The Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 22 (USP22), a component of the Spt-Ada-Gcn5 Acetyltransferase (SAGA) histone modifying complex, is overexpressed in multiple human cancers, but how USP22 impacts tumorigenesis is not clear. We reported previously that Usp22 loss in mice impacts execution of several signaling pathways driven by growth factor receptors such as erythroblastic oncogene B b2 (ERBB2). Females represent a majority of chronic pain patients and show greater inflammatory immune responses in human chronic pain patient populations as well as in animal models of neuropathic pain. Recent discoveries in chronic pain research have revealed sex differences in inflammatory signaling, a key component of sensory pathology in chronic neuropathic pain, inviting more research into the nuances of these sex differences. Genomic research is becoming increasingly data-intensive, yet the proper reference of data remains a persistent challenge. Despite various efforts to establish and standardize data citation practices, scientists frequently fall short of accurately referencing data in their papers. This deficiency complicates the attribution of contributions to data providers and impedes the reproducibility of findings in genomic research. This study addresses this gap by introducing a gold standard corpus designed to identify mentions of genomic data sources and associated attributes, thereby offering insights into data source availability and accessibility. Introduction: Frailty is the most common medical condition affecting the aging population, and its prevalence increases in the population aged 65 or more. Frailty is commonly diagnosed using the frailty index (FI) or frailty phenotype (FP) assessments. Observational studies have indicated the association of frailty with Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, the shared genetic and biological mechanism of these comorbidity has not been studied.

Methods: To assess the genetic relationship between AD and frailty, we examined it at single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), gene, and pathway levels.

Results: Overall, 16 genome-wide significant loci (15 unique loci) (p meta-analysis < 5 × 10-8) and 22 genes (21 unique genes) were identified between AD and frailty using cross-trait meta-analysis. The 8 shared loci implicated 11 genes: CLRN1-AS1, CRHR1 …

Coral capacity to tolerate low pH affects coral community composition and, ultimately, reef ecosystem function. Low pH submarine discharges (‘Ojo’; Yucatán, México) represent a natural laboratory to study plasticity and acclimatization to low pH in relation to ocean acidification. A previous >2‐year coral transplant experiment to ambient and low pH common garden sites revealed differential survivorship across species and sites, providing a framework to compare mechanistic responses to differential pH exposures. Introduction: a loss of intestinal barrier function, inflammation, and an elevated expression of epithelial heat shock protein 60 (Hsp60) are features of an inflamed bowel. Probiotics have been used to alleviate colitis-induced pathologies, but offer poor adhesion and adaptation to the diseased gut. We hypothesize that enhancing probiotic adhesion in the inflamed bowel may ameliorate such pathologies. Listeria adhesion protein (LAP; 94-kDa acetaldehyde alcohol dehydrogenase) aids Listeria attachment to the epithelial cells by interacting with the mammalian receptor Hsp60. Bioengineered Lactobacillus casei probiotics (BLPs) expressing LAP showed strong interaction with epithelial Hsp60, a high immunomodulatory response, and sustained epithelial barrier …

Matthew Desmond made the claim in Evicted, his powerful work on housing insecurity, that those concerned with alleviating poverty should focus not merely on ensuring that poor people have higher disposable incomes, but on countering the exploitative price gouging that depresses the value of whatever income they have. This suggests the possibility that it might be a worthwhile anti-poverty strategy for courts to use the unconscionability doctrine to regulate exploitative contracts.

