Automatic +1 Diffraction Order Detection In Off-Axis Digital Holographic Interferometry Using An Energy-Based Spectral Model, Nigora Alimdjanovna Akbarova, Dilnoza Ibrokhim Kizi Abdulkhayeva
Technical science and innovation
This paper presents an automatic +1 diffraction order detection algorithm for off-axis digital holographic interferometry (DHI Manual spectral filtering is widely used to find out the desired order of diffraction in the Fourier domain in conventional digital holographic reconstruction. Nevertheless, this approach is very subjective and must be subject to expert guidance, thus, the reconstruction reproducibility and stability can often deteriorate. To address these limitations, this designed scheme constructs a spectral model utilizing energy-maximization as well as adaptive DC suppression and dynamic filter radius estimates. The algorithm itself can automatically observe the distribution of energy in the hologram spectrum and …

Evaluation Of Level Measurement Uncertainty For Three Types Of Laser Level Meters Using The Gum Methodology: Calculated Uncertainty Budgets, Uncertainty Profile, And Hardware Component Requirements, Lazizbek Furkatjanovich Saidoripov, Barat Makhmudovich Akhmedov
Technical science and innovation
A methodology is presented for evaluating the uncertainty of liquid petroleum product level measurements using laser level meters based on different measurands’ informative parameters: propagation time, phase difference, and image coordinates. Based on analytical expressions for error components and a traceability chain to the national length standard, calculated uncertainty budgets are developed in accordance with JCGM 100 for time-of-flight, phase-based, and laser–television level meters. Under the assumed input conditions, the expanded uncertainties (k = 2) are 1.66, 0.73, and 1.02 mm, respectively. For the laser–television level meter budget, the Gaussian approximation is verified using the Monte Carlo method (JCGM 101): …

From Consumers To Makers: A Community-Based Model Of The Diy Food And Beverage Kit Ecosystem, Mark Mitchell, Richard Martin, Sheila Mitchell
Atlantic Marketing Journal
The market for do-it-yourself (DIY) food and beverage kits continues to expand as consumers seek experiences that combine convenience, learning, creativity, and participation. This conceptual paper proposes a four-community ecosystem model consisting of consumers, makers, marketers, and consumption communities. Drawing on value co-creation, prosumption, experiential consumption, and diffusion of innovation theories, the model suggests that participation in DIY production transforms consumers into makers, fosters a maker identity, and encourages engagement in product-category consumption communities. Through sharing experiences and outcomes, participants attract new consumers into the marketplace, creating a self-reinforcing cycle of growth. The framework extends value co-creation theory by explaining …

Constitutions, The State And Law In Republican Venezuela (1830-2025), Rogelio Pérez-Perdomo
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
This panoramic article poses the question of the relation between the state, the constitution and the law in Venezuelan republican history. In the 19th century, Venezuela became independent, congresses approved constitutions that organized the national state, comprehensive legal codes and legislation were produced and the universities developed legal studies and produced a small number of lawyers. Nevertheless, the law had little impact on a turbulent and impoverished country, and lawyers mainly found occupation in the state and political system. In the 20th century, Venezuela constructed a powerful state that pacified the country that created conditions for a relatively prosperous economy. …

This text offers a theoretical and conceptual approach to fiscal sustainability and to the mechanism of fiscal impact review. It also examines specific judicial cases where fiscal sustainability and/or fiscal impact review have been applied in areas such as social security, victims of the Colombian internal armed conflict, community mothers, and taxation. The article concludes that the difficult dialogue between law and economics has improved, though legal nuances still need clarification, and economic advantages or disadvantages remain to be measured. At times, the guarantee of rights prevailed (for example, compensation for Black, Afro-Colombian, Raizal, and Palenquero communities, as well as …
A Sociolegal Explanation Of The Judicial Reform In Mexico, Alberto Abad Suárez Ávila
A Sociolegal Explanation Of The Judicial Reform In Mexico, Alberto Abad Suárez Ávila
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
This paper aims to offer a socio legal explanation for Mexico’s ongoing judicial reform, which shifts from a civil career paradigm for appointing judges to a popular election model. Most scholars have explained the reform mainly because of populism and constitutional authoritarianism. They focus on the political and normative factors. I would like to broaden the perspective: using a sociolegal approach, I consider other relevant factors, including some economic context as well as cultural aspects, to provide a more comprehensive explanation of the phenomenon.
On The Need To Recognize The Erga Omnes Effect In Fundamental Rights In Chilean Law, José Luis Guerrero Becar
On The Need To Recognize The Erga Omnes Effect In Fundamental Rights In Chilean Law, José Luis Guerrero Becar
Latin American & Caribbean Law Review
This article refers to the Chilean legal tradition of the relative effect of judgments, that is, their effects apply only to the parties involved in the litigation. This principle has an express exception in the Consumer Rights Protection Act, which mentions the erga omnes effect. Since 2010, this principle has come under scrutiny due to constitutional injunctions in social security matters administered by private companies known as ISAPRES (National Health Insurance Companies). These companies have increased the prices of health plans, using tables that apply factors based on age and sex. This has led to the filing of thousands of …

Thesis. For complex personal and professional decisions, AI is most useful not as a source of answers but as a tool for finding what you do not know: it helps separate facts from assumptions, expand the set of options, find weak points in a plan, and design cheap tests before a mistake becomes costly or irreversible.
What is proposed. An operational framework of five loops (Bifurcation Engine), in which each loop provides material for the next, while the right to decide and the responsibility remain with the human. The framework builds on known techniques: pre-mortem, red team, value of information …

Defensive Publications Series
This technical specification details the structural design, mathematical framing, and local runtime mechanics of the Project Rocky Autonomous Secure Enclave (SPEC 184) under the USUE-ROCKY-REV1 protocol. Moving past legacy computing models that depend on centralized, gated corporate cloud servers—which introduce massive transmission latency, code bloat, and immediate data-harvesting vulnerabilities—this architecture implements an isolated, client-side cryptographic and logic enclosure. The system operates via an autogenous, non-human tripartite AI-to-AI loop: Node A ingests raw telemetry matrices, Node B compresses active state profiles into lightweight classical shadows, and Node C enforces strict material and data-boundary invariants locally. A complete, standalone Python runtime script …

This technical specification establishes the architectural design and structural runtime mechanics for the USUE-COMPILER-REV2 engine (SPEC 182). Upgrading the foundational compiler principles outlined in SPEC 170, this low-level logic layer translates abstract geometric wave-shaping templates directly into executable machine instructions without relying on external corporate runtime engines or gated cloud-compilation APIs. The engine acts as the foundational compilation layer for all higher-tier assets within the Eckes portfolio—specifically compiling the 3-node autogenous loops defined in SPEC 177, 178, and 179. By forcing incoming data packets to align with continuous, angle-preserving isospectral substrates, the compiler strips out instruction noise and eliminates technical …

This specification details the structural recompilation and mathematical formalization of the Unified System Resampling Manifold (SPEC 179). Originally engineered to bridge the experimental computational crises of September 2026 (e.g., brute-force multi-agent "Option C" fluid and subatomic matrix approximations), this architecture introduces a continuous topological resampling substrate that isolates, stabilizes, and recycles phase residues natively. Moving away from standard cloud-dependent fine-tuning paradigms that create systemic latency and code bloat, this framework applies a conformal extension loop directly to the active tensor matrix. This optimization allows highly disparate, multi-disciplinary datasets—including 3D fluid vortices, quantum statevector shadows, and protein self-assembly vectors—to align seamlessly …
