The rise of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria in the healthcare industry has led to devastating effects in recent years, ranging from increased risks associated with hospital treatment to longer illness duration, which may eventually lead to increased death rates (Naghavi, Mohsen et al, 2024). To combat this ongoing challenge, this project aims to synthesize amidoximes, which are organic derivatives of carboxylic acids with an oxime and an amino acid group. The inability of many small businesses to effectively use digital marketing is a critical challenge for small business owners. Small business owners who lack effective digital marketing strategies are at greater risk of facing failure. Grounded in the do-it-yourself (DIY) behavioral theory, this qualitative pragmatic inquiry was conducted to identify, analyze, and explore the effective strategies employed by small business owners in the development and implementation of effective digital marketing campaigns. Children’s animated films have often been analyzed for problematic depictions of gender and cultural stereotypes, but far less attention has been given to how these narratives may portray psychological adversity and transformation. This study addressed this gap by examining how posttraumatic growth (PTG) is symbolized through the narrative arcs of ten Disney films released between 2013 and 2023. The growing health hazards associated with obesity and excess weight, particularly in young children, have made efforts to avoid these issues a top priority. By employing a cross-sectional research design, this study seeks to determine the reasons for weight growth in young children. Fifty children served as research subjects. Multivariate analysis was the method of analysis employed. The study's findings indicated a substantial (p <0.05) correlation between early childhood weight gain and variation factors. According to the study's findings, early childhood weight growth was associated with nutrition, parental genetics, and a lack of physical exercise. The growing health hazards associated with obesity and excess weight, particularly in young children, have made efforts to avoid these issues a top priority. This research was conducted in early childhood education and kindergartens in Kediri, East Java. Purposive sampling was used, meaning the sample was selected based on specific considerations, namely those who were overweight or obese. By employing a cross-sectional research design, this study seeks to determine the reasons for weight growth in young children. Fifty children served as research subjects. Multivariate analysis was the method of analysis employed. The results of the study were that the hereditary factor variable obtained a percentage of 56% with a p value of 0.045 which indicates p < 0.05 proving that there is a significant relationship between hereditary factors and weight gain. The dietary pattern variable accounted for the highest percentage, at 62%, with a p-value of 0.023, indicating a p < 0.05, demonstrating a significant relationship between dietary patterns and weight gain in early childhood. The final variable was physical activity, accounting for 54%. The p-value was 0.027, indicating a p < 0.05, indicating a significant relationship between physical activity and weight gain. The conclusion of this study is that the variables of poor dietary management and lack of daily physical activity are factors that have a higher risk of weight gain.

Lower limb muscle strength is crucial for functional human activities, providing body stabilization, maintaining posture, and enabling various movements. Insufficient training can hinder muscle protein synthesis, leading to diminished strength in the lower limbs. Regular training, particularly resistance exercises, is essential for improving this strength. Numerous training methods have been developed, such as resistance training, plyometric exercises, bodyweight exercises, isolation training, movement-based practices, and technology-assisted techniques, though their relative effectiveness remains a topic of ongoing evaluation. A multiple baseline single case study design was used to examine the effects of a narrative and resiliency-based intervention for couples with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). Using piecewise multilevel modeling (MLM), the study evaluated changes in depressive symptoms, dyadic coping (DCI), and growth and empowerment measure (Emotional Empowerment Scale [EES-14] and 12 Scenarios [12S]) across waitlist and treatment phases. Five couples (10 individuals) participated in up to 17 waves, with staggered baseline and treatment lengths across dyads. Hierarchical social structures are embedded in U.S. society that allow certain social groups to be positioned above others, granting them unearned advantages. Attitudes that maintain such conditions thereby warrant attention, as they contribute to the maintenance of inequality. This study used secondary data analysis to investigate how social dominance orientation (SDO), White supremacy ideologies (WSI), and conservative political ideologies were influenced by the intersection of gender (i.e., men vs. women) and race (i.e., White vs. BIPOC). With cancer rates projected to rise sharply in the coming years, identifying effective preventative health measures to address the issue has become critically important. By adopting perceived risk and signaling theory as the theoretical lens, the current research examines one such unique and underexplored intervention—the Proposition 65 warning. Across four studies, the findings show that consumers' sensitivity to the Proposition 65 warning varies by product category and geographic location. The findings also reveal that the presence (vs. absence) of the Proposition 65 warning negatively affects evaluations of not only the product, but also the retailer that sells the product. In …

