The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between the personality characteristics of counseling trainees and those of a norm group of college students, and the relationships between the personality characteristics of counseling trainees and their performance in counseling interviews. The instruments used to identify personal characteristics were the IPAT Sixteen Personality Factor Test and the IPAT Humor Test of Personality.

Leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have briefly discussed the importance of music in the Church's worship and culture. However, Latter-day Saint music educators are left wondering how they can most effectively help the Church reach its musical potential. This article focuses on recreational music and music education in Church history in order to better understand music's role in God's plan of happiness for his children.

The college curriculum, teaching methods, student regulations, and behavior were manifestations of nineteenth century thought. It is the purpose of this study (1) to explore the factors which influence junior college attendance, (2) to predict the junior college enrollments for the study area, by year, from 1963 to 1980, (3) to predict the enrollment for the three individual attendance areas, by year, from 1963 to 1980, and (4) to propose the date of establishment and the general locations of addition junior colleges.

This study presented a review of the philosophy and history of school camping, the evolution of the outdoor education program at the College Elementary School, and a study of four fifth grade children before, during, and after their first school camping experience. Interviews, observations, written tests, sociograms, examination of records, and standard camp evaluations were utilized.
