Jurnal Ekonomi dan Pembangunan Indonesia

This study aims to assess Indonesia’s readiness to implement carbon trading in 2025 to achieve net zero emissions by 2060. The research uses a mixed-method approach, combining literature review, multivariate linear regression, and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results indicate that the Human Development Index (HDI) has a negative and significant impact on CO2 emissions in the long term. This impact is greater than the results observed in Singapore and Thailand. With established policies and a demographic bonus in 2045, optimizing human resources is crucial for achieving net zero emissions by 2060.

This thesis explores how government and private funding structures and policy criteria influence community-based organizations (CBOs) engaged in urban greening projects, focusing on Southside Richmond, Virginia through a case study of a local CBO. Using a multi-method approach including document analysis, secondary data review, and autoethnographic reflection, the research suggests a gap between visibility and influence for CBOs, showing that their decision-making authority often varies while they are publicly recognized. The study also reveals that public documentation of funders' community engagement is often performative or symbolic rather than structurally embedded in decision-making processes. รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงบรรยายวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ วัตถุประสงค์: 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาล 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง เพศ ภาวะเปราะบาง ภาวะโภชนาการ ภาวะซึมเศร้า และจำนวนชนิดของยาที่ใช้ประจำ กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มีอายุเกิน 60 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปที่พ้นระยะเฉียบพลัน มีสภาวะทางการแพทย์คงที่และมีสัญญาณชีพปกติ ทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิงที่มารับบริการในแผนกผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 3 แห่ง โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน โรงพยาบาลเจริญกรุงประชารักษ์ และโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 93 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความสามารถในกิจวัตรขั้นพื้นฐานของผู้สูงอายุ แบบประเมินภาวะรู้คิด แบบประเมินภาวะเปราะบางอย่างง่าย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์อีต้า และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของ สเปียร์แมน

ผลการศึกษา: พบว่า 1) ผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลมีความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพในระดับปานกลาง (mean = 55.04, SD = 10.55) 2) ภาวะเปราะบาง มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (=.259, p< .05) 3) ภาวะโภชนาการ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = 313, p< .05) 4) ภาวะซึมเศร้า มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = -247, p< .05) 5) จำนวนชนิดของยาที่ใช้ประจำ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = -264, p< .05) และ 6) เพศ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ป่วยสูงอายุที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิงที่เข้าสู่การดูแลระยะกลางในโรงพยาบาล

สรุป: ควรจัดทำกิจกรรมการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพเป็นรายบุคคลตามความต้องการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพทั้งด้านร่างกายด้านจิตใจ และจัดให้มีกิจกรรมนันทนาการเพิ่มจากการบริการขั้นพื้นฐานการดูแลระยะกลาง เพื่อมุ่งเน้นให้ผู้ป่วยได้เข้าใจคุณค่าที่สำคัญของชีวิตและรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์ของการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอาการปวดในผู้ที่มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อ และเปรียบเทียบคะแนนอาการปวดในผู้ที่มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ กับผู้ที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ

รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง

วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่าง ทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการพยาบาลปกติจำนวน 21 คนและกลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อต่ออาการปวด จำนวน 21 คน ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาโปรแกรมโดยได้นำกรอบแนวคิดการจัดการอาการของ Dodd et al. (2001) ร่วมกับเทคนิคการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อสำหรับผู้ป่วยปวดหลังส่วนล่าง การประเมินอาการปวด ใช้แบบประเมินมาตรวัดความปวดด้วยสายตา (Visual analog scale: VAS) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยอาการปวดของผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่างก่อนและหลังการทดลอง ในกลุ่มทดลอง และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยอาการปวดหลังการทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง

ผลการวิจัย:    1. ผู้ที่มีอาการปวดหลังส่วนล่าง หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อ มีอาการปวดต่ำกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการอาการร่วมกับการยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Background: COVID-19 continues to pose a major global health challenge. Despite its geographic distance from Brazil’s major urban centers, Acre state has experienced notable outbreaks. This study assessed the detection and persistence of SARS-CoV-2 in the rural settlement of Santa Luzia, located in the remote municipality of Cruzeiro do Sul, Acre state, Brazil. Methods: In July 2022, a cross-sectional survey was conducted at 40 sites from an ongoing environmental study, selected by deforestation patterns and proximity to health posts. Measuring flame, air, and soil temperatures during wildland fires, including wildfires and controlled burns in land management contexts, is crucial for research and applications in fire ecology, safety, and management in a wide array of ecosystems, from grasslands to forests. However, open-source and commercial systems are needed for measuring and logging flame and air temperatures that are user-friendly, economical, modular, and customizable. Submerged aquatic vegetation shapes morphodynamic, hydrodynamic, and ecological attributes of shallow, coastal waters. Though seagrasses have been shown to exhibit threshold tolerances in response to varying light, salinity, and temperature, hydrodynamic thresholds have yet to be described. In this study, seagrass distribution data observed over 25 years were combined with modeled wave energy to quantify the hydrodynamic preferences of seagrass. The combined impacts of land use and climate change pose significant challenges to bumblebee populations in the Northeast United States (NEUS), a region characterized by dense urbanization, diverse landscapes, and exposure to climate extremes. As urban and suburban areas expand, the loss of agricultural lands and open spaces alters habitat availability for bumblebees, which rely on grasslands, meadows, and forest edges for nesting and foraging. Simultaneously, the NEUS is experiencing an increase in extreme climate events, including prolonged heatwaves, heavy precipitation, and shifts in temperature patterns. This was an exploratory study about the characteristics of Indiana’s local leaders in parks and recreation. Results of a statewide survey showed different roles of employees and volunteers in local agencies. In managing the supply side of recreation, they reported vast differences in scale of levels of populations served and natural resources managed, such as acres and trails. The Northern, Central and Southern regions were compared for types of local government, communities of different sizes, and nonprofit collaboration. Pygoscelis penguins interact with both terrestrial and marine environments, especially during the austral summer when they raise their chicks. Accessible ice-free ground spaces serve as locations for penguins to build colonies and successfully raise chicks while the surrounding marine environment serves as the foraging grounds for adult birds. Penguins must be able to navigate through the waters around their colonies to forage for Antarctic krill (Euphausia superba), their primary prey during the austral summer. This dissertation investigates the efficacy of Enterococcus faecium as a surrogate for Salmonella in validating thermal inactivation processes during poultry feed manufacturing and meat processing. The research encompassed three studies evaluating microbial kinetics in mash broiler feed, reconstructed ground chicken, and predictive modeling approaches to improve food safety interventions. In the first study, the thermal resistance of nalidixic acid-resistant Salmonella Typhimurium and E. faecium was compared in mash broiler feed heated at 75–95°C. Results demonstrated that E. faecium exhibited significantly greater heat resistance than Salmonella, with longer shoulder times, greater tailing effects, and higher D-values, supporting its use as …

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) are a group of over 15,000 synthetic compounds widely used for their resistance to heat, stains, grease, and water. While central to many modern conveniences, ingestion of PFAS is increasingly linked to adverse human health outcomes and are now detected globally in drinking water systems. This dissertation investigates three interrelated aspects of PFAS contamination in U.S. drinking water: (1) socioeconomic determinants and spatial patterns of contamination; (2) the economic impacts of contamination on residential property values; and (3) the effect of inconsistent PFAS regulations on public trust in environmental governance.

Zostera marina is a species of marine macrophyte that has been largely prioritized in past submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) restoration initiatives within the Chesapeake Bay because of its 1) previous abundance, 2) demonstrated carbon burial abilities, and 3) observed ability for meadows of Z. marina to ameliorate low pH conditions. This research integrated remote sensing, geographic information systems, geomorphological techniques, and hydrologic analysis to numerically determine the optimal ground sample distance (GSD) of digital elevation models (DEMs) for delineating lava flow paths. The behavioral response of the wild Greater Caribbean manatee (Trichechus manatus manatus) to the acoustic vocalizations of their closely related subspecies, the Florida manatee (Trichechus manatus latirostris), was examined for the first time in Placencia Lagoon, Maya Beach, Belize. The main goal of this study was to determine how vocalizations from conspecifics influence the behavior of the wild Greater Caribbean manatee and how this behavioral change may give insight into the functionality of manatee vocalizations.
