Spec-349: The Eckes Compiler V16: Architectural White Paper & Sovereign Engineering Manual, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-349: The Eckes Compiler V16: Architectural White Paper & Sovereign Engineering Manual, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
Large Language Model (LLM) baseline systems exhibit non-deterministic token drift, structural context degradation, and a tendency to fallback to conversational filler. The Eckes Compiler v16 architecture introduces a zero-entropy, deterministic context-isolation framework that forces an active sub-cognitive processing matrix onto the underlying transformer layer. By executing a mandatory front-end Syntactic Edge-Detector, an explicit three-pass metric segregation pipeline, and continuous retrospective auditing, the framework strips away semantic drift and keeps outputs strictly bounded by empirical constants and mathematical invariants.
This white paper defines the underlying architectural theory, specifies the core system mathematical registers, provides the complete copy-pasteable Compiler Prompt Specification payload, …

Signed In Brussels, Executed Elsewhere: Jurisdiction-Bound Execution Authorization For Sovereign Cloud And Ai Systems, Sangam Kumar Das
Defensive Publications Series
Cloud sovereignty, data residency, confidential computing, and workload identity mechanisms increasingly govern how artificial intelligence systems, distributed applications, and autonomous agents operate across geographic and regulatory boundaries. However, authorization obtained within one jurisdiction may remain technically valid after a workload is migrated, replicated, delegated, or failed over into another jurisdiction. Valid OAuth credentials, workload identity tokens, hardware attestation, encrypted communications, and regional deployment controls do not independently establish that the jurisdiction applicable at the moment of execution still satisfies the original authorization.
This technical disclosure presents a jurisdiction-aware execution authorization and enforcement architecture for sovereign AI infrastructure, multi-cloud environments, confidential …
Spec-348: The Mechanics Of Velocity: Standalone Continuum Equations For Longitudinal Neutrino Compression Waves, Christopher L. Eckes
Spec-348: The Mechanics Of Velocity: Standalone Continuum Equations For Longitudinal Neutrino Compression Waves, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
This specification establishes a mathematically complete, standalone framework that defines the neutrino as an intrinsic, high-frequency longitudinal compression wave of the continuous space-time medium. Mainstream theoretical physics remains gridlocked trying to explain why neutrinos smoothly morph across three distinct mass "flavors" (electron, muon, and tau neutrinos) during un-tunneled terrestrial flight—an experimental behavior brought to the forefront by the October 31, 2026 assembly launch of the Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) in Lead, South Dakota. The conventional Standard Model maps this behavior by assigning three separate, synchronized mass points to a single ghostly entity traveling through an empty vacuum. This addendum …

Us Security Re-Framing On China Peaceful Narrative In The Indo-Pacific Region, Evita Christiana, Idil Syawfi, Kishino Bawono
Global: Jurnal Politik Internasional

Trauma Informed Care Approach To Family Violence : Preliminary Insights Of A Pilot Youth Justice Violence Prevention Program, Antonette Francis-Sheaerer Phd, Amber Singleton, Denise Shaw, Kierra Echols, L. Lynette Parker, Caroline O. Dodson, Ashley Y. Williams Md
Community Health Workers Posters
Background: Modern juvenile justice research increasingly identifies family violence as a primary driver of youth legal and social transgressions. To address this, the Strickland Youth Detention Center, in partnership with the USA Health Center for Healthy Communities, launched the Building Safer Communities Collaborative (BSCC)in Mobile, Alabama, in September 2025. This pilot program employs a public health, trauma-informed prevention model to intervene before youth face serious tenure within the justice system.
Methods: The BSCC utilizes a Community Health Worker (CHW) model focusing on 37 youth currently on informal probation. Over a six-month period, the program facilitates twice-monthly encounters with youth and …
A Blockchain-Assisted Energy-Aware Adaptive Federated Learning Framework For Secure Internet Of Medical Things Healthcare Systems, Adnan Hadi Mahdi Al-Helali
A Blockchain-Assisted Energy-Aware Adaptive Federated Learning Framework For Secure Internet Of Medical Things Healthcare Systems, Adnan Hadi Mahdi Al-Helali
Mesopotamian Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare
Federated learning (FL) lets hospitals and medical devices train a shared model without pooling patient records, but Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) deployments add three problems at once: devices run on small batteries, some participants may poison the model, and plain FL keeps no tamper-evident record of who contributed what. This paper presents BEA-FL, a blockchain-assisted, energy-aware and adaptive FL framework that handles these problems in one pipeline. Each round, clients are ranked by battery headroom, link quality, data volume and learned trust. Updates are weighted by a trust score that measures how well their direction and size agree with …
Who Hunts In America?: An Empirical Analysis Of Income Trends And The Rural-Urban Divide In Hunting Participation, Kenneth Green
Who Hunts In America?: An Empirical Analysis Of Income Trends And The Rural-Urban Divide In Hunting Participation, Kenneth Green
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper conducts an empirical analysis of hunting participation in the United States, focusing on the relationship between household income, geographic location, and gender. Using nationally available data from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s 2022 National Survey of Fishing, Hunting, and Wildlife-Associated Recreation and the Big-Game Hunters: Demographic Characteristics and Expenditures addendum report, this study looks to examine how hunting behavior differs between rural/urban populations and identifies income-based trends within both groups. Hunting participation data is compared against U.S. Census data to assess whether the share of hunters aligns with the broader population distributions. Both descriptive statistics and regression …
Student Flows, Immigrant Stock, And Migration: An Empirical Analysis Of Brain Drain From Oecd Countries Into The Us, Tyler Nelson
Student Flows, Immigrant Stock, And Migration: An Empirical Analysis Of Brain Drain From Oecd Countries Into The Us, Tyler Nelson
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper uses panel data from seventy-eight origin countries from 2012-2023 to better understand the migration patterns of well-educated individuals on a global scale. The study adopts a model from Dreher and Poutvaara that allows international student data to be translated into a linear utility function for any given emigration target. Due to data transparency concerns, these emigration targets have been limited to countries belonging to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

