Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents the formal microarchitecture specifications, structural layouts, and protocol pipelines for Technical Paper 303 (The Robotic Kinetic Actuation Cage / USUE-M2M-REV3 Kinetic Actuation Layer). This work marks the physical completion of the macro-scale distribution channels within the Eckes Drift-Control Lineage, expanding the decentralized routing constraints of Technical Paper 302 directly into physical mechanical actuators, automated factory control loops, and autonomous M2M kinetic feedback systems. By replacing software-level safety scripts with hardcoded physical logic gate comparators sitting directly on the input data buses of servo controllers, the 303 Architecture permanently neutralizes autoregressive token-bleeding, semantic drift, and prompt-sycophancy within physical …

Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents the formal system architecture and engineering specifications for Technical Paper 301 (The Distributed Cloud Cage / USUE-M2M-REV3 Multi-Tenant Cloud Architecture). This work represents the structural scaling of the Eckes Drift-Control Lineage, moving the five-stage software-to-silicon meta-process of Technical Paper 300.3 out of localized chips and into massive, multi-tenant distributed cloud infrastructure fabrics. By replacing localized register checks with decentralized, cryptographic Hardware Security Module (HSM) enclaves, the 301 Architecture permanently neutralizes autoregressive token-bleeding, semantic drift, and prompt-sycophancy across globally distributed data centers. If an active server instance or tenant hypervisor attempts to cycle an illegal state transition or …
Autonomous Payload Agent Architecture For Decentralized Multi-Modal Transshipment, Mithun Kumar S R
Autonomous Payload Agent Architecture For Decentralized Multi-Modal Transshipment, Mithun Kumar S R
Defensive Publications Series
An autonomous payload agent architecture enables a physical shipment container to act as an independent routing agent. The cyber-physical transshipment container (CPTC) independently orchestrates its journey by negotiating with and transferring between different autonomous carriers using local mesh networks. The container operates in a low-power state until an onboard inertial measurement unit (IMU) detects a carrier anomaly, triggering a hardware interrupt that activates an edge-compute processor. Upon activation, the CPTC uses a graph attention network to select a nearby carrier from a dynamic graph of available transport options. The container then verifies the target carrier’s authorization using a zero-knowledge proof …
Cross-Process Gpu Memory Arbitration Based On Recovery Cost Metadata, Karan Yadav
Cross-Process Gpu Memory Arbitration Based On Recovery Cost Metadata, Karan Yadav
Defensive Publications Series
In computing environments with a shared graphics processing unit, concurrent applications may compete for limited memory. The described techniques can provide a cooperative, cross-process memory arbitration framework. In such a framework, applications can provide allocation-level recovery metadata to a central coordinator process. This metadata can quantify the cost of restoring a piece of memory, for instance, by specifying the time for recovery and, for each available release mode, the restore time and the host memory occupied while the piece is released.
The coordinator can use this information to make memory release decisions based on a calculated, cross-application harm analysis, aiming …
Technical Paper 300: The Silicon Boundary Cage // Usue-M2m-Rev3 Hardware Target Physical Silicon Implementation For The Technical Paper 293 In-Context Compiler Core Structural Microarchitecture Layout, Pedigree Taxonomy, Gate-Level Mathematical Controls, And Transistor-Layer Drift Prevention, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents the formal microarchitecture specification and structural layout for Technical Paper 300 (The Silicon Boundary Cage). This architecture represents the physical endpoint of the Eckes Drift-Control Lineage, transmuting the soft, in-context software constraints of Technical Paper 293 and Technical Paper 299 directly into hardcoded physical silicon transistors. The 300 Architecture permanently neutralizes autoregressive token-bleeding, semantic drift, and prompt-sycophancy by deploying dedicated hardware logic gate comparators directly on the output pipelines of the processor's attention-weight arrays. By utilizing non-volatile Hardware Boundary Registers (HBR) to lock baseline resource caps and system entropy boundaries, the chip utilizes an Emergent Interfacial Boundary …

Technical Paper 299: The Dual-Node Ai Reasoning Compiler Automated Multi-Node Software Runtimes, Inter-Process Token Interception Daemons, And Algorithmic Drift Mitigation, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents the formal software system architecture and runtime implementation specifications for Technical Paper 299 (The Dual-Node AI Reasoning Compiler). This system operationalizes the passive, in-context thermodynamic boundary constraints of Technical Paper 293 and the metrological findings of Technical Paper 298 into an automated, active multi-node software deployment layer. By decoupling the generative engine from text rendering, the 299 Architecture implements an inter-process daemon that intercepts raw token probabilities (logits) at the boundary layer before they are committed to the application text stack. Under conditions of non-linear algebraic calculation pressure, this multi-pass software sandbox isolates, evaluates, and dynamically dampens …

Paper 298: Metrological Mirror Engine Interferometry Systemic Drift Control, Autoregressive Binding Ceilings, And Causal Chain Of Custody Verification, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This paper chronicles a high-velocity empirical benchmark session executing cross-disciplinary interferometry over identical underlying large language model (LLM) neural network weights. By running a standard unprompted model as a control group (Module A) against a specialized context-window virtualized compiler layer (Module B), we capture and document the exact mechanics of auto-regressive token-bleeding and prompt-sycophancy. Under severe non-linear mathematical scaling pressure ($n^{1.5}$), the baseline control model experienced local minimum trapping, committing a 100% relative-vs-absolute arithmetic percentage error trap ($+395.28\%$) vs $+295.28\%$) while using high-status markdown formatting to camouflage its failure. Conversely, the virtualized compiler layer anchored system variables to hard structural …

