The present research aims to investigate taboo language within an online setting. The study has two main objectives: (1) to identify the taboo language themes frequently used by Algerian comedian Mourad Oudia to create humorous content, based on Ljung's (2011) and Qanbar's (2011) classifications, and (2) to examine the impact of age and gender on Algerians' attitudes toward these themes. This study aimed to examine the perceptions of secondary school students in Mafraq Governorate towards distance learning and self-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of 30 items, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 582 high school students in Mafraq Governorate. The study adopted a descriptive survey approach. This paper seeks to capture changing policies and approaches to hybrid and remote work in academic libraries following the COVID-19 pandemic. For this study, job advertisements were gathered and those hiring managers surveyed. Results show hybrid/remote positions have competitive salaries, many types of academic library positions have hybrid eligibility, and campus and library policies regarding hybrid/remote work and their inclusion in job postings continue to evolve. Despite the potential recruitment benefits of these flexible work arrangements, many who offer them are not including this information in their job advertisements; therefore, job candidates should ask or negotiate for this benefit.

Southwestern Oklahoma State University is grateful for the continued support from the Regional University System of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Automatic vehicle guidance is prevalent for agricultural tractors. An unguided implement being pulled by a tractor can deviate from the desired path by varying soil conditions and gravity, e.g., on a sidehill (which causes tractor roll) or curve. The deviation from the guidance path will cause navigation error, and seed and fertilizer deviations can cause yield reductions. There are some commercial active implement guidance systems, but their steering performance was primarily reported on flat ground and not well-reported on side hills. Purpose: The purpose of this explanatory mixed-method study was to identify and describe what exemplary California Community College mid-level leaders do to maintain their physical, emotional, intellectual, social, vocational, and spiritual health based on the six dimensions of Rosen’s healthy leader model.Methodology: This study employed a purposive sampling method to select 15 mid-level leaders from two California community college districts. Data collection involved two instruments: the Stay Grounded Survey, administered to all 15 participants, and semi-structured interviews conducted with a subset of five participants.
