การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการในการจัดการหลังความตายของคนเมืองในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีการศึกษาแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method) ด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบโควต้า (Quota Sampling) จำนวน 400 ราย โดยแบ่งเป็นชาวพุทธ 200 ราย ชาวอิสลาม 120 ราย ชาวคริสต์ 60 ราย และผู้ไม่นับถือศาสนา 20 ราย และจากวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi-structured Interview) จำนวน 20 ราย โดยแบ่งเป็น ชาวพุทธ 8 ราย ชาวอิสลาม 6 ราย ชาวคริสต์ 3 ราย และผู้ไม่นับถือศาสนา 3 ราย จากประชากรในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณได้นำมาวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์ (Chi-Square) และนำข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพมาวิเคราะห์ร่วมกัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความต้องการในการจัดการหลังความตายส่วนใหญ่ในด้านของการจัดการร่าง (ศพ) คือ ต้องการจัดการในรูปแบบประเพณีนิยมที่เป็นในลักษณะของการฝังหรือการเผา รองลงมาคือ การบริจาคร่างกายเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ทางการแพทย์ ต่อมาในส่วนของการจัดการเกี่ยวกับพิธีกรรมศพ พบว่า ความต้องการของกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่คือ ต้องการจัดการตามแบบศาสนาทุกขั้นตอน รองลงมาคือ ต้องการทำตามแบบทางศาสนาแต่ไม่ต้องการปฏิบัติตามทุกขั้นตอน และในส่วนของการจัดการเกี่ยวกับร่องรอยที่เกิดขึ้นบนแพลตฟอร์มดิจิทัลพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการให้ปล่อยบัญชีของตนเองไว้ตามปกติหากจากไปแล้ว ไม่ต้องมีการจัดการใด ๆ รองลงมาคือ ต้องการจัดการด้วยการฝากฝังบุคคลอื่นให้ช่วยดำเนินการปิดบัญชีให้ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความต้องการในการจัดการหลังความตายของคนเมืองในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครคือ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลในด้านของ อาชีพและ ระดับการศึกษา ต่อมาคือ ปัจจัยทางศาสนาหรือความเชื่อ และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสังคมเมืองในด้านของสิ่งที่ต้องการหรือคาดหวังมากที่สุดเมื่อได้จากโลกนี้ไปแล้ว

The purpose of this study is to gain a better understanding of transnational Thai marriages in Thailand and what implications they have on the host society. The research objectives involved analyzing the social practices, level of integration, and social, economic, and political dimensions of this phenomenon. The methodology involved using census data and in-depth qualitative data based on 10 semi-structured interviews with foreign spouses in transnational Thai marriages based in Thailand. My findings revealed four key themes related to the research objectives. โครงงานมหาบัณฑิตนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ของหน่วยงานแห่งหนึ่งให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานไอเอสโอ/ไออีซี 12207 กระบวนการจัดการความรู้นี้นำเสนอสำหรับโครงการที่ใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบเอจายล์ตามกรอบงานสกรัม พร้อมทั้งได้ออกแบบและพัฒนาระบบการจัดการความรู้ เพื่อสนับสนุนการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการจัดการความรู้ภายในองค์กร ระบบที่พัฒนาสามารถให้บริการในการจัดเก็บ ค้นหา และแบ่งปันความรู้จากโครงการต่าง ๆ ขององค์กร อีกทั้งสนับสนุนให้มีการแบ่งปันความรู้เพื่อให้มีการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ที่ความสอดคล้องตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ และช่วยเพิ่มสมรรถนะในการทำงานของทีมพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ การดำเนินงานเริ่มจากการศึกษาแนวคิดและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความรู้ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์มาตรฐาน ไอเอสโอ/ไออีซี 12207 เพื่อประเมินและปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ในปัจจุบันของ 2 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ “กิจกรรมที่ 3) การแบ่งปันสินทรัพย์ความรู้ทั่วทั้งองค์กร” และ “กิจกรรมที่ 4) การจัดการความรู้ ทักษะ และสินทรัพย์ความรู้” ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการนั้นได้นำเสนอ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานกระบวนการ และการนิยามกระบวนการที่ปรับปรุง จากนั้นได้ทำการพัฒนาระบบการจัดการความรู้ ที่สามารถรองรับกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ที่ปรับปรุงแล้ว รวมถึงทวนสอบระบบกับความต้องการเชิงฟังก์ชัน และเพื่อยืนยันว่าระบบสามารถสนับสนุนกระบวนการทำงานของทีมสกรัมตามการนิยามกระบวนการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผลลัพธ์ของโครงงานนี้แสดงว่า ได้ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการความรู้ภายในองค์กรตัวอย่าง และสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับองค์กรอื่น ๆ ที่ต้องการปรับปรุงกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ในบริบทของการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์แบบสกรัม

