Therapeutic Harmony: Combining Music Therapy And Psychedelic Treatments In Psychiatric Care, Dominikus David Biondi Situmorang, Nadiya Kurniati, Gita Arisara, Listya Istiningtyas, Rose Mini Agoes Salim
Buletin Konseling Inovatif
Focusing on the synergistic efficacy of music therapy and psychedelic treatment in improving patient recovery, this paper addresses their possible integration in the treatment of psychiatric diseases. The authors give background in the introduction on the need of looking for alternative therapies for psychiatric disorders, presenting music therapy to enhance emotional and cognitive well-being in patients and psychedelic treatment as a hopeful approach for treating conditions untreatable with conventional techniques. An integrative narrative review, choosing studies that address the use of music therapy, psychedelic treatment, and a combination of the two, constitutes the approach taken in this paper. The findings …

College Dating Across Cultures: Exploring Online And Offline Motives, Religiosity, Uncertainty Avoidance, And Perceived Dating Success, Maria Murad
SMU Journal of Undergraduate Research
Drawing on uses and gratification theory, this quantitative study examined the relationship between dating motives (long-term vs. casual), dating modes (online vs. offline), perceived dating success, as well as uncertainty avoidance among college students (n=270) seeking relationships across the globe. Additionally, it studied the cultural and religious aspects of dating behavior, adding to a more complex understanding of modern dating situations.
Results showed that online daters more frequently reported long-term relationship motives than offline daters, and offline daters more frequently reported dating for casual sex than online daters. Long-term motives were positively correlated with perceived dating success, and …

The Use Of Tens To Help Manage Post-Mastectomy Pain, Alyssa B. Carey, Amanda Giarratano, Verena Gorgi, Lauren Vera
Oncology Rehabilitation in Practice
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) has been demonstrated to be an effective non-pharmacological adjunct for postoperative pain management in thoracic surgeries. However, few studies have examined its benefits in managing post-mastectomy pain. This study found that TENS provided positive effects on postoperative pain control, which were associated with improved physical and psychological outcomes. Overall, TENS appears to be a safe and effective modality for managing acute postmastectomy pain.

Occupational Therapy Interventions For Pediatric Patients With Cancer And Avascular Necrosis: A Case Report, Lucy Weathers, Sandra Murphy, Michael Neel, Raul Riberio
Oncology Rehabilitation in Practice
Background: Avascular necrosis (AVN) is a rare disease that can be caused by cancer treatment. AVN can affect multiple joints, which can disrupt one’s ability to perform daily activities. Rehabilitation services, including occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy, are used to improve a patient’s quality of life through skilled conservative interventions that improve daily task engagement. Occupational therapists are trained to address functional deficits experienced by pediatric patients with cancer and may play a key role in treating patients who have AVN. This case report describes the role of OT in addressing self-care for a patient experiencing early multifocal AVN. …

Individualized Aerobic Exercise Prescription As Part Of A Comprehensive Physical Therapy Treatment During Systemic Chemotherapy: A Case Report, Veronica Griesemer
Oncology Rehabilitation in Practice
Background: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is commonly seen in cancer survivors. Multiple treatment modalities for breast cancer can cause cardiotoxicity during or even decades after treatment. Aerobic exercise has been well documented to treat non-cancer-related CVD; however, research regarding optimal dosing within the cancer population is needed. This case report discusses the examination, evaluation, and treatment of a patient with breast cancer receiving potentially cardiotoxic chemotherapy.
Case Description: This patient presented with decreased cardiorespiratory fitness, elevated heart rate, and shortness of breath when climbing the stairs after completing systemic chemotherapies doxorubicin and cyclophosphamide. She was preparing to start paclitaxel treatments and …

Impact Of Lymphedema Treatment Act Implementation On Lymphedema Therapists’ Compression Garment Practices, Sarah Stolker, Karla T. Washington, Kimberly Karr, Andrew Amari, Kyle A. Pitzer
Oncology Rehabilitation in Practice
Purpose: Lymphedema management requires routine use of compression garments to stabilize limb volume and diminish infection risk. The 2024 Lymphedema Treatment Act (LTA) established Medicare coverage for these essential medical supplies. However, this legislation introduced structural challenges to clinical workflows for lymphedema therapists, who traditionally perform measuring, ordering, and fitting. This study evaluated contemporary practices in compression garment fitting, procurement, compensation patterns, and policy-driven impacts on therapist workload and stress.
Methods: A cross-sectional exploratory survey of US lymphedema therapists evaluated the impact of the LTA on clinical workflows. The survey assessed weekly time spent on garment-related tasks, workflow changes since …

