Annually, general aviation (GA) continues to experience an elevated number of fatal weather-related accidents. The highest fatality rate occurs during transitions from visual flight rules (VFR) with clear skies to instrument meteorological conditions (IMC) and restricted visibility. The purpose of this study was to examine differences in flight occupancy (with family, with another pilot, and solo) and flight motivation (extrinsic, intrinsic, and neither) in the willingness of GA pilots to transition from VFR-to-IMC. The purpose of this qualitative, multiple-case study was to address a gap in the existing literature and to offer practical applications for small businesses with virtual employees regarding their internal communication management strategies. Previous research regarding internal communication management strategies predominantly concentrated on larger organizations. Organizations struggle to achieve holistic job satisfaction, as remote workers often feel excluded and traditional workers frequently feel overworked. This quantitative study explored the perceived differences in organizational justice between remote and traditional workers. It also investigated the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction within both working environments. A sample size of 176 participants completed a 35-item Likert inventory covering demographics, working environment, job satisfaction, and organizational justice. An independent samples t-test was used to measure the differences in organizational justice between remote and traditional workers. Diazinon is an organophosphate pesticide that is widely used by shallot farmers in Brebes Regency. Due to its toxicity, diazinon residue in agricultural lands as well as plants’ cultivation is harmful to humans and the environment. Using indigenous soil bacteria as a remediation agent is an alternative solution to overcome diazinon contamination. Firstly, this study aimed to characterize isolates from diazinon-contaminated shallot farming. The second objective was to test the diazinon tolerance of the isolates in various diazinon concentrations. Water pollution has become a major global concern owing to its complexity and widespread impact. Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) are the most common bacterial contaminants in water sources, which pose significant threats to public health. To mitigate water contamination by these pathogenic microorganisms, developing and implementing effective water treatment technologies are essential. A promising approach involves using antibacterial water filtration systems. This study presents an innovative numerical method for solving linear fractional differential equations (LFDEs) using modified Bernstein polynomial bases. The proposed approach effectively addresses the challenges posed by the nonlocal nature of fractional derivatives, providing a robust framework for handling multiple initial and boundary value constraints. By integrating the LFDEs and approximating the solutions with modified fractional-order Bernstein polynomials, we derive operational matrices to solve the resulting system numerically. The method’s accuracy is validated through several examples, showing excellent agreement between numerical and exact solutions. Escherichia coli is a foodborne pathogenic bacterium that can cause diarrhea, while yhaV is a virulence-associated gene linked to the toxin–antitoxin system in E. coli. This study was aimed at evaluating the confirmation, specificity, and sensitivity of a yhaV gene primer using real-time polymerase chain reaction. The yhaV-targeting PCR successfully amplified a DNA fragment with an amplicon length of 207 bp (base pairs) under an annealing temperature optimized to a range of 54 °C to 62 °C via gradient PCR. Phytoplasma, a plant pathogen that threatens plant health, can induce diseases such as yellow wilt, virescence, phyllody, and witches’ broom. Although early detection methods using polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies have been developed, synthetic peptides offer advantages such as higher titers, predictable antigenic characteristics and superior sensitivity and specificity. Epitope mapping plays a key role in designing peptide antigens and includes gene synthesis, transformation, expression assessment, large-scale production, and purification. Melona, Tacapa Gold, and Gama Melon Parfum are novel Melon genotypes that have been introduced for cultivation in the saline-prone coastal region of Bocor Beach, Kebumen, Central Jawa. Elevated salt concentrations in the area pose challenges, impacting yield. The potential of these new genotypes for saline land remains unexplored. This study aimed to assess the morphophysiological and molecular responses of these genotypes to salinity stress. Seeds were germinated in cocopeat and ABmix 3000 solution and treated with 220 mM NaCl until harvest. Black women disproportionately experience sexual health-related trauma, yet their mental health needs are often inadequately addressed due to systemic barriers and stigma. This literature review examines trauma-informed care (TIC) frameworks tailored to Black women, emphasizing culturally responsive practices in addressing sexual health-related trauma. By synthesizing findings from existing research, including the importance of intersectionality, culturally specific interventions, and community-centered approaches, this review highlights effective strategies for mental health providers. The review concludes with implications for enhancing TIC training and implementation in clinical settings which contributes to the advancement of equitable mental health services for Black women.

Contributing factors to a leader’s psychological well-being and their ability to be fully functional, mature, and self-actualized, are highly under-researched. This study examined the relationship of leader identity and leader efficacy on a leader’s psychological well-being. The study also explored whether a leader’s gender and leadership role level influenced their leader identity, efficacy, and psychological well-being. Participants were 165 working organizational leaders from a variety of industries, ages 19-72 years old with 1-40 years of leadership experience. This transcendental phenomenological qualitative study explored the lived experiences of Black male PhD graduates from CACREP- accredited counseling education programs who are now professors within the academy. It examined the integration of music as a coping mechanism to address the psychological impact of isolation, tokenism, and hypervisibility connected to attending predominantly white institutions (PWIs/ HWIs).
