใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าต่อไปในอนาคต ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานยังพบว่า ลักษณะทางประชากร เพศและอาชีพของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาแตกต่างกัน และลักษณะทางประชากร เพศ อายุ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมแตกต่างกัน รวมถึงลักษณะทางประชากร เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันมีการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทัศนคติ ความคิดเห็น และแนวทางการปรับใช้เทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานโฆษณาของบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากบริษัทตัวแทนโฆษณาจำนวน 5 ท่าน และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการสื่อสารการตลาดจำนวน 5 ท่าน รวม 10 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์มีศักยภาพในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และลดขั้นตอนการทำงานของกระบวนการสร้างสรรค์โฆษณา จากคุณสมบัติในการทำงานได้แบบอัตโนมัติ ในด้านทัศนคติและความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งสองกลุ่มที่มีต่อปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่เป็นไปในเชิงบวก จากความคิดเห็นที่ว่า การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณาทำให้มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเทคโนโลยีใหม่เป็นทุนเดิม อีกทั้งปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ยังมีความสามารถที่หลากหลาย เพื่อใช้ในการทำงาน และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผลิตผลงานโฆษณาอีกด้วย ด้านแนวทางการปรับใช้งานในอุตสาหกรรมโฆษณาพบว่า ทักษะการใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์จะกลายเป็นทักษะที่สำคัญในอนาคต แต่ถึงอย่างไรก็ตาม แม้ว่าปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์จะสามารถเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานได้เป็นอย่างมาก แต่การใช้งานยังคงต้องการการควบคุม และการตัดสินใจโดยมนุษย์ เพื่อให้ผลลัพธ์มีความถูกต้อง และมีคุณภาพสูง ผลการวิจัยจึงได้เน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างมนุษย์และปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ ในด้านการบริหารจัดการองค์กรเพื่อส่งเสริมการปรับใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ โดยองค์กรควรเน้นการฝึกอบรม และการพัฒนาทักษะการใช้งานปัญญาประดิษฐ์สร้างสรรค์ของบุคลากร เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงานเกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1.เพื่อสำรวจการเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง (ด้านประสิทธิภาพ การเงิน จิตวิทยา) การตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม และความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค 2.เพื่อสำรวจอิทธิพลของการเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง และการตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม ต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระหว่างอายุ 25 – 50 ปี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 200 ตัวอย่าง โดยวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการสถิติแบบการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย (Simple Linear Regression) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) สำหรับผลการวิจัยเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1) การเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค 2) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค มากที่สุดได้แก่ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร ผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการออกแบบการสื่อสารของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า โดยในด้านของผู้ส่งสารแนะนำให้ใช้ผู้ส่งสารที่กล่าวถึงหรือรีวิวรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าที่ดูน่าดึงดูดใจ ใช้เนื้อหาวิดีโออย่างสนุกและน่าสนใจมากที่สุด ระยะเวลารับชม 5 – 10 นาทีต่อครั้ง และมีเนื้อหาที่แสดงหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการปกป้องและรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ก็อาจเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการตัดสินใจซื้อของผู้บริโภคระหว่างอายุ 25 – 50 ปีได้

This study investigates the determinants of Vitamin and Mineral Supplement Purchases among Generation Z, focusing on age and income as key factors. A sample of 385 respondents aged 16-27 completed an 18-question survey, categorized by income levels (< 20,000 THB, 20,000 - 40,000 THB, 40,000 - 60,000 THB, 60,000 - 80,000 THB, and above 80,000 THB) for comprehensive analysis. Younger respondents, particularly those aged 16-18, predominantly belong to lower income brackets, reflecting early career or student statuses. Income levels increase with age, peaking among 25-27 year-olds, indicating greater economic capability. Consumption patterns closely align with income, where higher income groups exhibit higher supplement usage. Primary barriers for lower income groups include safety concerns and affordability, while motivations across all income brackets center on health improvement and immune support. Economic disparities influence purchasing behaviors, with lower income groups buying smaller quantities more frequently and higher income groups opting for bulk purchases less often. Preferences for organic ingredients and trusted brands are notable among higher income segments. The study underscores the economic sensitivity of lower income consumers to price changes and the resilience of higher income groups to economic fluctuations. These findings emphasize the role of income in shaping supplement consumption behaviors and suggest implications for targeted marketing and public health initiatives aimed at Generation Z.

