Objective: The objective of this study was to examine the clinical outcomes during the implementation of a self-administered patient decision-aid (PtDA) for lupus.

Methods: We provided an effective computerized lupus PtDA in 15 rheumatology outpatient clinics 2019-2024 (including the COVID pandemic). We undertook Organizational Readiness to Implement Change Surveys (ORICs) and Team Learning and Psychological Safety Surveys (TLPSSs) at baseline. The primary study outcome objective measure, percent penetration/reach, was defined as the number of patients who viewed the lupus PtDA at the end of the study, divided by the total number of eligible patients (times 100). Background: Pediatric critical care medicine (PCCM) fellowship structures vary widely among programs and have not been examined since 2006. The development of scholarly knowledge and skills is an important part of fellowship training. However, the optimal PCCM fellowship structure to enable fellows' scholarly productivity is unknown. Objective: We examined PCCM fellowship time structure and resources to better understand their association with scholarly productivity.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of nursing process education on nursing students' perception of nursing diagnoses. This quasi-experimental study was conducted with the second-year students who took the course of internal medicine nursing. One hundred and eleven second-year students (91.72%) who were attending a nursing faculty were included in the pretest. Each of the training sessions given to the students lasted for 60 minutes, and a total of 12 sessions of training were applied as three sessions per week. Within the last three years, these laws have become more commonplace as social movements like Black Lives Matter and #MeToo have brought topics like systemic racism and gender inequality to the nation’s attention. Argumentative writing is a critical skill that strengthens students’ reasoning, communication, and analytical abilities. However, maintaining a clear and organized argument structure while writing can be challenging. Argument maps — visual diagrams which explicitly show an argument’s structure — have been shown to improve students’ writing, but are rarely used outside of the planning stage of an essay due to the time and effort required to create them. This dissertation explores the feedback practices of secondary English Language Arts (ELA) mentor teachers and the reasoning behind their feedback to preservice teachers (PSETs) during early field experiences. Motivated by my own experience as a preservice teacher, where the absence of timely, meaningful feedback often left me without needed guidance, I was drawn to study how mentor teachers notice, interpret, and respond to novice teaching. This study focuses not on the mentoring relationship itself, but on the content and rationale of feedback provided by mentors.

Purpose The flipped classroom (FC) model is increasingly used in undergraduate medical education, where it has been associated with improved knowledge acquisition. However, its impact on graduate medical education (GME) remains underexplored. We hypothesized that implementing a flipped didactics curriculum in our internal medicine residency program would improve performance on the Internal Medicine In-Training Examination (IM-ITE) and the American Board of Internal Medicine Certifying Examination (IM-CE). This action research explores how AI-assisted feedback formats influence students’ academic writing and critical thinking, a gap particularly relevant in the digital learning landscape. This study involved 40 undergraduate Emirati students divided into two groups, receiving either AI-generated video or written feedback across three assignments. Using a quantitative design, data were gathered using standardized critical thinking and academic writing skills rubrics. Additionally, students completed post-surveys to capture their perceptions, engagement levels and use of AI tools in the learning process. The study aimed to identify the future competencies required for teachers of the Jordanian gifted resource rooms, considering international standards for gifted education. The sample consisted of 70 male and female principals from schools containing gifted resource rooms, and 309 educational supervisors. The results showed that the field of "vocational education" ranked first, with a mean score of 3.69. The "educational environment" ranked second with a mean of 3.66, followed by "growth characteristics of learning" in third place with a mean of 3.65. The study aimed to identify the degree to which principals in Ramtha District education schools practice principles of social and psychological foundations and their relationship to improving teacher performance from the teachers' perspective. A simple random sample of teachers was selected for the study. The results showed that the principals' practice of social and psychological principles in Ramtha District education schools was significantly high.