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between flexibility and autonomy at work, organizational commitment, psychological safety, and job-hopping motives in a sample population of Generation Z and first jobbers in Bangkok, Thailand. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและทำความเข้าใจธุรกิจการให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม แนวคิดเกี่ยวกับดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม ลักษณะเฉพาะของดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม และมาตรการทางกฎหมายของประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศในการกำกับดูแลธุรกิจการให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม เพื่อป้องกันการใช้อำนาจเหนือตลาดที่ไม่เป็นธรรม โดยการศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระหว่างพระราชบัญญัติการแข่งขันทางการค้า พ.ศ. 2560 และประกาศต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับกฎหมายและมาตรการทางกฎหมายของต่างประเทศ ได้แก่ สหภาพยุโรป ประเทศเยอรมนี และประเทศจีน เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปรับปรุงกฎหมายแข่งขันทางการค้าของประเทศไทยหรือการบังคับใช้กฎหมายฉบับใหม่ ในการป้องกันและกำกับดูแลธุรกิจการให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์มให้เหมาะสมและเป็นธรรม การศึกษาวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยด้วยการวิเคราะห์เอกสาร (Document Research) เพื่อศึกษา ค้นคว้า และรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาต่างประเทศ จากการศึกษาวิจัยพบว่าการประกอบธุรกิจการให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์มมีความแตกต่างจากการประกอบธุรกิจทั่วไป เนื่องจากลักษณะเฉพาะและความซับซ้อนของธุรกิจ ทำให้เกิดปัญหาในการพิจารณาและบังคับใช้กฎหมายแข่งขันทางการค้าของประเทศไทยเพื่อกำกับดูแลและป้องกันการใช้อำนาจเหนือตลาดของธุรกิจการให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม กฎหมายการแข่งขันทางการค้าและมาตรการทางกฎหมายของประเทศไทยจึงยังไม่ครอบคลุมและชัดเจนเพียงพอที่จะป้องกันการใช้อำนาจเหนือตลาดที่ไม่เป็นธรรม ผู้วิจัยจึงเสนอแนะให้มีการประกาศแนวทางแนวทางพิจารณาการใช้อำนาจเหนือตลาดที่ไม่เป็นธรรมในธุรกิจให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม เพื่อป้องกันและกำกับดูแลธุรกิจการให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์ม เพื่อก่อให้เกิดการแข่งขันทางการค้าอย่างเสรีและเป็นธรรม รวมถึงเพื่อคุ้มครองผู้ใช้งานและผู้ให้บริการดิจิทัลแพลตฟอร์มรายอื่น

การทบทวนมาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของประเทศไทย, ปลายฟ้า เงินมา

