ملخص

يتناول هذا البحث موضوع خلافة الإنسان والتحولات الحضارية من خلال الحفر في مسار الحضارة التي أنبأتنا بالصورة التي تكفّل فيها الإنسان بتحمّل الأمانة الكبرى، وبمستويات النجاح وحدود الانتكاس، فإلى أي مدى يمكن للإنسان أن يتجاوز صعوبة الواقع الحضاري ويعيد مهمّة الخلافة إلى مسارها الذي يُمكّن الإنسان من تحقيق مراد الخالق من المخلوق؟

ولقد اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الاستقرائي، مع المزاوجة بينهما لرصد التحولات الحضارية في مسيرة الإنسان المستخلف والقيام باستقراء للاستنتاجات المساعدة على تحقيقه.

يأتي هذا البحث الموسوم بـ "ضوابط ضرب الزوجة الناشز ومقاصده في تفسير "التحرير والتنوير" ومقارنة تلك الضوابط بأقوال الفقهاء، لمعالجة مسألة تتعلق بوسائل تأديب الزوجة الناشز وهي "الضرب" التي كثر الجدل حولها بين مؤيد ومعارض، فبيّن هذا البحث أن مسألة ضرب الزوج لزوجته الناشز ليس على عمومه أو ظاهره، بل له ضوابط يضبط ومقاصد يعرف بها، وقد ذكرها ابن عاشور من خلال تفسيره "التحرير والتنوير" من غير الإشارة إلى أنها ضوابط، فاستنبطها الباحث وناقشها وبيّن مقاصدها، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والمنهج الاستنباطي، والمنهج الاستقرائي، والمنهج المقارن، وخرج بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات، كان من أهم هذه النتائج أن …

تناولت هذه الدراسة مسألة القراءة التفسيرية وأثرها في توجيه القراءات، فبيّنت تعريف القراءة التفسيرية، وعالجت مفهوم الترجيح بين القراءات، ووضّحت أنّ الترجيح إنّما هو بين توجيه القراءات وليس معناه ردّ شيء منها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ القراءة التفسيرية هي كل قراءة خالفت رسم المصحف الإمام أفادت معنى في التفسير، وأنّ الترجيح بين القراءات هو ترجيح بين التوجيهين لا بين القراءتين المتواترتين فكلاهما ثابت ثبوتاً قطعياً، وأنّ القراءة التفسيرية قد تكون المعتمد الذي رجّح فيه العلماء توجيه قراءة تفسيرية على أخرى.

لقد تناول هذا البحث قضية ذات صلة بالتفسير الموضوعي للقرآن الكريم، وهي دراسة لفظة القلب دلالة ووروداً في سورة الأحزاب، في محاولة للكشف عن ترابط السورة ومحاورها من خلال تكرار هذه اللفظة بشكل لافت فيها دون غيرها من السور. وقد كشفت هذه الدراسة عن عناية خاصة بقلب المسلم تزكية وبناء؛ ليكون قادراً على مواجهة الفتن وأصحابها من خلال العناية بعبادة التوكل القلبية. كما كشفت عن خبايا قلوب المنافقين، وقدّمت السورة للأمة نصائح عملية في التعامل مع هذه الفئة التي تتكرر في كل زمان ومكان؛ لتفويت فرص الأذى التي يمكن أن تلحقها بالمجتمع الإسلامي.
