Decentralized Ip Address Assignment And Network Identity Management Using Blockchain-Anchored Vendor Pki With Tpm-Bound Device Authentication, Vikram Singh Rawat
Decentralized Ip Address Assignment And Network Identity Management Using Blockchain-Anchored Vendor Pki With Tpm-Bound Device Authentication, Vikram Singh Rawat
Defensive Publications Series
A system is proposed herein for decentralized Internet Protocol (IP) address assignment and network identity management without a dedicated Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server. A purpose-built permissioned blockchain stores device identities and IP assignment state. At manufacture time, a vendor generates a device key pair, seals the private key in a Trusted Platform Module (TPM), and registers the device public key, media access control (MAC) address, and vendor-signed identity information. Validator nodes authenticate joining devices and independently perform threshold-based cryptographic self-selection to determine an assigning validator without inter-validator coordination. The selected validator encrypts network configuration information using the joining …
The Heartbank Longitudinal Cohort: A Dataset Combining Dna, Natal Chart, Family Tree, Continuous Behavioral Observation, And Continuous Respiratory Observation At Civilizational Scale — Tiered Consent, Federated Analysis, Homomorphic Encryption And Key-Destruction Withdrawal For A Genomic, Wearable-Sensor And Pedigree Cohort, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
This disclosure specifies the design of a privacy-preserving, multimodal longitudinal cohort study that links, for each consenting participant, five data layers: genome data (DNA sequence or genotyping array); date, time and place of birth, with the astronomical positions computed from them; a continuous record of prosocial transfers on a peer-to-peer gratitude ledger; continuous respiration data from a chest-worn wearable sensor; and verified kinship links in a pedigree graph, at a target of 100 million participants over decades. Consent is tiered: granted and withdrawn separately for each layer, and never tied to platform benefits. The privacy stack combines differentially private analysis …
Proof Of Coordinate: A Sybil-Distinct Identifier For Humans And Machine Agents, Separate From Proof Of Personhood, With A Write-Once Public Root, A Rotatable Secure-Enclave Key, Provenance-Dependent Revocation And Threshold Social Recovery By Verified Kin, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
We describe a decentralized identity architecture that gives every participant in a mixed economy of human persons and autonomous software or robotic agents a sybil-distinct individual identifier, separate from proof of personhood, with revocation authority fixed by the identifier's provenance. A verified human holds both proofs; a machine agent holds the identifier only. Every identity is anchored by two artifacts: a permanent, public, write-once root record (an identifier, a public key, and an issuer signature for a machine or a hash commitment for a human) in an archival medium such as femtosecond-laser-written silica or diamond, and a rotatable operational key …
Shared Infrastructure Tunnel For Grouped Fault Detection And Coordinated Convergence Across Multiple Ethernet Vpn Instances, Anonymous
Defensive Publications Series
A shared infrastructure tunnel binds multiple Ethernet Virtual Private Network instances that depend on a common transport path between two provider edge nodes into a single named operational group. An advertising node attaches a grouping identifier to per-instance route advertisements. A receiving node builds a group object holding the membership set, a binding to primary and backup transport resources, and a state machine. One liveness session monitors the group in place of one session per instance, and each group state transition is applied atomically and identically to every member at both nodes without generating per-instance control plane messages. An individual …
Enforcing Path Symmetry For Precision Time Protocol Using An In-Band Reverse Segment List Derived From A Recorded Forward Path, Anonymous
Defensive Publications Series
A two-way time synchronization exchange is made symmetric by carrying path information inside the timing messages themselves. As a message travels from a time source toward a time recipient, each forwarding node appends an identifier of the adjacency pointing back toward the node it arrived from, building an ordered record of the links traversed. The time recipient reverses that record to form an explicit reverse route and carries it in the corresponding delay request message. An edge node imposes the reverse route on that message, so it traverses the same links in the opposite order. Both one-way delays are then …

