All Graduate Plan B and other Reports, Spring 1920 to Spring 2023
Much has been researched and written about school curriculum. A number of recent articles have focused attention on the student as an individual learner (Edmund, 1970) and away from "content" emphasis temporarily spurred by the advent of the Russian Sputnik (Cremin, 1961). Virtually every subject in the curriculum has been considered. The overall concern has been the improvement of student learning (Woolf, 1972). Efforts have also been made to increase the relevancy of learning.

General Yearbooks
The Kinnikinick was Eastern Washington University's yearbook from 1923-1972. The final issue of the Kinnikinick is a much briefer issue due to a cut in funding to the yearbook.
Over its history, Eastern Washington University has appropriated various parts of American Indian culture, which are reflected in many of these documents. This manifests in everything from the name of the yearbook itself to examples of students “playing Indian” as part of club activities and the annual “Passing of the Arrow” where a female senior student dressed in buckskin would symbolically pass an arrow to a female student from the junior …