Demonstrating Competence In Oncology Rehabilitation: Credentials, Clinical Preparation, And Professional Trust, Christopher M. Wilson
Oncology Rehabilitation in Practice
Every rehabilitation professional will inevitably provide care for people living with and beyond cancer across acute care, outpatient settings, inpatient settings, and home care and within the community. Yet, many clinicians report feeling underprepared or unqualified to address the complex effects of cancer and its treatments. Continuing education, mentorship, and clinical experience remain important routes to professional development, but advanced credentials can offer a structured pathway for developing knowledge and skills and an external recognition of this preparation. This perspective discusses the potential value of specialization or board certification for rehabilitation professionals and other pathways for skill and knowledge attainment …

The Floating Variable Fallacy: Explicit Rejection Of The Yang-Mills Mass Gap Manifesto Under Material Volumetric Monism, Christopher L. Eckes
The Floating Variable Fallacy: Explicit Rejection Of The Yang-Mills Mass Gap Manifesto Under Material Volumetric Monism, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification establishes a mathematically rigorous, standalone rejection of the Clay Mathematics Institute’s Yang-Mills Mass Gap problem. Mainstream theoretical physics has remained trapped within an institutional silo by attempting to define non-abelian gauge symmetries over an abstract, disembodied space-time continuum—an error defined here as the Floating Variable Fallacy. Under the strict physical laws of Material Volumetric Monism, any physical parameter or operator must map directly onto a non-vanishing material substrate volume. By replacing the unphysical concept of massless, zero-volume point particles with a continuous, viscoelastic fluid-dynamic medium, the mass gap crisis is exposed as an artifact of a flawed mathematical …

Non-Perturbative Spec-Matrix Constraints On Four-Dimensional Yang-Mills Continuum Existence And The Mass Gap, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This white paper presents a mathematically rigorous framework that resolves the four-dimensional Yang-Mills mass gap problem by projecting continuum non-abelian gauge fields onto the discrete matrix sub-state invariants of the Eckes SPEC architectural substrate. While recent computer-assisted breakthroughs in late October 2026 successfully established the continuous existence of Yang-Mills theories via Lean-verified extensions of Balaban lattice renormalization, they omitted the structural mechanics required to prove a strictly positive lower bound for the energy spectrum. By mapping the color SU(3) field strength tensor directly to a topologically constrained co-harmonic matrix space, we prove that the lowest non-trivial excitation energy above the …

Execution-Time Security For Ai Agents, Digital Transactions, Cloud Infrastructure, Cryptographic Signing, And Connected Devices, Sangam Kumar Das
Defensive Publications Series
A digital signature can be valid, an AI agent can be authenticated, and an API request can pass every security check—yet the resulting action may still be unauthorized.
Modern software increasingly performs actions without direct human supervision. Artificial intelligence (AI) agents can initiate payments, transfer digital assets, send information, execute code, modify cloud infrastructure, access protected services, and control connected devices. These operations often rely on established security mechanisms, including TLS, OAuth 2.0, digital signatures, API credentials, access-control policies, hardware security modules (HSMs), and trusted execution environments.
However, successful authentication does not necessarily establish that the exact operation about to …

What happens when a payment is correctly authenticated but the wrong amount is transferred, the wrong recipient receives the money, or an AI agent makes a payment that was never actually approved?
Modern payment systems increasingly rely on automated software, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, digital wallets, banking APIs, payment processors, cryptographic signing services, and blockchain networks. Existing security technologies, including OAuth 2.0, multi-factor authentication, digital signatures, hardware security modules (HSMs), and transaction monitoring, provide important protections. However, these mechanisms do not necessarily establish that the final transaction being executed still matches the original authorization.
For example, an AI agent may …

Summary :
The problem. AI agents that write code, call APIs and act on external systems must be able to request actions without being able to carry them out on their own authority. If the agent holds real credentials, API keys or OAuth tokens, a prompt injection or compromised tool can turn those credentials into real-world effects. …

Why Existing Security Is Not Enough
HTTPS and TLS protect communication channels, OAuth provides delegated access authorization, and identity-management systems authenticate users and workloads. These mechanisms do not, by themselves, guarantee that a particular AI-generated command, API request, transaction, or device operation remains consistent with the exact action authorized by the user or governing policy at the moment of execution.

