The study aimed to reveal the reality of classroom instructional practices of high school mathematics teachers in light of the five components of mathematical proficiency: conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, strategic competence, adaptive reasoning, and productive disposition. It relied on the descriptive approach. The study tool was an observation card that included 38 practices distributed across the five components of mathematical proficiency. The study sample consisted of 24 high school mathematics teachers. The findings indicated that the overall level of instructional practices of high school mathematics teachers, in light of the five components of mathematical proficiency, was average. Data were collected using research tools, including an achievement test designed to measure cognitive skills and an observation checklist aimed at assessing performance in the production of electronic educational games. Understanding cognizance is crucial; it highlights how individuals analyse and understand information. Meanwhile, adult learning and literacy are essential for personal and social development. This research aims to study the effect of cognizance on academic achievement among novice learners in literacy programs in Morocco. The research sample consisted of 560 male and female learners, using the cognizance scale for the novice learner. The results of the research revealed that there are statistically significant correlations between cognizance and academic achievement among novice learners in literacy programs. This study aimed to explore the effectiveness of using the Simulation- Supported Dual Situated Learning Model (Sim-DSLM) to correct students’ misconceptions, retention, and enhancement of reasoning skills. To address this objective, a quantitative, experimental approach with pre- and post-learning tests was employed. The researcher developed two tests: (1) a physics misconceptions test and (2) a reasoning thinking skills test, which were both checked for validity and reliability. Nowadays, universities heavily rely on digital marketing and social media to recruit more students and to generate interest in their schools. Digital marketing and online advertising constitute a kind of interaction between writers and their potential readers. This paper explores how such an interaction is achieved by investigating a wide range of linguistic resources that writers use to express their stance toward the content in the text and toward the reader. The study was conducted during the 2017/2018 academic year and targeted students in the programme as well as their parents The sample consisted of 228 students and 141 parents. It also investigated whether students’ educational level or teachers’ computer skills significantly affected teachers’ views. The study applied the mixed-method approach, whereby a questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 384 teachers, and semi-structured interviews were conducted with five teachers. Quantitative data were analyzed via appropriate statistical methods, while thematic analysis was used to interpret the interviews and comments.