Palm kernel meal (PKM) is a by-product of the oil palm industry with significant potential in poultry feed, although its high content of anti-nutritional factors limits its utilization. It is hypothesized that dietary supplementation with fiber-degrading enzymes and probiotics may enhance the use of PKM. เอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมีมาตรการ หรือแนวคิดริเริ่มเพื่อส่งเสริมธุรกิจอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชในประเทศไทยให้เติบโตมากขึ้น เพื่อสร้างประโยชน์ในระยะยาวให้กับเศรษฐกิจและสังคมไทยอย่างยั่งยืน ประโยชน์ของธุรกิจดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบในด้านต่าง ๆ ดังนี้ (1) ประโยชน์ด้านสุขภาพ สามารถช่วยให้มีสุขภาพดีขึ้น รวมถึงลดความเสี่ยงต่อโรคต่าง ๆ (2) ประโยชน์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม การรับประทานอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชใช้ทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ เช่น ที่ดิน แหล่งน้ำ และพลังงาน น้อยกว่าอาหารที่มีส่วนผสมจากเนื้อสัตว์ จึงถือเป็นการประหยัดพลังงานและช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมได้เป็นอย่างดี (3) ประโยชน์ด้านความมั่นคงทางอาหาร สามารถช่วยลดความเสี่ยงจากการขาดแคลนอาหาร เนื่องจากกระบวนการผลิตอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชใช้ทรัพยากรด้านต่าง ๆ น้อยกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จากสัตว์ และ (4) ประโยชน์ด้านสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ การรับประทานอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชถือเป็นการคุ้มครองสัตว์ เพราะเป็นการลดการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์จากเนื้อสัตว์ในฟาร์มเอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้ มีการดำเนินการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการศึกษาเชิงเอกสาร (Documentary Research) โดยการศึกษาค้นคว้า รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล จากหนังสือ บทความ ตำรา วิทยานิพนธ์ เอกัตศึกษา เอกสารสิ่งพิมพ์ หลักภาษีอากร โดยมีการใช้ฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ ที่มีบุคคลอื่นได้บันทึกหรือตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ไว้เกี่ยวกับมาตรการเพื่อส่งเสริมธุรกิจอาหารทางเลือกจากพืช ทั้งในประเทศไทยและต่างประเทศ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลที่รวบรวมได้มาทำการศึกษา เรียบเรียง และวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการสร้างแรงจูงใจให้กับผู้ประกอบธุรกิจอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชจากการศึกษา พบว่า ในปัจจุบัน ไทยยังขาดมาตรการส่งเสริมธุรกิจอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชที่ชัดเจนและครอบคลุม เมื่อเทียบกับหลายประเทศที่ให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องนี้ เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา สหภาพยุโรป และสิงคโปร์ ทั้งนี้ เพื่อส่งเสริมธุรกิจอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชในไทยให้เติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ควรมีการดำเนินการดังนี้ (1) จัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ระดับชาติ และกฎหมายเฉพาะเพื่อส่งเสริมอาหารทางเลือกจากพืช: กำหนดเป้าหมายและแนวทางการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน (2) บูรณาการนโยบาย เชื่อมโยงนโยบายด้านอาหารกับนโยบายอื่น ๆ เช่น สุขภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อม และเศรษฐกิจ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการวิจัยและพัฒนา เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนานวัตกรรม ซึ่งจะเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ๆ และเทคโนโลยีที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3) ส่งเสริมด้านสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีเพื่อส่งเสริมธุรกิจอาหารทางเลือกจากพืช ทั้งในส่วนที่ส่งผลกับอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชโดยตรง เช่น การพิจารณาปรับลดอัตราภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มสำหรับอาหารทางเลือกจากพืช และส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้สิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีทางอ้อม เช่น การหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ใช้สำหรับการวิจัย (4) สร้างความตระหนักรู้ และประชาสัมพันธ์ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ของอาหารจากพืช ทั้งต่อผู้บริโภคเอง และต่อสังคมในภาพรวม (5) สนับสนุนเกษตรกร และส่งเสริมการปลูกพืชที่ใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบในการผลิตอาหารจากพืชการดำเนินการเหล่านี้จะช่วยให้ไทยมีอุตสาหกรรมอาหารทางเลือกจากพืชที่แข็งแกร่ง สามารถแข่งขันในตลาดโลก และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่ใส่ใจสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้น นอกจากนี้ …

This study presents a novel method for animating videos using three Kaggle cartoon faces data sets. Dynamic interactions between cartoon agents and random backgrounds, as well as Gaussian blur, rotation, and noise addition, make cartoon visuals look better. This approach also evaluates video quality and animation design by calculating the backdrop colour's average and standard deviation, ensuring visually appealing material. This technology uses massive datasets to generate attractive animated videos for entertainment, teaching, and marketing.