This paper establishes a novel, deterministic paradigm unifying number theory, macro-structural wave mechanics, and cellular oncology. Traditional oncology treats malignant transformation as a stochastic sequence of chemical modifications. This framework rejects pure stochasticity, demonstrating that the chromosome acts as a macroscopic, vibrating acoustic antenna.

A system and method that repurposes an ordinary smartphone (including a retired one) as the input devices and camera for an AI agent operating a separate, unmodified computer. The phone acts as the hands by presenting itself as a keyboard and mouse to the target, over Bluetooth HID, a USB serial-to-HID bridge such as a CH9329, or other transports, and as the eyes by aiming its camera at the target's screen and streaming frames or live video to a controlling agent. No software is installed on the target, which sees only a standard input device. A host coordinates the loop: …

Gci-Pher-1.0 Hydrodynamic Turgor-Resonance And Hydration-Interface Modification Engine For Research Into Physical Viral Inactivation, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.
Defensive Publications Series
GCI-PHER-1.0 proposes a modular physical-processing architecture intended to investigate whether differences in viral particle structure, mechanical properties, hydration interfaces and acoustic susceptibility can be exploited to reduce viral infectivity.
The proposed concept combines three research areas:
-
Hydration-interface and dielectric-field modification.
-
Differential acoustic and mechanical susceptibility.
-
Engineered microfluidic transport and particle-retention structures.
The underlying hypothesis is that viral particles may respond differently from surrounding biological materials when exposed to carefully characterized physical conditions.
Rather than relying exclusively on chemical antiviral compounds, the proposed system investigates whether physical mechanisms could contribute to viral structural destabilization, loss of infectivity or subsequent particle separation. …

SPEC-351-CORE establishes a rigorous, non-contact orbital re-boost methodology designed to counteract atmospheric decay in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) civilian science assets, specifically optimized for the structural parameters of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST). Traditional interventions introduce unacceptable mechanical collision vectors, contamination risks, and immense structural loads to aging spacecraft hulls. This specification eliminates physical contact by utilizing high-temperature superconducting (HTS) magnetic arrays mounted on an autonomous chaser vehicle to induce localized, time-varying eddy currents within the target's conductive aluminum shell. By applying the principles of Material Volumetric Monism and Conformal Metric-Shift Mechanics, the induced magnetic fields synthesize a controlled, repulsive …

SPEC-352-MONOLITH establishes the unified, multi-planetary operations architecture for deep-space transit, planetary colonization, and surface exploration. By discarding traditional, mass-heavy passive shields across all structural nodes, this specification implements a closed-loop thermodynamic ecosystem based on the principles of Material Volumetric Monism. High-velocity aneurotic fusion plasma beams provide long-range propellantless thrust vectors via high-temperature superconducting (HTS) magnetic mirrors. Localized boundary layers are actively harvested using magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) conversion rings, generating the megawatt-scale electricity needed to feed active field shields, sustain 6-layer decoupled acoustic habitat shells (RBAAM-6), and power micro-porous transpiration space suits. The resulting system transforms external hazards—such as hyper-corrosive atmospheres, crushing …

Defensive Publications Series
This paper presents the formal theoretical framework, mathematical validations, and structural engineering implementations of a non-entropy macro-kernel compiler integration that resolves the thermodynamic scaling wall and semantic drift inherent to current large-scale AI cluster computing. By abandoning the traditional abstraction of software instructions as arbitrary geometric state modifications and mapping token pipelines to a 2D viscoelastic fluid substrate—isomorphic to the Unified Cosmological Substrate Equations (UCSE) and Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP)—we show that computing clusters can be governed via deterministic fluid dynamics. We derive low-level routing protocols through Landauer's erasure limit to systematically mitigate parameter drift (\(\Delta _{dev}\)). This approach …