The maternal mental health (MMH) crisis, affecting up to 25% of birthing individuals, is exacerbated by significant gaps in perinatal support. While birth workers are uniquely positioned to provide care, they often lack specialized training beyond basic screening checklists to address the complex transition to motherhood, defined as matrescence. This clinical innovation proposal outlines a matrescence-informed educational curriculum, guided by the Comprehensive Model of Mental Health during the Perinatal Period. [Methods] In this study, the gene sequence of a TM homologous protein is obtained from the National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCBI ) database, and specific primers are designed accordingly.Subsequently, using the cDNA of Litopenaeus vannamei meat as the template, the TM coding gene sequence of L.vannamei is amplified by PCR and sequenced.Finally, the prokaryotic recombinant expression system for L.vannamei TM is established using the Escherichia coli heterologous recombinant expression vector pET 29a. [Objective] This study aimed to investigate the functional characteristics of polyphenols from black soybean hulls (a by-product of black soybean ) and their application in bread. [Methods] The polyphenol extracts were obtained from black soybean hulls via ultrasonic -assisted solvent extraction, followed by the isolation of free and bound polyphenols.The regulatory effect of these polyphenols on the starch digestion characteristics of bread was further analyzed. [Results] Free and bound polyphenols were isolated from polyphenols from black soybean hulls, with contents of 20.42 mg GAE/g and 9.47 mg GAE/g, respectively.The ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging rates of free polyphenols reached 88.85% …

[Objective] This study developed a preservation process for leisure dried tofu (LD-tofu) by using natural antimicrobial agents, Surfactin and linalool, to replace chemical preservatives. [Methods] The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC ) of Surfactin and linalool was determined with Bacillus subtilis as the indicator bacteria, and aerobic plate count and sensory score were used as the evaluation indicators to optimize the optimal preservation process parameters of linalool and Surfactin for LD -tofu through single -factor and response surface experiments, and the quality changes of LD -tofu during storage were analyzed. [Objective] To improve the polyphenol utilization and antioxidant activity of black highland barley. [Methods] Black highland barley was treated using ultrasonic treatment (UT), microwave treatment (MT), and ultraviolet irradiation treatment (UVT ).The differences in basic nutritional components, phenolic content, phenolic composition, and antioxidant activity were comparatively analyzed. [Results] Compared with the untreated group, the fat content of black highland barley significantly increased (P<0.05) after all three treatments, while the fiber content significantly decreased (P<0.05).The total phenolic and total flavonoid content were significantly increased (P<0.05) by all three treatments, reaching 1.03~1.19 times and 1.24~1.46 times those of the untreated group, respectively.Among them, UT significantly enhanced polyphenol content in black highland barley, increasing total phenolics and total flavonoids by 18.72% and 46.22%, respectively.UVT mainly increased hydroxycinnamic acids and flavonols, UT primarily increased flavonoids and flavanols, while MT mainly increased hydroxybenzoic acids.The antioxidant potency composite index (APC ) of black highland barley treated by the three methods ranked as follows:UT (99.94%)>UVT (93.35%)>MT (82.91%)>CK (74.10%).There was a strong correlation between phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity. [Conclusion] UT resulted in the highest phenolic content and antioxidant activity in black highland barley.

[Objective] To develop a novel functional rice cake with enhanced nutritional value and improved flavor, achieving a health -conscious modification of traditional rice cake formulation. [Methods] Japonica rice flour was used as the base substrate, supplemented with co -fermentation of plant lactic acid bacteria and brewing yeast.The composite ratio of flaxseed meal (7%) and chickpea meal (5%) was optimized by single -factor experiments combined with principal component analysis (PCA ).The effects of the improved formulation on product quality, nutritional composition, in vitro digestion characteristics, antioxidant activity, and flavor profile were systematically evaluated. [Objective] To investigate the effects of siritch -corn oil ratio on walnut cake quality. [Methods] Gradient experiments were conducted to analyze the sensory and physicochemical characteristics of walnut cake.Quality under different ratios was comprehensively assessed using sensory evaluation, texture analysis, electronic nose measurements, and gas chromatography -mass spectrometry (GC-MS), combined with determination of moisture content, acid value, and peroxide value. [Objective] To develop an active edible film based on soy protein isolate (SPI), whey protein concentrate (WPC ), and Arctium lappa L.polysaccharide (ALP ) by using the casting method.