This dissertation explores the impact of virtual nature imagery on subjective happiness, investigating whether exposure to virtual nature environments can enhance self-reported happiness levels. While direct interaction with natural environments has been linked to increased happiness, this study seeks to evaluate the feasibility of virtual alternatives. Using a quantitative approach, three types of virtual experiences: nature, active control (office environment), and a control condition (gray panel) were compared to assess their influence on acute happiness. ลิขสิทธิ์ถือเป็นทรัพย์สินอย่างหนึ่งที่มีบทบัญญัติกฎหมายบังคับใช้ไว้โดยเฉพาะ อันได้แก่ พระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ.2537 แต่เมื่อผู้สร้างสรรค์งานอันมีลิขสิทธิ์เป็นบุคคลผู้สมรสตามกฎหมาย หากพิจารณาตามเจตนารมณ์ของการให้ความคุ้มครองลิขสิทธิ์ ลิขสิทธิ์ที่ได้มาระหว่างการสมรสนั้นควรถือว่าเป็นสินส่วนตัวของคู่สมรสฝ่ายที่เป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์ เนื่องจากนิยามของคำว่าลิขสิทธิ์ซึ่งได้กำหนดไว้ในมาตรา 4 หมายถึงสิทธิแต่ผู้เดียวที่จะกระทำการใดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้เกี่ยวกับงานที่ผู้สร้างสรรค์ได้ทำขึ้น แต่หากพิจารณาตามประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์เมื่อลิขสิทธิ์เป็นทรัพย์สินที่ได้มาระหว่างการสมรสอาจถือเป็นสินสมรสได้ตามมาตรา 1474 ผู้เขียนได้ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์ และประมวลกฎหมายแพ่ง มลรัฐ Louisiana ของประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา ซึ่งมีแนวคำพิพากษาของศาลกรณีของลิขสิทธิ์ที่ได้มาระหว่างการสมรส ประมวลกฎหมายทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา และประมวลกฎหมายแพ่ง ของประเทศฝรั่งเศส ซึ่งมีบทบัญญัติกฎหมายที่ชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับลิขสิทธิ์กรณีที่ผู้สร้างสรรค์เป็นผู้สมรส เพื่อนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการวิเคราะห์และเสนอแก้ไขปรับปรุงกฎหมายของประเทศไทย จากการศึกษาพบว่า บทบัญญัติกฎหมายและแนวทางการพิจารณาเรื่องการได้มาซึ่งลิขสิทธิ์ระหว่างการสมรสของประเทศไทยยังไม่มีความชัดเจนและเหมาะสม การพิจารณานำเรื่องของอำนาจการจัดการสินสมรส และการแบ่งสินสมรสมาปรับใช้กับลิขสิทธิ์ในฐานะของสินสมรสกับกรณีที่คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์นั้นไม่มีความเหมาะสมและส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาความยุ่งยากตามมาผู้เขียนจึงเสนอให้ลิขสิทธิ์ที่ได้มาระหว่างการสมรสเป็นสินส่วนตัวของคู่สมรสฝ่ายที่เป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์ โดยให้แก้ไขประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์เพิ่มเติม (5) ในมาตรา 1471 เกี่ยวกับสินส่วนตัว ได้แก่ “สิทธิในทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา ที่คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นเจ้าของโดยการสร้างสรรค์” ซึ่งจะหมายความรวมถึงลิขสิทธิ์ด้วย และเสนอแก้ไขโดยเพิ่มเติมมาตรา 15/1 ในพระราชบัญญัติลิขสิทธิ์ พ.ศ.2537 กำหนดให้สิทธิแต่ผู้เดียวตามมาตรา 15 เป็นสิทธิของคู่สมรสฝ่ายที่เป็นผู้สร้างสรรค์ ในกรณีที่คู่สมรสฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์โดยการสร้างสรรค์ และไม่ถือเป็นสิทธิที่ได้มาระหว่างการสมรสในฐานะสินสมรส เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเจตนารมณ์แห่งการให้ความคุ้มครองลิขสิทธิ์

