Obstacles Of E-Management And The Future Expectations To Overcome These Obstacles As Perceived By Balqa Applied University Administrators, Eman J. Abdulrahman, Ibrahem H. Tadros
Obstacles Of E-Management And The Future Expectations To Overcome These Obstacles As Perceived By Balqa Applied University Administrators, Eman J. Abdulrahman, Ibrahem H. Tadros
Scientific Journal of King Faisal University: Humanities and Management Sciences
This study aims to identify the obstacles of applying e-management and the future expectations to overcome them as perceived by administrators at Balqa Applied University. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire of (55) paragraphs was conducted; it is formed of (4) areas; specifically, human, organizational, technical, and financial obstacles. In addition, an open question on the future expectations to overcome the obstacles from administrators’ point of view is set. After testing the reliability and stability of the tool, it was applied to the study sample comprised of (522) administrators selected using stratified simple random method. After applying …
Mediating Role Of Customer Experience In Social Media Marketing And Purchase Intention - A Case Study, Sufyan Habib
Mediating Role Of Customer Experience In Social Media Marketing And Purchase Intention - A Case Study, Sufyan Habib
Scientific Journal of King Faisal University: Humanities and Management Sciences
In today’s dynamic business environment, the idea of customer experience gained significant importance among practitioners as well as academics. Many managers and service researchers are interested in customer experience. However, research on customer experience about social media marketing role on building purchase intention appears to be scarce. This work investigates the mediating role of customer experience in social media marketing and customer purchase intention in lifestyle products. Data for the study were collected from 279 Indian consumers using a survey by personal visiting and contacting prospective respondents located at different places in Lucknow city, India. The study found that customer …
Causal Model Of The Relationship Between Causal Attribution, Superstitious Thinking, And Quality Of Life For University Students, Mostafa A. Elhodiuby, Nahla A. Abd El Majeed
Causal Model Of The Relationship Between Causal Attribution, Superstitious Thinking, And Quality Of Life For University Students, Mostafa A. Elhodiuby, Nahla A. Abd El Majeed
Scientific Journal of King Faisal University: Humanities and Management Sciences
Superstitious thinking had negative effects on societies. This study aimed to investigate the university students' differences of superstitious thinking levels (low, medium, or high) for both causal attributions and life quality for with its three levels in addition to detect the differences due to gender, specialization , place of living and class of study. The work also aims to verify the validity of the proposed statistical model of causal attributions, supersti tious thinking, and life quality of university students so that the model better determines direct and indirect effects between the superstitious thinking and those variables based on what the …
Italian Colonization Of Ethiopia And Il Duce’S Rhetoric , Isabella Paluzzi Steele
Italian Colonization Of Ethiopia And Il Duce’S Rhetoric , Isabella Paluzzi Steele
Undergraduate Research and Engagement Symposium
My project analyzes the narratives constructed by Benito Mussolini about Italian colonization of Ethiopia in Fascist Italy. Mussolini's narratives regarding colonization in Ethiopia fall into narrative categories: 1. the narrative of Fascist Italy as a newly reborn Roman Empire, and 2. the narrative of Fascist Italy as racially superior to Ethiopians which made a civilizing mission necessary to Mussolini. Mussolini’s verbal narratives and their diffusion should be examined to gain a clearer understanding of what was shown to the Italian public so there is an understanding of the dissonance between official policies and proclamations and public sentiment.

Quantum Algorithms For Discrete And Combinatorial Optimization, Gloria Oppong
Quantum Algorithms For Discrete And Combinatorial Optimization, Gloria Oppong
UTC Spring Research and Arts Conference
This study explores quantum computing for combinatorial optimization, focusing on the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). Using Qiskit, the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) is implemented on simulators and quantum hardware, and compared with classical optimization using Gurobi. TSP instances are encoded as Quadratic Unconstrained Binary Optimization (QUBO) problems derived from the Miller–Tucker–Zemlin formulation, with quadratic penalties enforcing degree and subtour constraints. Results indicate that QAOA consistently generates feasible tours, but classical branch-and-bound methods achieve better solution quality and runtime. On Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum (NISQ) devices, performance degrades with problem size due to sensitivity to parameter tuning, penalty scaling, and hardware …
Community Resilience And Response To Salinity Gradients In Streams Flowing Into Biscayne Bay, Florida, Sebastian M. Jimenez, Francesca Leasi
Community Resilience And Response To Salinity Gradients In Streams Flowing Into Biscayne Bay, Florida, Sebastian M. Jimenez, Francesca Leasi
UTC Spring Research and Arts Conference
Contemporary shifts in global and local salinity dynamics are caused by various factors, including altered global hydrological cycles, poor water management practices, and salt pollution. For my Honor’s Thesis, I explored the effects that salinity has on communities of meiofauna in coastal streams. Meiofauna are small (45-1000 μm) aquatic invertebrates (microinvertebrates). They are taxonomically diverse and vital to the health and function of all aquatic ecosystems and their food webs. I hypothesized that more sensitive taxa will only be found within a narrow range of salinity, while others will tolerate and be found across a greater range. I quantified meiofauna …