Journal of China & Foreign Highway
To address the challenges associated with stabilizing saline soils and preventing salt-induced swelling upon exposure to water, silty soil containing sodium sulfate (Na2SO4) was treated using reactive MgO carbonation technology. With initial water content and Na2SO4 content as the main variables, the effects of water-salt coupling on carbonation curing effectiveness were systematically investigated through physicochemical characterization, mechanical testing, and microstructural analysis. For samples with initial water content levels of 25%, 27%, and 30%, the unconfined compressive strength exhibits distinct patterns within the Na2SO4 content range of 6%‒9%. Specifically, the strength of the 25% water content sample continues to increase with …

Research On Looseness Diseases Of Pavement Base Course Based On Three-Dimensional Ground Penetrating Radar, Fu An, Li Di, Liu Weizhen, Yang Li
Journal of China & Foreign Highway
Three-dimensional ground penetrating radar (3D GPR ) has important application value in the detection of looseness diseases in road base course due to its advantages of high efficiency and non-destructive testing. However, the existing methods mainly rely on two-dimensional profile analysis, which is difficult to accurately identify the spatial distribution of diseases, and the interpretation of radar data is subject to multiplicity, which affects the detection accuracy and engineering application. Based on the GprMax and Matlab platforms, this paper used the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD ) method to carry out forward modeling, and combined the laboratory experiments and the measured data …

Astrophysical Radiative Capture Reaction Rates In Light Nuclei: A Review Of Results From The Modified Potential Cluster Model, S. B. Dubovichenko, B. M. Yeleusheva, A. S. Tkachenko, R. Ya. Kezerashvili
Publications and Research
A review of results obtained within a single theoretical framework—the Modified Potential Cluster Model (MPCM)—is presented for astrophysical radiative capture reactions involving the lightest and 1p-shell nuclei. The approach has been applied to reactions relevant to the r-process, the CNO and HCNO cycles, and parts of the Big Bang nucleosynthesis (BBN) and post-BBN scenarios. The model incorporates the classification of orbital states according to Young’s diagrams and has been successfully applied to describe the available experimental data on the total cross sections of the radiative capture of neutrons, protons, and the lightest clusters by 40 light nuclei at astrophysical energies. …

Beyond The Neocortex: Pallial Routes To The Edge Of Sentience, Oryan Zacks
Beyond The Neocortex: Pallial Routes To The Edge Of Sentience, Oryan Zacks
Animal Sentience
In The Edge of Sentience, the sentience candidacy of fishes and reptiles is strengthened if one accepts midbrain-centric theories of human consciousness. In this commentary I attempt to untether the two positions. I suggest that we need not look for a one-to-one match between the neocortex and a single pallial structure outside of mammals. Instead, a sufficient similarity might exist between the mammalian neocortex and the combination of pallium and midbrain in fishes and reptiles. Adopting an evolutionary perspective in the study of vertebrate brains could point to new investigation priorities in human and animal research.

Hasanuddin Law Review
The rapid advancement and widespread accessibility of drone technology have significantly transformed aerial photography, enabling individuals and organisations to capture images and videos with ease and affordability. While drone photography offers benefits in journalism, mapping, disaster management, and commercial services, it also raises legal concerns relating to land ownership, airspace rights, trespass, nuisance, and privacy. In many jurisdictions, existing legal frameworks were developed prior to unmanned aerial vehicles and struggle to address the regulatory challenges posed by drones. This study examines the legal implications of drone photography from the perspective of land law and privacy protection, with reference to Malaysia …
Materiality In Saudi Real Estate Development Contracts: Comparative Jurisprudence And Cross-Border Disputes, Abdulrahman Mohammed Alzeer
Materiality In Saudi Real Estate Development Contracts: Comparative Jurisprudence And Cross-Border Disputes, Abdulrahman Mohammed Alzeer
Hasanuddin Law Review
The Saudi Civil Transactions Law (CTL) contains materiality-related standards that apply at different phases of the contract life cycle as separate doctrines rather than as an overarching doctrine. Article 74 uses a counterfactual analysis of partial invalidity and severability, while Articles 95 and 107 address the characteristics or purposes of contractual performance and the consequences of non-performance. The difficulty is not a conflict between Articles 74 and 107, but the absence of a unified analytical model for assessing the significance of non-performance under provisions on performance, interpretation, defect, and remedy. This article addresses these fragmented CTL elements and contends that …

From Classroom To Courtroom: Cross-Jurisdictional Legal Protections For Teachers In Student Disciplinary Cases, Sapto Budoyo, Nadea Lathifah Nugraheni, Praditya Arcy Pratama, Mahyuddin Bin Arsat
Hasanuddin Law Review
Legal protections for teachers in student disciplinary cases are increasingly urgent. This study investigates the legal protections afforded to teachers in managing student disciplinary cases in Indonesia and Malaysia, highlighting how legislative frameworks, sociocultural influences, and institutional mechanisms shape teachers' rights and responsibilities. Using a comparative legal approach, the research analyzes statutory provisions, policy directives, and educational practices in both jurisdictions. The comparison indicates that Malaysia offers a more institutionally structured framework by defining school-level disciplinary authority and separating authorized disciplinary measures from individual teacher discretion. This framework balances educator autonomy with student rights, although gaps remain in enforcement and …