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมตัวแบบอัจฉริยะในการเลือกทำเลจัดตั้งร้านอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่ไม่มีแอลกอฮอล์เป็นหลักสำหรับมหานครขนาดใหญ่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาเกณฑ์การเลือกทำเลจัดตั้งร้านฯ พัฒนาตัวแบบอัจฉริยะฯ และนำตัวแบบดังกล่าวไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เริ่มต้นจากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (สำหรับกลุ่มกิจการ ได้ใช้วิธีการทำสำมะโนประชากรและสามารถเก็บข้อมูลได้ 83 ตัวอย่าง และสำหรับกลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมาย ใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบกำหนดโควตา สามารถเก็บข้อมูลได้ 370 ตัวอย่าง) วิเคราะห์ผลด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS ผ่านการวิเคราะห์สถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน หลังจากนั้นจึงนำเข้ากระบวนการวิเคราะห์ผ่านการเรียนรู้ด้วยเครื่อง ด้วยวิธีการถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบไบนารี พิจารณาควบคู่ภายใต้ความเหมาะสมต่างๆ เพื่อให้ได้ตัวแบบพยากรณ์ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายและให้ค่าความแม่นยำสูงที่สุด เพื่อนำนวัตกรรมฯ ที่ได้เข้าสู่เชิงพาณิชย์ต่อไป ผลการศึกษาได้ค้นพบปัจจัยใหม่ที่เกิดขึ้นบนบริบทของประเทศไทย คือ “ปัจจัยด้านบุคลิกภาพและความชำนาญในงานของพนักงานร้านที่มีผลต่อการเลือกเข้าใช้บริการร้านค้าฯ ของลูกค้า” สำหรับปัจจัยที่กลุ่มลูกค้าเป้าหมายมีความเห็นว่าสำคัญมากที่สุด 5 อันดับแรกในการเลือกเข้าใช้บริการร้านค้า ได้แก่ ร้านค้ามีการบริการที่ดี ร้านค้ามีความสะอาด ถูกสุขลักษณะและปลอดภัย ร้านค้ามีสินค้าที่ตรงใจ บรรยากาศภายในร้านเหมาะสมและเอื้ออำนวยให้เกิดความรื่นรมย์ในการใช้บริการ ร้านค้าอยู่ใกล้และใช้เวลาไม่มากในการเดินทางระหว่างร้านกับที่อยู่อาศัย และเมื่อสกัดองค์ประกอบแล้ว สามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ Store Location and Accessibility, Store Service and Environment, Brand Experience and Customer Benefit และ Store Attractiveness และสำหรับปัจจัยที่กลุ่มกิจการนำมาพิจารณาในการเลือกทำเลจัดตั้งร้านค้าฯ 5 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ อัตราผลตอบแทน/ระยะเวลาการคืนทุน งบประมาณในการก่อสร้างและบริหารงาน เป้าประสงค์ของธุรกิจ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกรอบทำเล และคุณลักษณะของทำเล และเมื่อสกัดองค์ประกอบสามารถแบ่งออกได้ 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ Location Advantage, Business Condition, Population Demographics, Economic Concern, Investment, Market Characteristics โดยท้ายที่สุดตัวแบบพยากรณ์ที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์นั้นสามารถให้ค่าความแม่นยำในการทำนายได้ร้อยละ 82.14 ซึ่งมีค่ามากกว่าค่าความแม่นยำที่กลุ่มผู้ใช้งานเป้าหมายคาดหวัง สำหรับการนำนวัตกรรมเข้าสู่เชิงพาณิชย์นั้น ได้รับการออกแบบให้เป็น “การบริการที่มีผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านค้าปลีกให้คำปรึกษา” กำหนดสิทธิ์การใช้งานในลักษณะ “Exclusive License” ซึ่งธุรกิจประเภทนี้มีความน่าสนใจในการดำเนินกิจการโดยพิจารณาจากผลตอบแทนของการลงทุน

Influence of media agenda-setting, consumer perception, preferences, and experts' opinions towards sustainable meat systems were investigated by text mining, online questionnaire survey, and stakeholder in-depth interviews. This study explored communication competence, small-group communication competence, and the attitudes of lower secondary EFL students towards communication competence in an online project-based learning approach in Myanmar. The study used a mixed-methods research design that integrated surveys, semi-structured interviews, and observations. The study discovered that lower secondary EFL students' online communication competence was slightly high, approaching sufficing competence, while their small-group communication competence in online PBL learning settings was moderately high, approaching maximizing competence. This study explores how digital tools enhance sustainable livelihoods for Myanmar mixed migrants in Thailand and examines how digital resources integrate into livelihood strategies for self-reliance and socio-economic well-being using a modified Sustainable Livelihood Framework. Insights from key informants’ experiences, and stakeholder perspectives reveal that mixed migrants leverage strong human and social capital, showing adaptability and resilience, which can lead to sustainable livelihoods with digital engagement. Transition after graduation poses significant psychosocial challenges for adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), often exacerbated by the abrupt cessation of services and support programs. A potential intervention to address their needs is community music projects. This scoping review aims to summarize current practices, identify research gaps, and offer insights for music therapists, community leaders, and care providers by reviewing relevant literature on community music projects for adolescents and young adults with ASD. For my senior thesis project, I decided to study nitrate pollution to better understand and analyze how college students in Nebraska viewed and understood the complex issue of nitrate pollution. From my study only half of college students surveyed viewed nitrate pollution as a problem. Only 15 percent of college students test their water for nitrates, and most college students were knowledgeable on how nitrate pollution occurs. Due to the negative impacts of nitrate pollution within human health, soil health, and ecosystem function further work needs to be completed to raise awareness and knowledge on the impacts of nitrate pollution.

Short train rail lines across the United States are seeing increased national funding to reduce toxic chemical spills caused by train derailments, the most notable of which happened in February 2023 in East Palestine, Ohio. A year prior, the film White Noise (2022) featured a similar toxic train derailment incident, taking place, too, in Eastern Ohio, and featuring actors from the town of East Palestine. In considering other films featuring trains, I identified a pattern of environmental conflict, leading me to question the relationship between trains and the natural environment as portrayed in popular cinema.
