Technical Disclosure Specification: Systemic Scale-Invariance And Architectural Metrics Of The Jovian Enclave As A Closed-Loop Failed Solar System (Spec 174), Christopher L. Eckes Oct 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Systemic Scale-Invariance And Architectural Metrics Of The Jovian Enclave As A Closed-Loop Failed Solar System (Spec 174), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This technical specification establishes the structural, gravitational, and non-equilibrium thermodynamic parameters defining the Jovian system not as an isolated planetary body, but as a fully realized, un-ignited, closed-loop Failed Solar System. Moving away from traditional astronomical classification paradigms that treat satellite moons as passive anomalies, this disclosure formalizes the Jovian enclave as a local mass-accretion engine that mirrors primary solar-planetary architectures with 90% structural fidelity.

Crucially, this paper incorporates recent core-dynamics findings by modeling Jupiter's 50%-radius dilute, "fuzzy" core not as a static impact relic, but as an active, steady-state thermodynamic dissolution zone where metallic hydrogen serves as an aggressive, …

Systems Engineering Integration Architecture: Mission Architecture For Indefinite Surface Operations In Supercritical Venusian Environments (Tectonex-V), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This technical specification details the structural integration, multi-phase fluidic control models, and material deployment parameters for the TECTONEX-V planetary lander architecture, engineered exclusively for long-duration operations on the surface of Venus. Moving away from passive, mass-based pressure hulls that succumb to rapid thermal soak and structural collapse, the TECTONEX-V synthesizes an active non-equilibrium thermodynamic shell.

By integrating a monolithic Eckesonium(TM) (iMHEA) structural backbone with automotive magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) power harvesting, transpiration cooling systems, and non-refractive torsional wave telemetries, the lander converts the intense 9.5 MPa atmospheric pressure and 745 K thermal load of Venus into stabilizing structural inputs. This complete system …

Babylonian Journal of Mechanical Engineering

Constrained groove pressing (CGP) is a prominent severe plastic deformation (SPD) method, favored over other SPD techniques due to its ability to induce high strains, its cost-effectiveness, and the lack of a need for advanced tooling or equipment. This paper presents the first comprehensive, simultaneous analysis of the fundamentals, influential parameters, corrosion and mechanical properties, and microstructural evolution of aluminum (Al) alloys processed via CGP. Overall, the study results demonstrated that the yield strength of various Al alloys increased several-fold during the initial CGP passes, while elongation decreased by 50% to 75%. Failure behavior in CGP-processed aluminum samples depends on …

Integrating Gis With Interim Payment Valuation In Road Construction Projects: A Conceptual Framework, Abdulrahman I. Iro, Juma M. Matindana, Julian Ijumulana Oct 2026

Integrating Gis With Interim Payment Valuation In Road Construction Projects: A Conceptual Framework, Abdulrahman I. Iro, Juma M. Matindana, Julian Ijumulana

Tanzania Journal of Engineering and Technology (TJET)

Abstract

Interim Payment Valuation is a critical process in road construction contract administration, yet conventional valuation practices remain heavily dependent on manual measurements, fragmented documentation, spreadsheets, and professional judgement. These limitations can affect measurement accuracy, transparency, traceability, and the timeliness of payment certification. Although Geographic Information Systems have increasingly been applied to construction planning, quantity measurement, progress monitoring, infrastructure management, and decision support, their integration with contractual and financial processes for interim payment valuation remains insufficiently explored. This study therefore develops a conceptual framework for integrating GIS with Interim Payment Valuation in road construction projects. A PRISMA-guided structured literature review …

Funding And Financing Mechanisms For Decarbonization At Higher Education Institutions, Emma Coopersmith, Dimitra Prassa, Alexander R. Barron Oct 2026

Funding And Financing Mechanisms For Decarbonization At Higher Education Institutions, Emma Coopersmith, Dimitra Prassa, Alexander R. Barron

Environmental Science and Policy: Faculty Publications

A growing number of higher education institutions (HEIs) are decarbonizing their campuses, with thermal energy networks supported by ground-source-heat pumps (GSHPs) as the most common approach (Barron et al., 2025). The value proposition of these systems includes net savings on energy and maintenance, increasing occupant comfort, reducing air pollution and addressing deferred maintenance, guarding against future regulatory risk, providing education and research opportunities, and helping institutions meet climate goals. Despite the many benefits of decarbonization, funding and financing pose a significant challenge given the high upfront costs for GSHPs and building retrofits. “How will we pay for this?” is likely …

Rice, Audrey Hager, Anna Russell, Cornell Law School Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic

