Indian Journal of Research in Homoeopathy
Biotherapeutic products used in Homoeopathy are derived from biological sources of human, animal, microbial and other origins and include pathological and non-pathological preparations such as nosodes and sarcodes. Owing to the biological nature of these materials, their safe handling, preparation, storage, testing and documentation require systematic controls to protect personnel, the public and the environment. The Indian Standard `IS 19901:2026, Safe Handling of Biotherapeutic Products Used in Homoeopathy — Guidelines', provides a comprehensive framework for risk assessment, biosafety classification, containment, determination of first safe dilution (FSD), safety and efficacy evaluation, quality assurance, formulation, dispensing and documentation. The standard also establishes …

Study The Effects Of Nuclear Correlations And Tensor Forces On The Nuclear Structure Of The 10B Nucleus, Farah Faris Kaddoori
Study The Effects Of Nuclear Correlations And Tensor Forces On The Nuclear Structure Of The 10B Nucleus, Farah Faris Kaddoori
Baghdad Science Journal
A detailed theoretical investigation of nuclear transition charge densities is carried out for the odd–odd nucleus 10B, with particular emphasis on collective dynamics and short-range nucleon–nucleon correlations. Longitudinal C2 form factors for inelastic electron scattering are evaluated for several excited nuclear states. The transition charge density is expressed as a superposition of the shell-model contribution and a core-polarization term arising from collective nuclear dynamics. The latter is evaluated within the Tassie collective model using correlated ground-state two-body charge-density distributions (2BCDDs). These correlated densities are derived using the nuclear contact formalism, incorporating short-range central correlations and tensor-force effects from realistic …

This study presents a numerical technique for addressing parabolic integro-differential equations encountered in various scientific and engineering domains. The backward Euler method for temporal discretization with the left rectangular rule for estimating the memory integral term, is integrated into this proposed method. The semi-discrete and fully discrete formulations of the problem are used to obtain a finite element framework. To evaluate the accuracy of the numerical approximation, the mathematical formulation is established, and error estimates are analyzed. Numerous numerical experiments are conducted and juxtaposed with established exact solutions to assess the efficacy of the proposed method. The results show that …

I-V Characteristics Of Corona Discharge Of The Upper-Lower Electrode Arrangement, Asep Yoyo Wardaya, Zaenul Muhlisin, Isnain Gunadi, Pandji Triadyaksa, Muhammad Nur, Susilo Hadi
Baghdad Science Journal
Corona discharge characterization is essential for industrial plasma devices such as electrostatic precipitators, where effective sharp electrode configurations can generate high discharge currents at relatively low potential differences efficiently and measurably. This study aims to determine the characteristic equation of the current-voltage (I-V) curve for DC corona plasma with both electrodes sharp, which represents the optimal condition for producing corona discharge. A geometric approach based on modified capacitance by introducing a current multiplier factor (k) on the sharp electrode surface is implemented. Corona discharge is assumed to depend on the maximum local electric field at the electrode tip, while k …

Novel Solitary Wave Solutions And Stability Analysis Of The Generalized (3+1)-Dimensional Chaffee–Infante Equation, Mostafa M. A. Khater
Baghdad Science Journal
The generalized (3+1)-dimensional Chaffee–Infante equation, a nonlinear evolution equation with dispersive, dissipative and nonlinear effects, is considered a member of the class of reaction–diffusion models. Applying the Khater III method, we obtain seventeen exact analytical solutions of hyperbolic, trigonometric and rational function forms. The accuracy of these solutions is verified by comparison with the numerical simulations obtained by He's variational iteration method. The satisfactory consistency at absolute error levels less than 10^ - 9 supports the reliability of the analytical results. The analysis shows different dynamical patterns: solitary waves, periodic structures and singular wave profiles and studies their stability properties …

Defensive Publications Series
Creating coordinated interactions for multi-agent systems, such as physical robots or virtual characters, can present challenges in synchronizing expressive dialogue with coherent physical actions and adapting to unscripted events. The disclosed technology describes a multi-agent orchestration engine with a decoupled architecture that can employ a tiered timeline system to manage a global narrative and individual agent states. A dynamic interruption handler can leverage a large language model to reason about real-time inputs and determine if an agent should deviate from a scripted path. The engine can then generate synchronized dialogue and high level behavioral tokens, which may be subsequently translated …

Signals In The Ionosphere Ahead Of Tsunami Arrival, Svetlana Riabova, Sergey Shalimov
Turkish Journal of Earth Sciences
We consider the impact of the tsunami propagating after the earthquake in Tohoku on the ionosphere according to measurements from the Hawaiian Islands, i.e., at a fairly large distance from the epicenter of the earthquake. These measurements, taken at a tidal tsunami monitoring station, at a magnetometric station, and by GPS, were used to record the arrival of the tsunami. We experimentally establish that the arrival of atmospheric waves generated by the tsunami significantly advanced the arrival of sea waves at the observation point, and this advance from one source was recorded in both the lower and upper ionosphere. Attention …