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาถึงกรอบแนวคิด และหลักการทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการจ้างแรงงานภาคเกษตรที่มีลักษณะการทำงานพิเศษเฉพาะตามฤดูกาล โดยศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกับประเทศที่มีการรับรองสิทธิแรงงานและให้การคุ้มครองแรงงานภาคเกษตร ได้แก่ ประเทศสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และประเทศไทย จากการศึกษาพบว่า หลักการกำหนดเงื่อนไขการจ้างแรงงาน และการคุ้มครองแรงงานภาคเกษตรของประเทศสาธารณรัฐฟิลิปปินส์ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และประเทศไทย มีองค์ประกอบของการคุ้มครองสิทธิแรงงาน โดยปัญหาที่พบจากการศึกษาในบริบทการจ้างแรงงานภาคเกษตรของประเทศไทย คือ การกำหนดเงื่อนไขการจ้างแรงงานภาคเกษตร เช่น งานเพาะปลูก ซึ่งมีลักษณะต้องผันแปรตามภูมิอากาศทั่วไป และความแปรปรวนของสภาพภูมิอากาศ อีกทั้งบริบทเรื่องสิ่งแวดล้อมที่สำคัญจำเป็น ได้แก่ ดิน น้ำ อากาศ เหตุปัจจัยที่กล่าวมาเป็นมาตรที่บ่งชี้เงื่อนไขการจ้างงานในเรื่อง เวลาการทำงาน เวลาพัก วันหยุด ค่าจ้าง สวัสดิการ ความปลอดและอาชีวอนามัย รวมทั้งแรงงานหญิงและเด็ก ดังนั้น ปัญหาของการกำหนดเงื่อนไขการจ้างงาน อาจเกิดจากนายจ้างบางรายมิได้ปฏิบัติให้ถูกต้องตามสิทธิทางแรงงานที่ลูกจ้างพึงมี ซึ่งตามหลักการและทางปฏิบัติมักมีปัจจัยที่ทำให้ลักษณะการทำงานแตกต่างไปจากงานประเภทอื่น การนี้เองทำให้เงื่อนไขการจ้างงานเคร่งครัดเข้มงวดไปกับลักษณะของงานเกษตรบางประเภท เช่น งานเพาะปลูก ในส่วนของเงื่อนไขการคุ้มครองแรงงานภาคเกษตร มีพื้นฐานมาจากสิทธิแรงงาน ซึ่งสิทธิแรงงานยังไม่มีความเสมอภาคควรมีการแก้ไขในประการนี้ให้สอดคล้องกับหลักดังกล่าว ด้วยเหตุนี้ กฎหมายแรงงานภาคเกษตรจึงควรได้รับการพัฒนาโดยการกำหนดมาตรฐานการจ้างแรงงานให้แตกต่างไปจากงานประเภทอื่น

พลวัตและบทบาทของคติชนและวิถีชนของผู้เลี้ยงควายในจังหวัดชลบุรี, ชุตินันท์ มาลาธรรม