Cornell Law School J.D. Student Research Papers

On October 5, 2026, the Cornell Law School Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic submitted this comment letter on proposed Treasury and IRS regulations (REG-119882-25, 91 Fed. Reg. 53,812). The regulations would apply the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA) to the refunded portions of the adoption tax credit, child tax credit, American opportunity tax credit, and earned income tax credit. The letter argues that Treasury has not adequately reconciled PRWORA's "qualified alien" test with the Code's residency and Social Security number rules. It also argues that Treasury has not justified treating the adoption credit as a federal public …

Energy-Efficient Routing Protocols In Wireless Sensor Networks For Iot Applications: A Machine Learning Approach Using Xgbm And Color Harmony Algorithm, Subhieh El-Salhi, Bashar Igried, Sari Awwad

Mesopotamian Journal of CyberSecurity

Energy efficiency is a central constraint in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) used for Internet of Things (IoT) applications because sensor nodes have limited batteries, processing capacity, and communication bandwidth. This study combines eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBM) with the Color Harmony Algorithm (CHA) to predict energy-efficient paths and optimize model and routing parameters. The analysis uses 58,847 validated network-event records generated with NS-3 and a custom Python simulator; the Intel Berkeley Research Lab sensor trace was used only as an external range check. In a 50-run simulated evaluation, the proposed configuration showed an 18% reduction in energy consumption, a 22% increase …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Eckesonium™ - Spec 173, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This technical specification details the synthesis, chemical composition, and quantum structural mechanics of Eckesonium™ (Ek), a standalone interstitial metastable high-entropy alloy (iMHEA) engineered for extreme isotropic ductility, universal solid-solution compatibility, and an infinite fatigue limit under cyclical mechanical deformation. Moving beyond traditional metallurgy paradigms that enforce an inverse trade-off between hardness and brittleness, Eckesonium™ leverages a finely tuned Stacking Fault Energy (SFE) boundary grid.

This triggers simultaneous Twinning-Induced Plasticity (TWIP) and Transformation-Induced Plasticity (TRIP) under macrovascular stress inputs. This specification registers the exact atomic configuration, thermodynamic derivation, and thermo-mechanical processing matrix into the public domain as defensive …

Divergent Geographies Of Disadvantage: Multidimensional Poverty And Teacher-Deployment Priority Across Ghana's 261 Districts, Bismark B. Fermah, Cai Lianyu Oct 2026

Divergent Geographies Of Disadvantage: Multidimensional Poverty And Teacher-Deployment Priority Across Ghana's 261 Districts, Bismark B. Fermah, Cai Lianyu

Jurnal Pendidikan: Teori, Penelitian, dan Pengembangan

Ghana relies on two district-level rankings of disadvantage to guide equity policy: a census-based multidimensional poverty index and a teacher-deployment priority list. Because the deployment flag conditions on classroom overcrowding, the inverse care law predicts the two should diverge, yet policy treats them as interchangeable. This study examined whether the two rankings identify the same districts. This descriptive ecological cross-sectional study linked the 2021 Census multidimensional poverty statistics to the 2026 Teachers for All: Ghana classification across all 261 districts and 16 regions, applying Welch's t test, two one-sided tests of equivalence against pre-specified margins of 10.0 and 4.8 percentage …

From Anatomy To Safe Action: The A2d And Scope-D Frameworks For Teaching Clinical Reasoning And Referral Communication In Physical Therapist Education, Arvie Vitente, Pamela Taylor, Christopher Dela Rosa, Art Lubinski Oct 2026

From Anatomy To Safe Action: The A2d And Scope-D Frameworks For Teaching Clinical Reasoning And Referral Communication In Physical Therapist Education, Arvie Vitente, Pamela Taylor, Christopher Dela Rosa, Art Lubinski

Philippine Journal of Physical Therapy

Introduction. Physical therapist learners may accurately recall anatomy yet struggle to translate it into testable hypotheses, recognize discordant findings, select proportionate actions, and communicate uncertainty within scope. Existing frameworks address clinical reasoning or structured communication, but limited guidance connects anatomy-based hypothesis testing directly to patient-centered referral communication when findings do not fit. This theory piece pairs Anatomy-to-Decision (A2D) with SCOPE-D to address that curricular gap.