การวิจัยนี้นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษามาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เนื่องจากมาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของประเทศไทยภายใต้มาตรา 32 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 มีลักษณะควบคุมอย่างสิ้นเชิง และมีขอบเขตคุ้มครองที่กว้างครอบคลุมทั้งเยาวชนและบุคคลทั่วไป และมาตรการภายใต้มาตรา 32 นั้นไม่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดมาตรการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชนโดยให้ตระหนักถึงพิษภัยของเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ ตลอดจนช่วยป้องกันเด็กและเยาวชนมิให้เข้าถึงเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ได้โดยง่าย อย่างไรก็ตามมาตรา 32 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 ยังไม่สามารถที่จะควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ได้ดีเนื่องจากในปัจจุบันผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจมีวิธีการโฆษณา การสื่อสารทางการโฆษณา และการส่งเสริมการขายที่หลากหลายไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อมสถิติของผู้ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์จึงเพิ่มขึ้นแม้จะมีกฎหมายควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่รัดกุมในด้านการจำกัดการโฆษณาแล้วก็ตาม นอกจากนี้มาตรการทางตามมาตรา 32 แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 นั้นควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่เข้มข้นมากเกินไปและเรื่องขอบเขตของบทบัญญัติที่กว้างเกินไป พระราชบัญญัติควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551 ซึ่งเป็นกฎหมายหลักในการดำเนินมาตรการควบคุมเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์และมีแผนยุทธศาสตร์แอลกอฮอล์ระดับชาติที่เป็นแผนแม่บทในการวางนโยบายจัดการปัญหาแอลกอฮอล์ที่มีการให้อำนาจออกประกาศเพิ่มเติมได้อย่างไม่มีขอบเขต และไม่มีคำจำกัดความหรือแนวทางการตีความที่ชัดเจน ทำให้ผู้บังคับใช้กฎหมายสามารถตีความ การแสดงชื่อสัญลักษณ์หรือเครื่องหมายใด ๆ ให้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อสื่อสารการโฆษณาซึ่งเป็นการตีความที่เป็นโทษต่อประชาชน มาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ตามกฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับในปัจจุบันนั้นมีลักษณะการจำกัดเสรีภาพด้านการประกอบธุรกิจและด้านการโฆษณา และการแสดงความคิดเห็นของผู้บริโภค ส่งผลให้ผู้ผลิต ผู้ประกอบการ ผู้นำเข้า และผู้โฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากมาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาตามมาตรา 32 เนื่องจากมาตราการดังกล่าวไม่สอดคล้องกับรัฐธรรมนูญเพราะเป็นการจำกัดสิทธิในการประกอบอาชีพ และเสรีภาพในการโฆษณา ทั้งยังไม่สอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์และแผนการปฏิรูปประเทศในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ผุ้วิจัยจึงศึกษากฎหมายและมาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ของประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อหาแนวทางที่เหมาะสมในการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในลักษณะที่เป็นการกำกับดูแลเพื่อส่งเสริมการโฆษณา เพื่อสร้างค่านิยมใหม่ในการบริโภคแอลกอฮอล์ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงการบริโภคในหมู่ผู้เยาว์ ผุ้วิจัยเสนอให้การกำกับดูแลการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์มีแนวทางข้อจำกัดการโฆษณาด้านต่างๆ เช่น ด้านเนื้อหา ด้านเวลา ด้านสถานที่ และด้านการบริโภคเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในทางที่เหมาะสมโดยเสนอให้มีการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมมาตรการควบคุมการโฆษณาเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ในพระราชบัญญัติเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ พ.ศ. 2551

ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหางานพัสดุภาครัฐก่อน และหลังสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ศึกษากรณี : ธนาคารออมสิน, ยศภัทร ช่วงมณี

