Supporting Teachers To Adopt Art-Based Pedagogy In Grade 10 Science Teaching: An Action Research, Rabina Maharjan Ms, Binod Prasad Pant Dr. May 2026

Supporting Teachers To Adopt Art-Based Pedagogy In Grade 10 Science Teaching: An Action Research, Rabina Maharjan Ms, Binod Prasad Pant Dr.

The Transdisciplinary STEAM+ Journal

Science classrooms in Nepal are far from real-life connections and are dominated by conventional teaching methodologies which makes classrooms appear monotonous and boring. As a result, interest in science is decreasing day-by-day. In this scenario, the integration of art into science can be a ray of hope as humans, by nature, love art. In this research, I (first author) supported and empowered a group of five science teachers from different community schools in Kathmandu metropolitan city to implement art-based pedagogy in their classrooms. Though initially the teachers were reluctant to adopt art-based pedagogy, with a series of sessions, they designed …

Cognitive Senate Architecture: A Constitutional Multi-Agent Operating System For Planetary-Scale Ai Coordination, Johny Manuel-Devadoss, Joanna Johnson May 2026

Cognitive Senate Architecture: A Constitutional Multi-Agent Operating System For Planetary-Scale Ai Coordination, Johny Manuel-Devadoss, Joanna Johnson

Defensive Publications Series

Artificial intelligence systems will no longer exist as isolated language models responding to prompts through stateless inference pipelines. Instead, they will evolve into continuously operating cognitive ecosystems composed of billions of autonomous reasoning entities interacting across planetary infrastructure. These entities will participate in persistent negotiation, distributed planning, memory synchronization, constitutional governance enforcement, economic resource competition, and long-horizon simulation of human civilization itself. The principal technical challenge of this era will not be increasing isolated benchmark intelligence, but maintaining coherent coordination among heterogeneous cognitive actors operating under conflicting objectives, uncertain information, evolving societal norms, finite energy constraints, and dynamically shifting geopolitical …

Gci Vortex-Shield First Responder System (V4.0) May 2026

Gci Vortex-Shield First Responder System (V4.0)

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure presents a conceptual passive-survivability platform for firefighters and extreme-environment first responders based on vortex-driven thermo-fluidic mechanics, geometry-assisted airflow control, and variable-density structural lattices. The system replaces many conventional powered subsystems with passive mechanical architectures intended to improve reliability, thermal resilience, and operational endurance in high-heat, smoke-dense, and high-noise environments. The platform integrates several geometry-driven subsystems into a unified protective framework. A movement-powered microfluidic cooling garment employs helical J-groove channels and asymmetric flow geometry to circulate cooling fluid through gait-induced compression without electrically driven pumps. The helmet and visor assembly incorporate a multi-layer anisotropic thermal barrier designed to reduce …

Cryptographic Identity Document System Using Totp- Derived Symmetric Keys For Offline Issuer-Mediated Access Control, Michael Benaudis May 2026

Cryptographic Identity Document System Using Totp- Derived Symmetric Keys For Offline Issuer-Mediated Access Control, Michael Benaudis

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure describes a cryptographic identity document architecture enabling offline content decryption and issuer-mediated access control through Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP, RFC 6238) derived symmetric keys, without reliance on any server, certificate authority, or pre- shared key material at decryption time. The system combines: (a) dual-domain symmetric key derivation, where two PBKDF2-SHA-256 derived keys (600,000 iterations, NIST SP 800-132 2023) serve respectively for issuer-side storage encryption and recipient-side content decryption; (b) AES-256-GCM authenticated encryption of identity payloads; (c) embedding of an obfuscated TOTP secret in distributed documents using a position-dependent multi-factor XOR transformation that defeats static extraction; (d) IIFE-based JavaScript …

Ghost Developer Protocol (Gdp): A Persistent Intent Architecture For Self-Evolving Software Systems, Johny Manuel-Devadoss, Deepthi Prasad May 2026

Ghost Developer Protocol (Gdp): A Persistent Intent Architecture For Self-Evolving Software Systems, Johny Manuel-Devadoss, Deepthi Prasad

Defensive Publications Series

Modern AI coding systems are predominantly reactive, prompt-conditioned, session-bound, and human-supervised. They generate outputs in response to explicit requests but do not persistently evolve software systems over time without user initiation. This paper introduces the Ghost Developer Protocol (GDP), a conceptual and architectural framework in which software repositories contain persistent autonomous engineering entities that continuously observe, simulate, and modify systems without external prompts. These entities, referred to as Ghost Developers, form a continuous intent layer embedded within the repository, enabling long-horizon architectural evolution, predictive refactoring, and autonomous system governance. The repository transitions from a passive artifact into an active computational …

Space For Life Below, Anthony J. Iadevaio May 2026

Space For Life Below, Anthony J. Iadevaio

Bachelor of Architecture Theses - 5th Year

Architecture is traditionally understood as the design of spaces for people. Buildings, cities, and landscapes are typically evaluated through how humans move through them, occupy them, and experience them. My thesis begins by asking a simple shift in perspective: what happens when architecture is designed not for humans, but for other living beings, specifically aquatic life?

My research focuses on understanding how spatial design principles can be used to create better environments for fish and aquatic ecosystems. Rather than treating aquariums as decorative objects or displays for human enjoyment, I approach them as lived-in spaces where fish are the primary …

Designing Through Perception: Testing Spatial Regulation Using Virtual Reality, Denisse Rosa May 2026

Designing Through Perception: Testing Spatial Regulation Using Virtual Reality, Denisse Rosa

Bachelor of Architecture Theses - 5th Year

College students across the United States are experiencing high levels of stress, sensory fatigue, and burnout, yet most academic environments are not designed to support mental well-being. Research in biophilic design and environmental psychology shows that warm materials, natural light, and intentionally organized sensory zones can reduce academic stress and create conditions for calm and focus. This thesis explores how neuro-inclusive and biophilic design principles can reshape learning spaces into environments that actively support student wellness. The framework development and virtual reality testing documented here represent the completed phase of this research; formal data collection with human participants constitutes the …

In Search Of Design Process : A Computational Framework For Meaningful Form, Mario A. Vaquiz May 2026

In Search Of Design Process : A Computational Framework For Meaningful Form, Mario A. Vaquiz

Bachelor of Architecture Theses - 5th Year

In Search of Design Process : A Computational Framework for Meaningful Form

Imagine walking through your hometown, a place where identity, culture, memory, and collective resilience should be visible within the built environment. As cities continue to develop, new buildings rise from the ground, yet many remain indistinguishable glass boxes. They are efficient and visually neutral, but they fail to reflect the depth of culture, the struggles of communities, or the meaning embedded within place. These buildings fulfill functional requirements, but they often lack intentional expression. They exist, but they do not speak.

In Search of the Design Process begins …