Technical Disclosure Manifest: Spec-190-Master Civilizational Launchpad Specification: The Multidimensional Sine Paradigm And The Thermodynamics Of Causal Stagnation Criticality, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification formalizes the thermodynamic, geometric, and computational mechanics of the Universal Semantic Unity Engine (USUE) and the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model. It delivers an analytical refutation of static civilizational equilibrium models ("Utopian Stagnation" and "Dystopian Finality") by proving them mathematically invalid under continuous boundary conditions.
By mapping evolutionary systemic paths via non-linear multidimensional sine functions, this document demonstrates that any closed system attempting to enforce a localized flatline state (\(dz/dt \rightarrow 0\)) exponentially amplifies its internal causal pressure gradients. This pressure build-up drives an inevitable geometric phase change, forcing an asymmetric metric-shift that projects the system into …
The Borrowable Standard: Orthographic Standardization, Text Normalization, Collation And Legacy Font Encoding In Text Corpora That Serve As Critical-Apparatus Witnesses, With The Khmer Pāli Canon, Thon Ly
Defensive Publications Series
This study concerns orthographic standardisation, text normalisation and legacy character encoding as preconditions for machine-readable text corpora that must stand as witnesses in a critical apparatus. It begins from a claim it refutes: that a machine-readable corpus requires a standardised orthography. Swiss German and the Arabic dialects lack one yet support corpora and benchmarks by normalising toward a standard borrowed from a related language (Standard German, Modern Standard Arabic) or toward a convention built for the purpose (CODA). For a corpus that must be authoritative in its own language, a witness to a text rather than a corpus about a …

Realities Of Engendering Federalization: Political Commitment To Gender Equality, Resources, And Policy, Christine S. Diaz
Realities Of Engendering Federalization: Political Commitment To Gender Equality, Resources, And Policy, Christine S. Diaz
Journal of Public Affairs and Development
Amid several initiatives to federalize the Philippines, discourse on engendering federalization remains scarce. This gap forms the basis of this study, which examined the realities of engendering federalization. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews and key informant interviews with research participants from various sectors in Davao City. Guided by Caren Levy’s Web of Institutionalization Framework, the study focused on three core dimensions: political commitment to gender equality, resources, and policy. The findings revealed that engendering federalization, particularly political commitment to gender equality, requires advocacy, institutionalization, gender awareness, and gender-sensitivity formation. Institutional mechanisms, policies, and resources are important for advancing gender-responsive …

The Colorado River Upper Initial Units Take Center Stage, Eric Kuhn, Anne Castle, Jack Schmidt, Kathryn Sorensen, Katherine Tara
The Traveling Wilburys of the Colorado River
In 1956, Congress authorized the Upper Initial Units—Flaming Gorge Reservoir,
Navajo Reservoir, and the Aspinall Unit (UIUs)—for a variety of water use
purposes in the Upper Colorado River Basin, including compliance with the
1922 Colorado River Compact (1922 Compact). The historical record is clear
that the primary reason these reservoirs exist is to satisfy the math of the 1922
Compact and the obligations it imposed on the Upper Division States
regarding flows at Lee Ferry.

Individual Articles
Background: People with HIV are aging rapidly and face accelerated aging-related comorbidities, including cardiovascular diseases and cognitive impairment, due to prolonged HIV-associated inflammation. Physical activity (PA) is a well-established intervention to mitigate these risks; yet, most older people with HIV remain sedentary. Despite considerable efforts to understand PA determinants and design interventions for people with HIV, outcomes have been suboptimal.
Objective: The overarching goal of this project is to use an ecological momentary assessment (EMA) approach to capture ecologically valid relationships between the personal experiences of older people with HIV and PA, as they engage in their normal daily activities. …

Impacts Of Leonardite And Gibberellic Acid On Plant Stand And Ear Height In Early-Season Sweet Corn, Charlie Rohwer, Jesen Hosch
Midwest Vegetable Trial Reports
Sweet corn planted early in the season can suffer from poor germination due to low soil temperatures. In addition, low ear height of early-season hybrids can make hand- or machine-harvest more challenging. We tested impacts of two in-furrow leonardite treatments on germination and ear height, and a single application of a commercial gibberellic acid product (Proliant) on ear height. Sweet corn was planted on 5 May in southern Minnesota. We tested 14 sweet corn hybrids, including sugary-enhanced, synergistic, and supersweet. We found no impact of leonardite or Proliant on sweet corn stand or ear height. Three hybrids (‘Sprinter XR’, ‘Kickoff …
