Body-Mind-Soul-Spirit Fluidity is a concept rooted in psychology and phenomenology, offering significant insights into human decision-making and well-being. Similarly, in social analysis and social sciences, frameworks such as PDCA, DMAIC, SWOT, and OODA have been established to enable structured evaluation and effective p roblem-solving. Furthermore, in phenomenology and social sciences, various logical systems have been developed to address specific objectives and practical applications. This paper extends these concepts using the Neutrosophic theory, revisiting their mathematical definitions and exploring their properties. The Neutrosophic Set, an extension of the Fuzzy Set, is a highly flexible framework that has been widely studied in …

Akito Takahashi's Tetrahedral Symmetric Condensate (TSC) model, detailed in several of his earlier works1 proposes a mechanism for condensed matter nuclear science (CMNS) aka. low-energy nuclear reactions (LENR) within palladium lattices. The model centres on the formation of a tetrahedral cluster of deuterons, enhancing the probability of nuclear fusion. Here, we explore the possibility of extending this framework by considering the TSC within a more general crystalline solid with tetrahedral symmetry, and by approximating the screening potential experienced by the deuterons using PT-symmetric potentials.

The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the need for accurate and rapid diagnostic tools to assist clinical decision-making. Conventional deep learning models for COVID-19 detection in Chest X-Ray (CXR) images face challenges in poor generalization across imaging conditions and high computational demands. To address these issues, this study proposes CviTLNN, a novel hybrid model combining Vision Transformers (ViTs) and Liquid Neural Networks (LNNs) to improve feature extraction and classification. Specifically, CviTLNN employs a ViT with 24 transformer encoder blocks for efficient extraction of spatial features. The self-attention mechanism of ViTs effectively captures global and local dependencies in CXR images. Furthermore, …

Faculty Book Display Case
The seventh edition of Tort Law and Practice continues to provide a rich and inclusive context for the study of tort law fundamentals and underlying policies. The innovative, student-centered casebook, which has been well-received by law students since its inception, thoroughly develops core tort principles and enhances student learning through the use of cases, notes, questions, element summaries, flowcharts, and problems. The book includes both short problems and others that are more akin to examination questions. The casebook provides frequent opportunities to consider tort law in a social justice context relevant to class, race, ethnicity, gender, and sexuality. For example, …

English Language and Literature
eLearning Management systems (eLMS) are software applications used in universities worldwide to implement specific educational goals. eLearning platforms have several features that support traditional Face to Face (FTF) teaching and provide valuable opportunities for independent, self-paced learning. One of these features is the Online Discussion Forums (ODFs). This research paper investigates the role of ODFs in endorsing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learning by examining students' perceptions of its accessibility, peer/instructor interaction, assessment criteria, and discussion topics. The paper also investigates the influence of gender on students' perceptions of the role of ODFs. This is a non-experimental research design, …