Methods. Integrative conceptual design drew on literature concerning physical therapist clinical reasoning, illness scripts, cognitive load, dual-process reasoning, hypothesis-oriented patient management, safety screening, and communication of diagnostic uncertainty. These foundations were translated into features intended …

Interrater Reliability Of Software Optimized Movement Assessment With Traditional Methods And Video-Based Functional Movement Screen Scoring And Compensatory Movement Identification, Joshua Paul Verdillo, Nj Ermina, Tanya Mariel Capilla, Russel James Balane, Evriel Prince Apura, Daryl Reymon Apla-On, Ressyl Love Salvador

Philippine Journal of Physical Therapy

Introduction: The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a seven-part movement assessment used to identify injury risks caused by faulty biomechanics. There are three barriers in traditional FMS assessments that could affect the tool’s validity: the subjectivity of human scores that could cause bias, the need for in-person evaluations which limit access for remote patients, and the requirement of specialized training to use the tool, which makes it less accessible. This study investigates the effectiveness of SOMA, an AI-based web application that uses the MediaPipe framework to automatically assess (FMS) performances.

Methods: This study employs a quantitative, cross-sectional, comparative design to …

Identifiability, Sequentiality And Infinity (--Remarks--), Jose L. Menaldi

Mathematics Faculty Research Publications

Two sections are added to my previous article with similar title, in relation to the so-called dynamic logic-error, other complications with modern mathematics and some details on the philosophy behind scene. These remarks could be seen as more details on the axioms of math-arguments and the actual basis-inspiration of the meta-math previously developed. In other words, this `continuation' gives the connection between (meta-)mathematics and the science of the creation-energy.

Artificial Intelligence As A Tool To Enhance High-Leverage Practices In Special Education, Kanisha Porter, Viveca Grant Ed.D., Delilah A. Gonzales Oct 2026

Artificial Intelligence As A Tool To Enhance High-Leverage Practices In Special Education, Kanisha Porter, Viveca Grant Ed.D., Delilah A. Gonzales

The Journal of the Research Association of Minority Professors

Special education teachers face instructional, documentation, and compliance demands that often impede the fidelity of High-Leverage Practices (HLPs). While HLPs are central to promoting positive academic and behavioral growth for students with disabilities, a significant research-to-practice gap persists because educators lack the time and resources to implement these evidence-based strategies consistently within increasingly complex classrooms. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers emerging opportunities to mitigate systemic burdens by serving as a collaborative partner rather than a replacement for professional judgment. This manuscript examines AI’s potential to enhance HLP implementation across the domains of instruction, data-driven practice, collaboration, and intensive intervention. Drawing upon …

Beyond Intent: Teacher Capacity, Opportunity To Learn, And The Persistence Of Math Equity Gaps In Tennessee (2000-2025), Soso Dede Oct 2026

Beyond Intent: Teacher Capacity, Opportunity To Learn, And The Persistence Of Math Equity Gaps In Tennessee (2000-2025), Soso Dede

The Journal of the Research Association of Minority Professors

For a quarter-century (2000–2025), Tennessee pursued mathematics reforms aiming for equity, yet stark racial and socioeconomic achievement gaps endure. Framed by Opportunity to Learn (OTL) and Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching (MKT), this study investigates the intersection of equity, teacher capacity, and policy. By synthesizing assessment data, program evaluations, policy documents, and research literature, this study reveals that systemic OTL inequities—disparate access to quality instruction, adequate resources, and teachers possessing strong MKT—are primary drivers of these enduring gaps. Such inequities deny marginalized students a fair chance at mathematical proficiency. The interplay between OTL and MKT is critical: inadequate OTL constrains knowledgeable …

Voltage-Related Power Quality Issues And Impacts On Distribution Networks With Sensitive Loads - A Review, Godwin Elinazi Mnkeni, Jackson Justo, Aviti Thadei Mushi, Bakari M. M. Mwinyiwiwa Oct 2026

Voltage-Related Power Quality Issues And Impacts On Distribution Networks With Sensitive Loads - A Review, Godwin Elinazi Mnkeni, Jackson Justo, Aviti Thadei Mushi, Bakari M. M. Mwinyiwiwa

Tanzania Journal of Engineering and Technology (TJET)

Voltage disturbances are the most important power quality (PQ) complications that customers and power utilities face in this smart era. The growing adoption of sophisticated electronic equipment and integration of renewable energy sources (RES) into power grids has increased the susceptibility of power distribution networks (PDNs) to voltage sags, swells, interruptions, flicker, and voltage imbalance. These disturbances, mainly caused by upstream faults, switching operations, and RES integration, compromise voltage PQ and system reliability. Consequently, they accelerate equipment degradation, increase electronic waste (e-waste), raise reactive power demand and maintenance costs, increase power losses, and impose substantial economic losses on customers and …