สารนิพนธ์เรื่อง ปัญหาและแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหางานพัสดุภาครัฐก่อนและหลังสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ศึกษากรณีธนาคารออมสิน โดยศึกษาด้วยวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องและการสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึกจากบุคลากร ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานพัสดุ ธนาคารออมสิน เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ปัญหาและความท้าทาย ตลอดจนวิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาของการบริหารงานพัสดุของธนาคารออมสินจากการศึกษาพบว่า ผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ส่งผลให้ธนาคารออมสินต้องพิจารณาชะลอหรือยกเลิกโครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างต่างๆ เพื่อเป็นการลดค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น ซึ่งโครงการต่างๆ ที่อยู่ระหว่างกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างในช่วงสถานการณ์ดังกล่าว การดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบ เป็นไปได้ยาก เนื่องจากในกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างมีความจำเป็นจะต้องมีการประชุมหารือร่วมกันในรูปแบบคณะกรรมการต่างๆ และยังไม่สามารถประชุมผ่านสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้ เพราะกฎหมาย และระเบียบ ในขณะนั้น ยังไม่รับรองให้สามารถปฏิบัติได้ ประกอบกับการบริหารงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลมีความแตกต่างจากก่อนมีสถานการณ์โควิด-19 เพราะภายหลังเกิดสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ธนาคารออมสินมีการปรับลดอัตรากำลังโดยไม่ทดแทนพนักงานที่เกษียณอายุ ส่งผลให้การปฏิบัติงานเกิดความล่าช้า รวมทั้งการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เป็นไปอย่างยากลำบาก เนื่องจากจะต้องมีการจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการตรวจรับพัสดุ เช่น การกำหนดรายละเอียดขอบเขตของงาน (Term of Reference : TOR) การกำหนดวิธีการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง การจัดทำจัดสัญญาและการตรวจรับงาน ตลอดจนการจัดเก็บเอกสารในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ซึ่งอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องมือไม่สอดคล้องกับมาตรการลดงานเอกสารขององค์กรอย่างไรก็ตาม แนวทางการพัฒนาและข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการทำงานให้มีความคล่องตัว ในการปฏิบัติงาน หน่วยงานควรกำหนดแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ชัดเจนเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน และปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการทำงานให้สามารถจัดทำและนำเสนองานให้ผู้บริหารอนุมัติในรูปแบบระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมถึงการจัดเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในรูปแบบระบบออนไลน์ ทั้งนี้แม้ว่าภายหลังจากที่สถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 ได้ยุติลง องค์กรควรที่จะถอดบทเรียนจากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวมาใช้ในการเรียนรู้ โดยเฉพาะการใช้ลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือการยอมรับเรื่องการใช้เอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระเบียบวิธีปฏิบัติต่างๆ เพื่อลดระยะเวลาหรือขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติต่างๆ เพื่อให้กระบวนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างไปเป็นอย่างรวดเร็วและกระชับเวลาได้มากยิ่งขึ้น

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรมของกรมการพัฒนาชุมชน และเพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของแผนการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรมของกรมการพัฒนาชุมชน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ การเก็บข้อมูลจากเอกสารของหน่วยงานและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรมภาครัฐ และ มีประสบการณ์ในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม ของกรมการพัฒนาชุมชน จำนวนรวม 8 คน โดยมีข้อค้นพบ จากงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ ผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรม คือ 1) กิจกรรม โครงการ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมองค์กรคุณธรรม 2) การมีส่วนร่วม ความสามัคคีของบุคลากร 3) พฤติกรรม หรืออุปนิสัยของบุคลากร 4) วัฒนธรรมองค์กร 5) ประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน และ ในส่วนของผลสัมฤทธิ์การดำเนินงานตามแผนการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรม 1) ผลผลิต (Outputs) รูปเล่มเอกสารสรุปและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน และวิดีทัศน์เผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ผลสำเร็จของการดำเนินงาน 2) ผลลัพธ์ (Outcomes) การจัดการความรู้ และ ความเข้าใจการถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ 3) ความคุ้มค่า คือการดำเนินงานด้าน การส่งเสริมองค์กรคุณธรรมไม่ได้มีการจัดทำงบประมาณ เพิ่มเติม โดยพบว่า การดำเนินงานตามแผน การขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรมของกรมการพัฒนาชุมชน ส่งผลให้องค์กรมีแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่มีคุณธรรมก่อให้เกิดโครงการ กิจกรรมใหม่ๆ ที่สร้างคุณธรรมให้กับบุคลากรในองค์กร โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วม ของทุกฝ่ายในแผนการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรคุณธรรมให้บุคลากรทุกระดับมีส่วนในการแสดงความคิดเห็นและ ร่วมดำเนินการโครงการ กิจกรรมต่าง ๆ เพื่อทำให้เกิดพฤติกรรมหรืออุปนิสัยที่มีคุณธรรม ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจหน้าที่ของบุคลากร และได้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์การส่งเสริมองค์กรคุณธรรม ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการดำเนินงานตามเป้าหมายของแผนการขับเคลื่อน องค์กรคุณธรรมในองค์กร

