The occurrence and rapid outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, has posed severe challenges to China's current public health emergency legal system with the Infectious Diseases Prevention Law and Regulations on Emergency Response to Public Health Emergencies as the core. The obvious shortcomings and deficiencies are exposed in the aspects of Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) prevention, authority allocation difference on disease control and emergency response, public information disclosure and the legality of emergency measures. In response to the corona virus epidemic, the Israeli government promulgated two sets of emergency regulations: (1) Emergency Regulations (Authorization of the Israel Security Agency to aid in the national effort to limit the spread of the new corona virus), 5780-2020; (2) Emergency Regulations (Location Data), 5780-2020. The regulations permit the collection, processing and use of “technological data” of persons who have contracted the new corona virus (hereinafter: the virus), in order to combat the spread of the corona epidemic.

Public health officials consistently promote hand-washing as a way for people to protect themselves from the COVID-19 coronavirus. However, this virus can live on metal and plastic for days, so simply adjusting your eyeglasses with unwashed hands may be enough to infect yourself. Thus, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization have been telling people to stop touching their faces.

In graduate school, she discovered the profession had more options than working in a hospital or retail pharmacy. Drake, a resident of Hendersonville, N.C., chose to become an ambulatory care pharmacist and is employed with St. Luke’s Hospital in Columbus, N.C.
