Enhancing Workforce Development In Construction Management Through Collaborative Teaching (Co-Teaching) Models, John Annor, Francois Jacobs

Online Journal for Workforce Education and Development

This study evaluated the effectiveness of a collaborative co-teaching initiative implemented across three educational institutions—the University of State, Community College, and High School—through two key construction courses: Construction Materials and Methods and Construction Safety. Designed to bridge gaps across educational levels, the initiative adopted a mixed-methods research approach to assess student learning outcomes, instructional effectiveness, and stakeholder perceptions. Quantitative data were collected from standardized assessments, including quizzes, a safety plan project, and exams administered across multiple years. Analytical techniques such as Welch's two-sample t-tests and Welch ANOVA were employed to compare student performance between and within institutions, adjusting for unequal …

A Longitudinal Study Of Workforce Trends And Challenges In The Construction Industry Of A Rural State: A Case Study Of Wyoming, John Annor, Francois Jacobs

Online Journal for Workforce Education and Development

Wyoming’s construction sector, while often eclipsed by extractive industries, plays a vital role in supporting statewide economic activity and infrastructure development. This study investigates key labor force trends in the sector from 2010 to 2024, focusing on employment patterns, age-based workforce composition, and wage trajectories. Drawing on monthly data from the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, the analysis employs descriptive statistics, time series modeling, and cross-variable analysis to explore sectoral vulnerabilities. Findings reveal a cyclical employment structure marked by seasonal peaks and troughs, with a notable disruption during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The workforce is aging rapidly, with workers …

Minimal Supersolution Of Bsdes Driven By Continuous Martingales In A General Filtration, Badr Elmansouri, Mohamed El Otmani Feb 2026

Minimal Supersolution Of Bsdes Driven By Continuous Martingales In A General Filtration, Badr Elmansouri, Mohamed El Otmani

Journal of Stochastic Analysis

In this paper, we study minimal supersolutions of backward stochastic differential equations (BSDEs) driven by a continuous local martingale in a general filtration. We establish existence, uniqueness, and stability results under various mild conditions on the terminal value and the generator. Additionally, we explore the connection between the concept of non-linear expectation and minimal supersolutions, emphasizing the specific properties that are relevant to our framework. We also prove a general monotonic limit theorem and apply this result to determine the smallest constrained supersolution of a BSDE with a possibly non-convex constraint.

Gci #75: Thermo-Orbitronic Testbed Using Chiral-Phonon-Induced Orbital Currents In Quartz, Michael Victor Caldwell Mr.

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure describes a thermo-orbitronic experimental platform that uses chiral-phonon-induced orbital currents in α-quartz to influence a nearby quantum device, such as a superconducting resonator. The device consists of a Z-cut α-quartz chip patterned with thin tungsten or titanium Hall-bar or stripe structures that reproduce the orbital Seebeck geometry reported in recent literature, where a controlled thermal gradient generates an orbital current via chiral phonons. The quartz device is mounted on a stage that allows a 1–20 K temperature difference across the chip while electrical contacts provide measurement of the orbital current. A separate quantum probe chip, for example a …

In the present investigation, culture A. niger was used for the biosynthesis of CuO-NPs using mango (Mangifera indica) leaves aqueous extract. This method of green synthesis is simple, more environment friendly and easy to scaled up. The obtained CuO-NPs were characterized using FT-IR, XRD, TEM, EDX and DLS to evaluate their structure, morphology, elemental composition, and particle size distribution. These findings verify the generation of spherical, crystalline CuO-NPs with an average size of 35.1 nm. The biosynthesized plant-based CuO-NPs showed potential antimicrobial and catalytic, with the higher concentration (till 6.0 mg/mL) having effect better the effect. When used for wastewater …