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่องค์กรแห่งยุคดิจิทัล และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่องค์กรแห่งยุคดิจิทัลของบุคลากรกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน สังกัดส่วนกลาง โดยเป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ใช้วิธีการเก็บข้อมูลในรูปแบบแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างของข้าราชการ พนักงานราชการ และลูกจ้างประจำ ที่ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งต่าง ๆ จากหน่วยงานภายในสังกัดส่วนกลางของกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน รวมจำนวน 256 คน และประมวลผลข้อมูลผ่านโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ SPSS โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างในภาพรวมยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่องค์กรแห่งยุคดิจิทัลระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าว ในส่วนของปัจจัยทางด้านภูมิหลังของประชากร พบว่าตำแหน่งงานนิติกรมีระดับการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสูงกว่าตำแหน่งงานเจ้าพนักงานธุรการ และในส่วนของปัจจัยจูงใจ พบว่าปัจจัยด้านการสื่อสารนโยบายและการปฏิบัติ และปัจจัยด้านระบบการดำเนินงาน ส่งผลต่อระดับการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่องค์กรแห่งยุคดิจิทัลของบุคลากรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนปัจจัยด้านโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางเทคโนโลยี และปัจจัยด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ไม่ส่งผลต่อการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่องค์กรแห่งยุคดิจิทัลของบุคลากรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ดังนั้นกรมจึงควรมุ่งพัฒนาการสื่อสารนโยบายและการมีคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบการดำเนินงานให้มีความง่ายในการใช้งาน และอาจมีการพัฒนาในด้านอื่น ๆ ควบคู่ไปด้วย เช่น การพัฒนาบุคลากร โดยเฉพาะการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ เพื่อเป็นช่องทางในการสื่อสารนโยบาย และเพื่อทำให้บุคลากรมีระดับการยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปสู่องค์กรแห่งยุคดิจิทัลเพิ่มขึ้น

This study investigates whether Prodigy improves student achievement in mathematics; whether Prodigy improves, specifically, math achievement of special education students, students of different ethnicities, and students of different genders. Further, the study wanted to explore student perceptions of Prodigy. The study was conducted in two fifth grade classrooms with a total of 31 participants. Two mathematics units were utilized to compare; one on multiplying whole numbers and the other on dividing whole numbers. The eastern box turtle (Terrapene carolina carolina; EBT) is a charismatic species with populations in decline due to habitat loss, disease, and other anthropogenic factors. However, due to their cryptic nature, studying an EBT population can be a difficult and intensive process. To investigate EBT populations in Coles County, Illinois, we used a combination of community science and computer-based pattern analysis to develop an approach to tracking individual turtles. Citizen volunteers submitted photos of encountered eastern box turtle carapaces for shell pattern analysis along with GPS coordinates of the encounter. While aspects of this impressive sight have been studied elsewhere, there is very limited information on how crows behave at night. The potential impact that interparental conflict experienced during adolescence can have subsequently on college students was examined. The literature has demonstrated a positive relationship between interparental conflict and emotional dysregulation (Schwarz et al., 2012) and social anxiety (Adare et al., 2021). Maternal attachment was examined as a mediator of this relationship, as El-Sherkiah and Elmore-Staton (2004) identified it as a mediator between martial conflict and negative child outcomes. Specifically, this study examined the relationship between interparental conflict with social anxiety and emotional dysregulation.
