Thomas L. Evans Letter To His Sister From Milliken's Bend, March 20, 1863, Thomas L. Evans

Thomas L. Evans Civil War Correspondence

He concludes that a victory over the Confederacy and the oppression of slaves would help bind the nation back together. He also writes about the health of his unit including a soldier he believes to be sick from a vaccination.
