Artificial Intelligence Powered Distillation And Visualization Of Audience Chat For Live Game Streaming, Ilia Labzovsky, Danny Karmon Oct 2025

Artificial Intelligence Powered Distillation And Visualization Of Audience Chat For Live Game Streaming, Ilia Labzovsky, Danny Karmon

Defensive Publications Series

During live game streaming, the high volume and speed of audience chat can present challenges for a streamer attempting to identify and act upon crowd-sourced information. This disclosure describes a system that may use an artificial intelligence agent to ingest and analyze multimodal data streams, which can include live chat, game video, and game audio. The agent can classify chat messages, score their contextual relevance, and use techniques such as semantic clustering to synthesize consensus-based advice from multiple viewers. This distilled guidance may then be rendered as a non-disruptive visual hint, for example, an on-screen object highlight or path indicator, …

Relational Coordination: Exploring Teamwork Across Hospital Units Among Healthcare Professionals In An Army Hospital, Sherita L. House, Hebatallah N. Ali, Christopher Stucky Oct 2025

Relational Coordination: Exploring Teamwork Across Hospital Units Among Healthcare Professionals In An Army Hospital, Sherita L. House, Hebatallah N. Ali, Christopher Stucky

Creating Healthy Work Environments (CHWE)

Introduction: High-quality communication and relationships among healthcare professionals are associated with better work environments and quality of care.1-2 Workflow differences across hospital units can impede communication and relationships among healthcare professionals.3 Researchers have used relational coordination (RC), a process of communication supported by shared goals, shared knowledge, and mutual respect, to understand healthcare professionals' communication and relationships with each other in civilian hospitals.4-6 However, RC has not been explored in military hospitals. The aim of our study was to determine if RC among military and civilian nurses and physicians differs between hospital units in an Army hospital. …

Meaningful Recognition To Nurses: A Contemporary Perspective To Support A Healthy Work Environment, Rebecca Wiseman, Cynthia D. Sweeney Oct 2025

Meaningful Recognition To Nurses: A Contemporary Perspective To Support A Healthy Work Environment, Rebecca Wiseman, Cynthia D. Sweeney

Creating Healthy Work Environments (CHWE)

Meaningful Recognition is one of 6 components of a healthy work environment and one of the easiest to leverage for nursing leaders (AACN,2022). With the impacts of the pandemic over the past two years and especially the exacerbation of nursing shortages it is important to identify and understand what is truly meaningful to nurses when they are recognized. Using the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) Healthy Work Environment (HWE) as the theoretical framework, the researchers wanted to understand what meaningful recognition means to nurses in differing settings given the effects of the pandemic on an already stressed workforce. Quality Improvement Project: The Impact Of A Dedicated Education Unit On The Self-Efficacy Of First-Year Associate Degree Nursing Students, Danita Broussard Oct 2025

Quality Improvement Project: The Impact Of A Dedicated Education Unit On The Self-Efficacy Of First-Year Associate Degree Nursing Students, Danita Broussard

Doctor of Nursing Practice Projects

Nursing education continues to face challenges in preparing students to meet the complex demands of modern healthcare, particularly due to limited clinical placements and faculty shortages. This quality improvement project addressed the gap between classroom instruction and clinical practice by implementing a Dedicated Education Unit (DEU) model designed to impact students' self-efficacy. The purpose of this Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) project was to determine whether participation in a DEU impacted the self-efficacy of the first-year associate degree nursing students compared to the traditional clinical model. Guided by Bandura’s Self-Efficacy Theory and grounded in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) principles, the project …

The Adjacent Possible, Marcus O’Donnell Prof Oct 2025

The Adjacent Possible, Marcus O’Donnell Prof

Staff Scholarship - Australia & Dubai

My hybrid traditional-digital prints explore pattern, chaos and complexity at the intersection of bodies, sexuality, and landscape. The ‘Strange appearance’ series overprints photogravure key plates, (developed through layering several original images of urban gardens) onto multiple colour pigment prints of close focus details of flowers or foliage. This process creates micro landscapes and variants which change in colour and form as layers intersect. This exhibition uses three different key plates over a repeated sequence of the same twenty colour underprints. These different approaches to variation, multiplicity and adjacency speak to both possibility and mutation: the open and the determined aspects …

Fear Of Covid-19 And Hygiene Behaviors: A Study Of Secondary School Students In İstanbul , Zozan Göksu, Hayri̇ye Kirkoyun Uysal, Mehmet Demi̇rci̇, Di̇lek Dülger, Seda Eki̇ci̇

Turkish Journal of Medical Sciences

Background/aim: This study investigates the relationship between fear of COVID-19, measured using the Fear of COVID-19 Scale (FCV-19S), and the hygiene behaviors of secondary school students, assessed with the Hygiene Behavior Scale (HBS).

Materials and methods: Included in this cross-sectional study were 206 secondary school students. The study data were analyzed using multivariate linear regression.

Results: No relationship was found between the fear of COVID-19 scale (FCV-19S) score of the student sample and the mean total HBS and subdimension values (p > 0.05). It was noted that positive hygiene behaviors decreased as the scale score increased. Students with retired mothers scored …