Paleoecology Of Loftusia Species (Large Benthic Foraminifera) In The Zagros Basin, North Of The Neotethys, Hossein Ghanbarloo, Amrollah Safari
Turkish Journal of Earth Sciences
Paleoecological analyses based on the wall structure of the genus Loftusia were carried out in the Maastrichtian deposits of seven outcrops of the Zagros Basin. Two types of particles are present within the wall structure: (1) tiny fossil grains and (2) detrital grains. Tiny fossil grains consist of smaller foraminifera and other small microorganism tests. Foraminiferal tests are associated with miliolid, textulariid, and rotaliid forms. Detrital grains include intraclasts and extraclasts. The presence of different particles in the test wall of this genus and the abundance of this genus in nutrient-rich conditions indicate that Loftusia are probably opportunistic foraminifera. This …

Processing poultry slaughterhouse wastewater as a biogas substrate is a sustainable solution. The current study aimed to optimize methane production from poultry slaughterhouse wastewater at various hydraulic retention times, biochar addition levels, and biochar addition types. Optimization of the anaerobic digestion process was determined through response surface methodology with central composite design. The input variables were hydraulic retention times (10, 20, and 30 days), biochar levels (5, 10, and 15 g/L), and biochar types (chicken litter and rice straw). Meanwhile, the response variable was methane production. The results revealed that the resulting central composite design model was significant (p < 0.05) with an R-squared of 0.94, indicating a high model suitability. The analysis of variance showed that hydraulic retention times, biochar levels, and biochar types significantly affected methane production (p < 0.05). Based on optimization, the highest methane production was achieved at a 30-day hydraulic retention times, a biochar level of 15 g/L, and a biochar type of rice straw, which was 473.00 mL/g volatile solid. These results emphasize the importance of determining the correct hydraulic retention times and biochar addition (level and type) to optimize methane production.

This study determined the levels and distribution patterns of Pb, Cd, Co, Cu, Ni, and Zn in indoor (n = 22) and outdoor (n = 22) dust from Basra, Iraq, and evaluated the associated human health risks. The total mean concentration of ∑ 6HMs was 247 mg/kg in the indoor dust and 285 mg/kg in the outdoor dust. Zn was the dominant metal in both environments, with mean concentrations of 155 and 161 mg/kg, contributing 63% and 56% of the total metal burden, respectively. Pb, Cd, Co, and Ni concentrations were significantly higher (p < 0.05) in outdoor dust, indicating the influence of outdoor emission sources. Human exposure assessment showed that the average daily doses (ADD) for children through ingestion, inhalation, and dermal contact were approximately 9.3-fold higher than those for adults across all metals. Zn exposure reached 1.99 × 10-3 and 2.13 × …

The accelerated development of new technologies for treating pollutants has led to the emergence of numerous innovative adsorbents. These materials typically possess promising structural and surface properties suitable for a variety of applications. In the same context, the present study prepared a chitosan-based hybrid material incorporating pyromellitic dianhydride and copper oxide nanoparticles (PMDA-Cts-CuO) under ultrasonic wave conditions. It is a newly synthesized material derived from an organically degradable source for lead removal purposes. Following the confirmation of the material's structural and morphological properties, the current research effort focused on examining the PMDA-Cts-CuO for diffusion kinetic models: the intraparticle diffusion model, …

This article investigates the impact of angular rotation on surface-wave propagation at the interface between an inviscid liquid layer and a rotating micropolar elastic solid with stretch. The surface-wave secular equation is obtained analytically using the plane-harmonic solution method after the mathematical model has been developed. It is noticed that for symmetric modes of surface waves, the liquid effects and the micro-stretch do not manifest simultaneously. Using MATLAB software, the impacts of the solid's angular rotation and the liquid layer's thickness on the symmetric mode of surface waves are illustrated for a specific model. The velocity of surface waves at …

This study investigated the role of exogenously applied hydrogen sulfide (HS; 50 μM) and gibberellic acid (GA; 200 mg L1) in alleviating salt stress (100 mM NaCl) in wheat. The applied HS and GA significantly improved plant height, biomass, chlorophyll and carotenoids, with the highest enhancement under their combined application. Salt stress markedly increased hydrogen peroxide, methylglyoxal, lipid peroxidation, lipoxygenase and NADPH oxidase, whereas HS and GA treatment reduced these effects. Both HS and GA further enhanced proline and sugar accumulation, increased γ -glutamyl kinase activity, and decreased proline oxidase. Activities of antioxidant enzymes and the glyoxalase …