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มุ่งรวบรวมคติชนและวิถีชนของผู้เลี้ยงควายในจังหวัดชลบุรี แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์พลวัตและบทบาทด้วยมุมมองคติชนวิทยา (folkloristics) และวิถีชนศึกษา (folklife studies) ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลภาคสนามระหว่าง พ.ศ.2563-2566 ในชุมชนที่มีการจัดประเพณีวิ่งควายในจังหวัดชลบุรี 24 แห่ง ได้แก่ อำเภอเมืองชลบุรี บ้านบึง บ่อทอง หนองใหญ่ พานทอง พนัสนิคม เกาะจันทร์ ศรีราชา และบางละมุง ในจังหวัดระยอง 2 แห่ง และจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา 1 แห่งผลการศึกษาพบว่า เดิมผู้เลี้ยงควายในจังหวัดชลบุรีเลี้ยงควายเป็นแรงงานในการเกษตร เมื่อวิถีชีวิตเปลี่ยนไป ผู้เลี้ยงควายสามารถปรับใช้คติชนและวิถีชนเพื่อตอบสนองวัตถุประสงค์ในการเลี้ยงควายที่มีหลากหลายมากขึ้น ทั้งเพื่อขาย เพื่อประกวดควายงาม เพื่อวิ่งแข่งขัน และเพื่อร่วมประเพณี ผู้เลี้ยงปรับใช้ความรู้ความเชื่อเพื่อคัดเลือกควายที่ดี มีเคล็ดลับ การเลือกอาหาร การปรับใช้คติชนวัตถุ ทำให้ปัจจุบันควายมีรูปร่างลักษณะต่างกันมาก ควายงามมีลักษณะที่ดีตามเกณฑ์ของกรมปศุสัตว์ ทำให้ควายทั่วประเทศมีลักษณะคล้ายกัน ส่วนควายวิ่งมีลักษณะสูง ขายาวเรียวรัด ปราดเปรียวเพื่อให้วิ่งแข่งได้ จึงสามารถคงลักษณะเฉพาะของควายในชลบุรีไว้ได้จังหวัดชลบุรีมีการจัดประเพณีวิ่งควายในหลายชุมชน ต่อเนื่องตลอดทั้งปี มีทั้งประเพณีวิ่งควายในช่วงเทศกาลออกพรรษาที่จัดในชุมชนตลาดต่าง ๆ สัมพันธ์กับความเชื่อเกี่ยวกับประเพณีวิ่งควาย และประเพณีวิ่งควายนอกช่วงเทศกาลออกพรรษาที่จัดในพื้นที่ว่างเพื่อคัดเลือกควายและเพื่อความสนุกสนานเป็นสำคัญ ทั้งยังมีรูปแบบการใช้ควายแบบ “วิ่งควายบก” ที่มีคนนั่งบนตัวควาย และ “วิ่งควายคราดนา” ที่คนใช้ควายคู่เทียมคราดวิ่งแข่งในพื้นที่มีน้ำขังเลียนแบบการใช้ควายคราดนาเพื่อเตรียมทำนาข้าวด้วย ผู้เลี้ยงจึงต้องมีความรู้ในการฝึกฝนและดูแลควายอย่างดีต่อเนื่องตลอดทั้งปี จึงจะมีควายที่ดีสำหรับนำไปร่วมประเพณีวิ่งควายประเพณีวิ่งควายมีบทบาทหน้าที่สร้างความสนุกสนานเพลิดเพลิน ให้การศึกษาและรักษามาตรฐานพฤติกรรมของสังคม สร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ของกลุ่มชนและเป็นเครื่องมือในการจัดการความสัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจ สร้างและนำเสนออัตลักษณ์ทั้งอัตลักษณ์ของผู้เลี้ยงควาย ชุมชน และจังหวัด สร้างความทรงจำร่วมของกลุ่มชน และเป็นทุนทางวัฒนธรรมในบริบทเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ ทั้งนี้บทบาทหน้าที่ดังกล่าวล้วนมีพลวัตไปตามสภาพเศรษฐกิจ สังคม โลกาภิวัตน์ โดยเฉพาะบทบาทอย่างยิ่งการเป็นทุนวัฒนธรรมเป็นบทบาทใหม่จากนโยบายส่งเสริมการใช้ทุนวัฒนธรรมเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวคติชนและวิถีชนของผู้เลี้ยงควายในจังหวัดชลบุรีมีพลวัตของเรื่องเล่าเกี่ยวกับประเพณีวิ่งควาย พลวัตของความเชื่อในการคัดเลือกควาย พลวัตของคติชนประเภทวัตถุที่ใช้ในวิถีการเลี้ยงควาย และพลวัตของประเพณีพิธีกรรม พลวัตของดังกล่าวสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยด้านสภาพเศรษฐกิจและสังคม สภาพแวดล้อมและการใช้พื้นที่ ความสัมพันธ์ของผู้คนและการเมืองท้องถิ่น ความเชื่อและทัศนะที่มีต่อควาย รวมถึงกระแสการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวและโลกาภิวัตน์การใช้มุมมองการศึกษาทั้งคติชนวิทยาและวิถีชนศึกษาในวิทยานิพนธ์นี้จึงช่วยขยายขอบเขตการศึกษาความรู้ของผู้เลี้ยงควายให้กว้างและลึกมากขึ้น ทั้งยังเห็นมิติอื่น ๆ ในชีวิตของผู้เลี้ยงควายเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่งจะเป็นแนวทางในการศึกษาคติชนเกี่ยวกับสัตว์ (animal lore) อื่น ๆ รวมถึงความรู้ในวิถีชีวิตของคนกลุ่มอื่น ๆ ต่อไป

