Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common endocrine condition in women of reproductive age, increasing the risk of infertility. It affects an estimated 12-21% of women of reproductive age and involves clinical signs such as oligo or anovulation, hirsutism, acne and polycystic ovaries on ultrasound, Studies consistently reveal a greater frequency of PCOS among overweight and obese women, and up to 30% of indigenous women with a BMI >30 kg/m2 satisfied PCOS diagnostic criteria.

In this study, 250 individuals with acute infection following surgical tooth extraction were treated at a Hilla dental clinic and cultivated at 37°C for 18–24 hours. They cultured on several selective medium at 37°C for 18–24 hours. Identification of Streptococcus anginosus was based on colonial morphology, microscopically, and biochemical tests, and all scientific specimens were successful cultures. Of 250 specimens, only 25(10%) were biochemically identified as Strep. anginosus, while 225(90%) were associated with other microorganisms. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) has become the standard method for the removal of a diseased gallbladder. The technique most commonly employed is the infundibular approach which entails dissecting the gallbladder (GB) from it's neck upward, after dissecting the cystic artery and cystic duct using laser or electrocautery. Common bile duct (CBD) injury is one of the most serious complications of LC.
