Neutrosophic Mcdm Methodology For Assessment Risks Of Cyber Security In Power Management, Ahmed M. Abdelmouty, Ahmed Abdel-Monem

Neutrosophic Systems with Applications

Every day, new reports of cyberattacks on interconnected control systems emerge. The vulnerability of their communication mechanism makes similar control systems a target for malicious outsiders. Protecting sensitive data and maintaining network reliability and availability are two of the main reasons why network security is so important. Strong and dependable network security strategies use a number of safeguards to protect users and businesses from malware and cyber assaults like distributed denial of service. A safety analysis is an essential step that must precede the introduction of any security measures. There hasn't been much experience with cyberattacks on power control systems …

This study analyses the elements and approaches to creating sustainable transport systems, with a focus on road travel. The study examines the environmental and economic aspects of sustainable road transport and stresses the need to curb carbon emissions, boost energy efficiency, clean the air, ensure everyone has easy access to transport, and think about societal goals as a whole. Important considerations including environmental effect, energy efficiency, legislative frameworks, and economic impact are highlighted in the study. The MCDM model is used as a complexity instrument to strike a balance between competing objectives and criteria. This research may help stakeholders use …

Rank And Analysis Several Solutions Of Healthcare Waste To Achieve Cost Effectiveness And Sustainability Using Neutrosophic Mcdm Model, Ahmed Abdelhafeez, Hoda K. Mohamed, Nariman A. Khalil

Neutrosophic Systems with Applications

Managing healthcare waste (HCWTT) from healthcare facilities is difficult. It's high up on the list of health concerns. This growth in HCWTT has been especially visible in recent years, as the quantity of medical services available has increased. Because of the potential danger, this garbage poses to people and the planet, it must be properly disposed of. Because of ineffective waste management practices, inadequate financial resources, and a lack of adequate facilities, HCWT administration is especially crucial in developing nations. Reducing HCWT via appropriate treatment is important for the area's financial and environmental health. In order to solve single-valued neutrosophic …

Towards A Responsive Resilient Supply Chain Based On Industry 5.0: A Case Study In Healthcare Systems, Abduallah Gamal, Amal F. Abd El-Gawad, Mohamed Abouhawwash

Neutrosophic Systems with Applications

Executives and academics have presented the idea of Industry 5.0, which is an attempt to build upon the previous iteration, Industry 4.0, by including many important tenets such as human-centricity, resilience, and sustainability. Because of the significance of this idea, the current study provides a decision-making framework to examine a responsive supply chain dubbed responsive supply chain 5.0 for healthcare systems. This framework takes into consideration the aspects of Industry 5.0. In order to do this, at the onset, the most important connected factors and strategies are determined by consulting the relevant experts and body of published research. This problem …

An Integrated Neutrosophic Regional Management Ranking Method For Agricultural Water Management, Ahmed Abdel-Monem, Nada A. Nabeeh, Mohamed Abouhawwash

Neutrosophic Systems with Applications

The development of global warming adaptation principles is a crucial issue to resilience to climate change. Due to the consequences of global warming on land and water management. The persistence to determine the adaptation procedures is a demanded challenging process corresponding to the current climate change issues. Climate change has a direct impact on the water cycle that results in unpredictable cases of pollution and rare of water. In order to provide viable options for enormous-scale water supply structures, the study presents a new planning approach that incorporates multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM). The agriculture water management (AWM) relies on MCDM with …

A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (Mcdm) Approach For Data-Driven Distance Learning Recommendations, Aysha Meshaal Alshamsi Jun 2022

A Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (Mcdm) Approach For Data-Driven Distance Learning Recommendations, Aysha Meshaal Alshamsi

Theses

Distance learning has been adopted as an alternative learning strategy to the dominant face-to-face teaching methodology. It has been largely implemented by many governments worldwide due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implication in enforcing lockdown and social distancing. In emergency situations distance learning is referred to as Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT). Due to this dynamic, sudden shift, and scaling demand in distance learning, many challenges have been accentuated. These include technological adoption, student commitments, parent involvement, and teacher extra burden management, changes in the organization methodology, in addition to government development of new guidelines and regulations …

Creative procedural generation requires, by its nature, a nondeterministic result. Each set of outputs has to satisfy the required criteria and, at the same time, has to show unique results to be considered creative. One of the keys to increasing nondeterminism is to use fuzzy neutrosophic sets. A combination of a CoCoSo multi-criteria decision algorithm with a genetic algorithm to generate game scenes was proposed. The algorithm satisfies the required game rules and improves the aesthetics value of the visual game scene. The proposed approach seeks to produce a creative solution which satisfies the replayability principle, when the solution is …

To deal with fluctations in decision-making, fuzzy / neutrosophic numbers are used. The problem having more fluctuations are difficult to sovle. Thus it is a dire need to define higher order number, also It is a very curious question by researchers all around the world that how octagonal neutrosophic number can be represented and how to be graphed? In this research article, the primarily focused on the representation and graphs of octagonal neutrosophic number. at last, a case study is done using VIKOR method based on octagonal neutrosophic number. These representations will be helpful in multi-criteria decision making problems in …

The aim of this paper is to make a proposal for a new extension of the MULTIMOORA method extended to deal with bipolar fuzzy sets. Bipolar fuzzy sets are proposed as an extension of classical fuzzy sets in order to enable solving a particular class of decision-making problems. Unlike other extensions of the fuzzy set of theory, bipolar fuzzy sets introduce a positive membership function, which denotes the satisfaction degree of the element x to the property corresponding to the bipolar-valued fuzzy set, and the negative membership function, which denotes the degree of the satisfaction of the element x to …

The notion of a neutrosophic quadruple BCK/BCI-number is considered in the first article (“Neutrosophic Quadruple BCK/BCI-Algebras”, by Young Bae Jun, Seok-Zun Song, Florentin Smarandache, and Hashem Bordbar), and a neutrosophic quadruple BCK/BCI-algebra, which consists of neutrosophic quadruple BCK/BCI-numbers, is constructed. Several properties are investigated, and a (positive implicative) ideal in a neutrosophic quadruple BCK-algebra and a closed ideal in a neutrosophic quadruple BCI-algebra are studied. Given subsets A and B of a BCK/BCI-algebra, the set NQ(A,B), which consists of neutrosophic quadruple BCK/BCInumbers with a condition, is established. Conditions for the set NQ(A,B) to be a (positive implicative) ideal of a …