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อศึกษาและหาแนวทางการแปลกริยาไร้ประธาน “ให้” ที่แสดงมาลาบอกเล่า มาลาสั่ง และมาลาอนุญาตใน พระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการพัฒนาและคุ้มครองสถาบันครอบครัว พ.ศ. 2562 จากภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ โดยมีสมมติฐานว่า กริยาไร้ประธาน “ให้” เป็นคำแสดงมาลาบอกเล่า มาลาสั่ง และมาลาอนุญาต และในการแปลกริยาดังกล่าวจากภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาอังกฤษจะขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทของมาลา โดยจะต้องเลือกคำแสดงมาลาที่สอดคล้องกันในภาษากฎหมายอังกฤษ จากการศึกษาพบกริยาไร้ประธาน “ให้” ในตัวบททั้งสิ้น 74 จุด แบ่งเป็นโครงสร้าง ให้ + (กรรม) + กริยา 60 จุด และ (กรรม) + ให้ + กริยา 14 จุด ไม่ละกรรม 55 จุด และละกรรม 19 จุด โดยสามารถจำแนกมาลาออกเป็น 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) มาลาสั่ง 52 จุด 2) มาลาบอกเล่า 15 จุด 3) มาลาอนุญาต 6 จุด และ 4) มาลาสั่ง + อนุญาต 1 จุด กริยาไร้ประธาน "ให้" ที่พบสามารถแปลโดยใช้คำแสดงมาลาที่สอดคล้องกันในภาษากฎหมายอังกฤษ 60 จุด อีก 11 จุดต้องปรับเป็นคำชนิดอื่นเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับโครงสร้างประโยคภาษาอังกฤษ และอีก 3 จุดไม่ได้ทำการแปลเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความซ้ำซ้อน กล่าวโดยสรุปได้ว่ากริยาไร้ประธาน “ให้” ในตัวบทส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในโครงสร้าง ให้ + (กรรม) + กริยา (81.08%) ไม่ละกรรม (74.32%) แสดงมาลาสั่ง (70.27%) และสามารถแปลโดยใช้คำแสดงมาลาที่สอดคล้องกันในภาษากฎหมายอังกฤษ (81.08%) ผลการวิจัยสอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้และยังสอดคล้องกับงานวิจัยที่ผ่านมาซึ่งระบุว่ากริยาไร้ประธาน “ให้” ในภาษากฎหมายไทยสื่อความหมายสั่งและอนุญาต งานวิจัยนี้ยังพบประเด็นที่น่าสนใจเพิ่มเติม 2 ประการ ได้แก่ …

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและฝึกฝนเทคนิคการพัฒนาการใช้เสียงอันเป็นธรรมชาติ ของคริสติน ลิงค์เลเทอร์ และสังเคราะห์กระบวนการการนำเทคนิคดังกล่าวมาปรับใช้ในการพัฒนาการแสดงเดี่ยวบทละครเรื่อง เดอะ ฮิวแมน วอยซ์ เนื่องจากผู้วิจัยประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการใช้เสียงในการแสดง กล่าวคือผู้วิจัยไม่สามารถถ่ายทอดความจริงภายในของตัวละครผ่านเสียงได้อย่างตรงไปตรงมาในบางสถานการณ์ ส่งผลให้ผู้ชมไม่สามารถเข้าถึงอารมณ์ความรู้สึกและเรื่องราวของตัวละครได้อย่างลึกซึ้งและชัดเจน ผู้วิจัยจึงสนใจศึกษาเทคนิคดังกล่าวอันเป็นเทคนิคที่ช่วยให้นักแสดงสามารถค้นพบการใช้เสียงอย่างเป็นอิสระ นำไปสู่การสื่อสารความจริงภายในของตัวละครที่ละเอียดอ่อน ลึกซึ้ง และจริงใจยิ่งขึ้น ผู้วิจัยนำเทคนิคดังกล่าวมาใช้ฝึกฝนในขั้นตอนของการฝึกฝนเสียงเพื่อพัฒนาเสียง และเตรียมความพร้อมของเสียงก่อนการแสดง การฝึกซ้อมบทละคร และการเตรียมตัวก่อนทำการแสดงจริง ผู้วิจัยค้นพบว่าภายหลังการฝึกฝนการใช้เสียงด้วยเทคนิคพัฒนาการใช้เสียงอันเป็นธรรมชาติของคริสติน ลิงค์เลเทอร์ ผู้วิจัยสามารถกำจัดอุปสรรค์ที่ขัดขวางการเชื่อมโยงระหว่างเสียง และอารมณ์ความรู้สึกภายในของตัวละครได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้วิจัยสามารถถ่ายทอดความจริงภายในของตัวละครได้อย่างลุ่มลึก และจริงใจมากยิ่งขึ้น อีกทั้งผู้วิจัยค้นพบว่าตนเองพัฒนาทักษะอื่น ๆ ทางด้านการแสดงควบคู่ไปด้วย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเคลื่อนไหวร่างกาย จินตนาการ และประสาทสัมผัส ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนาการแสดงองค์รวมของผู้วิจัย โดยผู้วิจัยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลวิจัย และสรุปผลการวิจัยจากการศึกษาทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้อง จดบันทึกและบันทึกวิดีโอการฝึกซ้อม การรวบรวมแบบสอบถามจากผู้ชม และการสัมมนาร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านการใช้เสียง