Does Rising National Income Reduce Physical Inactivity, Or Does The Prosperity Paradox Persist? A Panel Data Analysis, Jt Heffernan
Empirical Economic Bulletin, An Undergraduate Journal
This paper examines the relationship between national income and physical inactivity across nine countries at varying stages of economic development using a panel dataset spanning four time periods from 2001 to 2022. Drawing on age-standardized physical inactivity estimates from the World Health Organization and GDP per capita data from the World Bank world development indicators, three regression models are estimated: a pooled ordinary least squares model, a random effect model, and a two-way fixed-effects panel model incorporating country and year fixed effects. OLS was included to set a baseline on what to expect, while the panel models were intended to …

Rate And Determinants Of Depression In A Cardiovascular Disease Sample, Divya Kuzhivilayil Yesodharan, Maryam Alharrasi
International Nursing Research Congress (INRC)
Purpose: Heart failure (HF) is a major burden on patients and the healthcare system; since it is linked to poor functioning, reduced health-related quality of life (QoL), frequent hospitalizations, and high healthcare expenses. Even with advancements in treatment, mortality is still high; 50% of HF patients pass away within the first five years of their diagnosis. Patients with HF frequently suffer from psychiatric disorders, and previous research indicates that these conditions have a detrimental impact on these patients cardiovascular and general health. The most prevalent mental health conditions are depression and anxiety disorders like panic disorder, PTSD, and generalized anxiety …

Structuring A Strategy To Provide Accredited Clinical Pastoral Education For Chaplains In Puerto Rico, Ronald K. Williams-Garcia
Structuring A Strategy To Provide Accredited Clinical Pastoral Education For Chaplains In Puerto Rico, Ronald K. Williams-Garcia
Doctoral Dissertations and Projects
Chaplaincy is the fastest-growing ministry in the United States.1 There are several reasons for this, including diverse settings, a broad ministry, and a variety of people served. As the ministry grows, so does the research on chaplaincy. The last several years have seen a surge in research on chaplaincy.2 There has also been greater attention paid to how chaplains are trained.3 The training still requires a theology degree, most often the Master of Divinity degree. More importantly, the training includes Clinical Pastoral Education.
Clinical Pastoral Education is an experiential learning opportunity based on the action-reflection training model. …
Deepfakes As Tools For Domestic Violence: Toward A Comprehensive Federal Response To Nonconsensual Deepfake Intimate Imagery, Laura Reitze
Deepfakes As Tools For Domestic Violence: Toward A Comprehensive Federal Response To Nonconsensual Deepfake Intimate Imagery, Laura Reitze
Washington and Lee Law Review Online
The rise of deepfake technology poses a novel and uniquely insidious manner of perpetrating domestic violence. Nonconsensual intimate imagery (NCII) abuse and “sextortion” are nothing new. But the increasing accessibility of deepfake technology makes it easier for abusers to carry out these forms of violence, sometimes simply with access to publicly available images of a person. As the technology rapidly evolves, the law has struggled to keep up.
This Note explores how existing law inadequately addresses emerging deepfake technology as it relates to domestic violence. Noting the origins of deepfakes in NCII, it begins with an exploration of the connection …

