Alignment Knee joint alignment is a critical component in the biomechanical analysis of the body, particularly in locomotor activities such as running. Neuromuscular blockade agents are a medication class that requires education and knowledge to ensure protocols, assessments, and tools are utilized in acute care facilities. Quality improvement (QI) project focused on the use of neuromuscular blockage agents to ensure nursing staff, who have direct patient contact, received proper education. The Restorative Masculine Integration Theory (RMIT) introduces a strengths-based, systems-oriented framework for promoting healthy masculinity through healing, leadership, and relational engagement. Developed in response to the adverse effects of masculine suppression, such as emotional disengagement, burnout, and polarity collapse, RMIT outlines a five-phase Cycle of Masculine Restoration: reclaimed masculinity, emotional safety and trust, grounded leadership, rebalanced gender polarity, and healing with cultural renewal. These stages are underpinned by core concepts including psychological safety, peer mentorship, emotional literacy, and authentic masculinity. Building on previous management scholarship, this paper explains how Conceptual Metaphor Theory (CMT) and metaphorical expressions inform organizational resilience and leadership communication in employee support strategies. It tries to capture the interplay between personal sensemaking and collective adaptation. The study aims to provide practitioners with hands-on insights into developing inclusion, resilience, and identity reconstruction in organizational and societal contexts of disruption. Background
People living with HIV (PLWH) face a higher risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD), with significant sex differences in outcomes. However, it is unclear whether these differences are driven by distinct risk factor profiles or by a differential impact of shared risk factors. This study aimed to identify factors associated with CVD among PLWH and to specifically assess for effect modification by sex using a large, diverse nationwide database.

The Israel– Palestine (Hamas) conflict in the Gaza Strip has persisted for decades, marked by cyclical violence and chronic diplomatic stalemate. The paper examined historical and socio-economic factors contributing to the emergence of Lakurawa terrorism in North West Nigeria. The Lakurawa is one of the terrorist organizations operated in Nigerian Republic's forests that is situated along its shoreline, which became a haven for terrorist groups. This study examines human rights violations in the recruitment of child soldiers in Darfur, Sudan, where more than 300,000 boys and girls under the age of eighteen were recruited by government armed forces, militias, or non-state armed groups. Using a qualitative literature study, this study aims to examine the factors behind the recruitment of child soldiers and examine the phenomenon using international humanitarian law. This study concludes that the recruitment of child soldiers is caused by competition for limited natural resources, easy access to weapons, and unequal levels of education and economy. BACKGROUND: Mitral annular calcification (MAC) poses technical and clinical challenges in patients undergoing mitral valve intervention. Patients with severe MAC were excluded from major previous randomized controlled trials evaluating mitral therapies. Consequently, outcomes following mitral transcatheter edge-to-edge repair (M-TEER) in this population remain controversial.
METHODS: MEDLINE and EMBASE were searched through June 2025 to identify studies reporting outcomes after M-TEER in patients with MAC. This systematic review assessed the difference in MAC grading and M-TEER eligibility across studies. The definition of procedural success was documented to highlight inconsistencies. Purpose: The purpose of the research was to explore the perceptions of nursing faculty that create educational barriers for academically prepared students with physical disabilities. A case report of a woman who uses a wheelchair and earned her undergraduate nursing degree is presented.
Background: The Americans with Disabilities Act requires employers to identify the essential functions of employee positions to prevent discrimination against people with disabilities. For in-patient RN roles this might include standing for 12 hours or ability to lift 50 pounds. Infertility often leads to stress, anxiety, and depression, significantly affecting the quality of life of affected couples. This study explored the sociodemographic and psychological factors influencing the quality of life among infertile couples undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment in Malaysia, using a cross-sectional design. A total of 126 infertile couples were purposively sampled from three public hospitals offering IVF treatment. The Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21) measured psychological distress levels, while the Fertility Quality of Life (Ferti-QoL) scale assessed fertility-related quality of life. The term “natural” and naturalness labeling have increasingly been used on food packaging for a largely disinformed public who associate naturalness with qualities that are often not present in the products that display it. This survey-based study examines the influence of naturalness on the decision-making process of grocery shoppers in the United States. Survey responses were analyzed to determine the value participants place on products with naturalness indicators and to identify what other attributes they prioritize when shopping. Vegetable oil-based cutting fluids are of great importance in supporting green and sustainable manufacturing. This research introduces a new groundbreaking vegetable lubricant formulated with canola oil as the base material, coupled with CaCO3 nanoparticles synthesized from scallop shell waste and used as a cutting fluid in the AISI 1045 CNC machining process steel sprayed with minimum quantity lubrication (MQL). This investigation delves into the thermophysical, rheological, and wear resistance of the developed bio-lubricant. The heavy reliance on fossil fuels has serious consequences, particularly regarding increased greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to global warming. In order to obtain cleaner fuel resources and reduce fossil fuel dependence, palm oil biodiesel is added to fossil diesel by volume ratio resulting in B50 and B55 blends. Combustion characteristics, performance, fuel consumption, and emissions were performed in a diesel engine with a 4-cylinder common rail direct injection (CRDI) at different engine speeds (1500, 2000, 2500, and 3000 rpm). Our paper analyses the practical dimensions of obtaining informed consent in qualitative research, drawing on the reflective insight from fieldwork conducted as part of a study on the professional identity of primary (elementary) teachers in community schools in Nepal. Our study builds on and extends the understanding of informed consent as a legal and ethical requirement (Kadam, 2017) while considering the complexities of fieldwork. Drawing on interactions with six teachers and using the first author's detailed fieldnotes and reflexive memos, our study explores the challenges researchers face in securing consent during qualitative interviews. This hermeneutical phenomenology study explored teachers’ lived experiences facing verbal or physical aggression from students after schools reopened post-COVID-19. Grounded in Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, Heider’s Attribution Theory, and Lazarus and Folkman’s Transactional Stress Theory, the study addressed the research question: What were teachers’ lived experiences with verbal or physical aggression from students after the first wave of COVID-19? Purposive and snowball sampling strategies were used in the study. This study aims to explore English department students’ perceptions regarding the effectiveness of Fondi Application (FA) in enhancing speaking proficiency. FA is a Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) application that provides conversations in the form of voice calls packaged like games. This qualitative approach is based on semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis. Five selected participants with FA technology intervention were interviewed about their perception after using the application as self-learning media for two months. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the need for researchers to adapt to innovative methodologies in qualitative research. I reflect on my doctoral experiences, examining the challenges I faced and lessons I learned during data collection amidst the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond. In response to recent policy shifts allowing the establishment of new nursing programs in the Philippines, this study assesses the perceived readiness of Sorsogon, a geographically underserved province, to implement a bachelor of science in nursing program. It also explores the anticipated benefits that such a program may offer to students and the local community. A cross-sectional survey of 375 stakeholders, selected through purposive sampling, was conducted using a validated instrument developed through expert consultation. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative responses were examined through thematic analysis.
