All Graduate Plan B and other Reports, Spring 1920 to Spring 2023
"The preparation of youth to succeed in the world of work is an important objective of the American high school."1 Students enroll in high school distributive education to develop an employable skill. The instructional program provides students with a variety of learning activities related to their occupational goals.
Distributive education has expanded to serve the whole range of distributive occupations, after starting mainly as a means of training retail sales persons. An important characteristic of distributive education has been the necessity for rapid adjustment to the changing business conditions.

Due Process As A Management Tool In Schools And Prisons, Elisabeth T. Dreyfuss, Jane C. Knapp
Due Process As A Management Tool In Schools And Prisons, Elisabeth T. Dreyfuss, Jane C. Knapp
Cleveland State Law Review
This article will explore due process as an effective tool for the management of schools and prisons through a close scrutiny of the fourteenth amendment. The authors will attempt to identify emerging trends in case law and give special attention to Bell v. Wolfish, which may point to a new direction in due process analysis under the Burger Court. The purpose of this article is to propose radical reform of schools and prisons through the involvement of their populations and staffs in the rule-making process. Spawned by a firm belief that only through such democratic processes can the violence and …
Teaching Children Of Different Cultural Backgrounds : A Survey Of 1976-1977 Graduates From Nedlands College Of Advanced Education, M Kaplan
Research outputs pre 2011
The composition of the student population in secondary schools in Western Australia has changed considerably in recent years. The overall increase in the number of students being retained in school at all levels of secondary education has resulted in a growing number of children of Aboriginal/part Aboriginal and/or migrant parents in the secondary streams. These children who previously tended to finish their schooling in the primary school are now entering secondary schools to complete their education.
