The 2015 Great Expectations Spring Faculty Conference features a keynote speech by Kathleen Blake Yancey. Kathleen Blake Yancey is Kellogg W. Hunt Professor of English and Distinguished Research Professor at Florida State University. This paper aims to review the evolution of management education primarily over the last 50 years and seeks to identify the challenges and lessons learned in management education and to assess the potential for change.