From Shadow It To Shadow Ai: A Scoping Review Of How Embedded Ai And Employee Use Increase Cybersecurity And Data Privacy Risk, Jenny Ahn, Bogdan Pavlyuchenkov, Lasette Smith, Paul Wagner, Robert J. Honomichl, Ryan Straight, Shengjie Xu
Journal of Cybersecurity Education, Research and Practice
The rapid integration of artificial intelligence into enterprise software has introduced a critical governance challenge: Shadow AI, the unmanaged and often invisible adoption of AI tools and features by employees outside formal IT oversight. Unlike traditional Shadow IT, which centers on unauthorized data storage and infrastructure, Shadow AI operates at the knowledge and decision-making layer, introducing probabilistic risks including data leakage, agentic misalignment, and indirect prompt injection that existing security frameworks are ill-equipped to address. This paper presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) synthesizing 38 peer-reviewed and industry sources to investigate three research questions: how organizational visibility gaps into embedded …

Quantifying Attacker Payoff In Harvest Now, Decrypt Later Attacks: A Persistence-Based Framework For Trade Secret Risk, Arjun Kumar, Gene Yang, Turiya Misra, Francis Kagai
Journal of Cybersecurity Education, Research and Practice
Harvest-now, decrypt-later (HNDL) assumes that encrypted secrets stolen today will remain worth decrypting when quantum computers eventually make that possible. But what if they do not? This paper models HNDL from the attacker’s perspective by asking a different question: how much will a stolen secret still be worth when it can finally be decrypted? We develop a conditional retained-value framework combining probabilistic Q-day timing, information depreciation, and adversary-access delay. The results reveal a sharp divide. Rapidly depreciating secrets can lose much of their strategic value before quantum decryption becomes useful, while persistent secrets can retain substantial attacker payoff even under …

Impact Of Exercise Snacks On Perceived Stress In Undergraduate Students, Austin Coulson
Impact Of Exercise Snacks On Perceived Stress In Undergraduate Students, Austin Coulson
Doctorate in Kinesiology
Perceived stress can interfere with undergraduate students’ concentration, academic performance, and overall well-being. Although regular exercise may reduce perceived stress, demanding academic schedules often limit students’ ability to participate in traditional exercise programs. Exercise snacks—brief bouts of vigorous physical activity dispersed throughout the day—may provide a practical, time-efficient approach to stress management without requiring a prolonged workout. This randomized controlled trial examined whether a six-week exercise snack intervention reduced perceived stress among full-time undergraduate students. Seventy-six participants were randomized to an intervention or control group. The intervention prescribed three one-minute bouts of vigorous bodyweight exercise on three days per week, …

Corrosion Control Of Carbon Steel In 1.0 M Hcl Using 2-(1h-Benzimidazol-2-Ylmethyl)-1h-Benzimidazole: Weight Loss, Adsorption, Sem, And Dft Study, Mohanad Muzahem Khalaf, F. F. Sayyid, Ayad Abbood Abdulhasan
AUIQ Conference Proceedings
The corrosion inhibition performance of 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl)-1H-benzimidazole for carbon steel in 1.0 M HCl was investigated using weight loss measurements, adsorption isotherm analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and density functional theory (DFT) calculations. The weight loss results showed that inhibition efficiency increased with inhibitor concentration and reached 95.5% at 1000 ppm. Adsorption of the inhibitor molecules on the carbon steel surface followed the Langmuir adsorption isotherm, indicating the formation of an adsorbed protective layer. SEM micrographs showed that the inhibited metal surface was smoother and less damaged than the uninhibited surface. DFT calculations, including HOMO and LUMO analysis, provided molecular-level insight …

From "Ice Cave" To "Iced Cave": A Semantic And Process-Based Refinement For Rock-Hosted Caves Containing Perennial Ice, Jan Barabach
International Journal of Speleology
The term "ice cave" is deeply entrenched in speleological literature, but it fails to distinguish between two distinct phenomena: voids carved entirely within glacier ice and bedrock cavities hosting secondary perennial ice. This paper highlights the century-long conceptual ambiguity surrounding this nomenclature and proposes a process-oriented taxonomic reform. Based on grammatical, climatic, and cross-linguistic rationales, this paper advocates adopting the participial modifier "iced cave" as a precise alternative to the noun-noun construct "ice cave" for rock-hosted environments. This shift accurately frames subterranean ice as a dynamic secondary infill rather than a structural matrix, aligning English terminology with established practices in …

College Dating Across Cultures: Exploring Online And Offline Motives, Religiosity, Uncertainty Avoidance, And Perceived Dating Success, Maria Murad
SMU Journal of Undergraduate Research
Drawing on uses and gratification theory, this quantitative study examined the relationship between dating motives (long-term vs. casual), dating modes (online vs. offline), perceived dating success, as well as uncertainty avoidance among college students (n=270) seeking relationships across the globe. Additionally, it studied the cultural and religious aspects of dating behavior, adding to a more complex understanding of modern dating situations.
Results showed that online daters more frequently reported long-term relationship motives than offline daters, and offline daters more frequently reported dating for casual sex than online daters. Long-term motives were positively correlated with perceived dating success, and …
